OK, we now have a position on the future price of the stock. Let us watch and wait! Who will be right and who will be wrong?
I believe those that received letters are having their claim challenged by the defense lawyers....
Good morning, ha, I told you so
Lets see if there are any trades today. If so, then we know there are people who are willing to buy here....
Thank you folks for your assistance. Perhaps it is time to investigative their relationship dating back to LITIFIBER and TRIM-A-LAWN. But after 02/08/2013 of course.....
I keep getting the ponzi and profit confidential advertizing pop ups on my phone when I go to the ihub website from my gmail account which is also synced with my phone. This results in lost window availability. Verizon states the problem is with ihub. how do I prevent this from happening.
I received a call yesterday. I was told I was receiving about 25% of my loss because defense lawyers are disputing any claims with Litifiber or trim-a-lawn. Both of these companies did reverse splits to become Grifco. I have to show a nexus between Dial and/or other defendants and these two stocks. I am not sure how I can show this. I have until 2/8/2013 to submit documentation. Any ideas?
Do you know of criminal misconduct on his part?
why two different amounts of shares?
I hope you are right, a lot is at stake for us. I must admit however, I am a little concerned with all the schuffling going on. It reminds me of the games on 42nd street in NYC years ago where street hustlers would have three styrofoam cups on a piece of wood, put a coin under one of them and switch the cups around. The bettor would have to figure out which cup had the coin. When the bettor picks a cup that turns out to be empty he loses and doesn't get to see that all the cups were empty due to a slight of hand.
PS: I am long and heavily invested in GDSM.
You have me completely confused. Weren't you crucifying GDSM for the longest time?
So, Central Scrutinizer says six months and you, (Feinanddandy) say two years. You are both on the clock and there is no further need for discussion on the topic until 04/2013. We shall see what we shall see. Time will tell who is right......
8K out, raises for everyone including top management, bonuses as well. They sure as heck got it out quickly and efficiently. Now if they were only able to transfer that effort towards shareholders!
Hmmmm, maybe a guest appearance!
OK, that said, we can agree that we do not trust management for a host of reasons! And that was before the most recent nightmare. Let us now hope they had an epiphany.
OK, I understand, as much as we hope we do hear something positive, we shouldn't expect to hear anything (in your opinion) but if we do, we should be skeptical of the timing and consider they have an ulterior motive for releasing something (in your opinion)
so you are covered either way. To paraphrase: we will not hear anything before the meeting (99466) and we shouldn't be surprised if we hear something before the meeting (99467)
ttmasher: Perhaps one way of holding lovito accountable is to have a "DAYS SINCE" clock assigned to each representation, i.e. samples, uplisting, attorney letter, etc...
A deviation, but it certainly sounds encouraging. However, it has been said before and unfortunately we were not provided with a timeline. That said, I am still long but closely monitoring the situation as GDSM evolves.
My final discourse on this subject. Here are a few of your quotes. You decide for yourself
But some of you are bullies with blinders.
People who are talking buyout have completely lost their mind
At some point you have to accept reality
I just feel they are making a bad investing decision based on their emotions from being married to this stock. The smartest people seem to be abandoning the stock and/or the board.
Yeah yeah, got it. Chicken littles.
Actually, there are only a few of you left who really don't accept what has happened. The only way you have managed to cope is using conspiracy theories about buyout talks. The conspiracy theories are beyond stupid and not worth talking about
Sorry if everybody doesn't have their pom poms.
"Hey shareholders, remember all that great data we were telling you about? Yeaaahhh. Just pretend that never happened. Have a nice day!"
Yes I understand, you are here to save us from ourselves since we are incapable of managing our finances or selecting the right investment instruments. Thank you so much for pointing out our inadequacies. PS: I wonder if Will Rogers would have liked you as he once said: "I never met a MAN I didn't like."
I am glad you at least acknowledge that you are not proud of yourself, that is the first step towards recovery.
you must be proud of yourself!
Good week and more to come....
great day GDSMers, more to come......
My guess is if the news is bad and he has the votes it will be after the meeting; if the news is bad and he doesn't have the votes...well it won't matter. If the news is good it will be before the meeting. Kingy you are on the clock!
That said I am cautiously optimistic, but very short of irrational exuberance.....
Their options depend on it, what do you think?
Based on the info we have to date, and I say that cautiously, we can't blame management for the coding problem. That said, their handling of the crises is a disaster. I just hope their proxy drive is a coincidence and their disclosure timing was legitimately outside their control. I feel sorry for the hard working employees at Peregrine, they deserve better. As far as options for management, I hope they have the integrity to remove themselves from the equation and give the balance to their employees.
This is what happens when you have an inexperienced incestuous board.
I hope the third party contractor(s) has/have a lot of insurance! They now owe us one million dollars (if that number is accurate) and counting. If we had an agreement in place with a potential partner and we lost that agreement, we will add that to the one million dollars...
I have a feeling that this is, and has been, a foregone conclusion.
We need to keep all the posts of our newborn naysayers. They can be used for a paper trail back to those who have most benefitted from this alleged hipcup. Thus, we will see what we shall see. Who knew, what did they know, when did they know, what did they do with the information and what is the basis for the statements of their surrogates on this and other social boards?
they can start a series of announced buys, but I understand your point.
Come on Board of Directors announce you are buying shares on the open market. No excuses now!
PAYDIRT! now, take it private for $$$$$$
still strong and waiting
Chris/Red, any thoughts on GDSM for this week?
yup, another week closer to home!
A two year old post, but seems timely!

A parody, but you never know !
Mr. R. Hello, is Mr. Peregrine available
Mr. P. This is Mr. Peregrine, with whom am I speaking?
Mr. R. This is Mr. Roche.
Mr. P. Mr. Roche, haven’t we met before? Perhaps through a mutual friend, {GEEE,} I WONDER! How may I help you?
Mr. R. It’s about Mr. Bevacizumab, errr, I mean Mr. Bavituximab.
Mr. P. On yes, Mr. F.D.A. Advisory Committee found Mr. Bevacizumab to be too sick and recommended he be removed from the hospital for breast cancer?
Mr. R. Well err, yes, a minor detail. Now about Bavituximab.
Mr. P. Yes I see your minor detail, it was 1 billion in sales last year for breast cancer alone. And, Mr. Bavituximab is beating the pants off your initial studies, never mind your follow-up studies.
Mr. R. You know Mr. Peregrine, I have engaged in PRIVATE introspection lately, where I want to live, marriage and my future. I really didn’t before, I was living on top of the world but things change, time is running out and I am getting old, almost obsolete. How is the weather in Tustin, I am thinking of flying out? Do you know that the airlines want between $25 and $40 to carry on my portfolio?
Mr. P. I think $25 to $40 is cheap. It is worth at least twice that considering it is a safe and highly effective delivery system. Besides, what is the alternative? Well, relative to the weather, we have a cloud over our heads right now, it is of the “short” type, I am sure you have no knowledge of it since it appeared around the same time Mr. FDA was coming to a big decision. But tomorrow has the potential to be very sunny! By the way, I MAY not be here, I MAY be in Washington, D.C. with Dr. {GEEE}arnick - you remember him don’t you, he met with MR. FDA on behalf of the original Mr. Bevacizumab – didn’t he? Well, he is looking to introduce Mr. Bavituximab to Mr. Accelerated Approval. The way we see it, Dr. {GEEE}arnick met with Mr. FDA after being introduced to your Mr. Original Clinical Trial and since our Mr. Original Clinical Trial is more polished, I am hopeful he will meet with us. After the meeting we are going to catch a movie – Get Shorty. Can you hold a minute, the other phone is ringing? Hello, yes, oh Hi Mr. BP how are you? Yes, I agree it is too bad for Mr. Roche. Yes, you are right; there is a void that must be filled. The weather? There is a short cloud right now, it appears to have been seeded and you know how that works I am sure. Let me warn you in advance, if you are thinking of flying to Tustin it will cost a lot of money to carry on your portfolio. As a matter-of-fact I expect the price to increase shortly. Mr. Roche is thinking about flying out as well. Are you looking to get married too? You know what they say, the first one to the alter……. Anyway, I don’t think I will be here with this seeded cloud much longer, I anticipate retiring to Aruba in the near future………….
BAVITUXIMAB
• In a Phase II trial assessing bavituximab in combination with carboplatin/paclitaxel in advanced breast cancer patients, overall response rate (ORR) was 74% (34 of 46 patients). Median PFS was 6.9 months. These results compare favorably with data from a published study showing an ORR of 62% and median PFS of 4.8 months in a similar patient population receiving carboplatin/paclitaxel alone.
• In a Phase II trial assessing bavituximab in combination with docetaxel in advanced breast cancer patients, overall response rate (ORR) was 61% (28 of 46 patients). Median PFS was 7.4 months. These results compare favorably with data from a published study showing an ORR of 41% in a similar patient population receiving docetaxel administered as a single agent.
BEVACIZUMAB
The initial approval was based on a clinical trial in which Avastin, known generically as bevacizumab, was combined with the breast cancer drug paclitaxel in women with metastatic breast cancer. That trial showed that Avastin plus paclitaxel increased the time during which the therapy prevented progression of the disease — known as progression-free survival — by a little over five months compared with paclitaxel alone. The combination did not increase overall survival by a significant amount, however.
The new studies presented to the panel failed to confirm those initial findings. The progression-free survival improved by as little as a month and, again, overall survival did not improve. In fact, because of complications from the drug, survival was actually slightly less for some women
Avastin is the best-selling cancer drug in the world, with annual sales of about $6 billion. About $1 billion of that total is thought to come from sales for breast cancer treatment.
A Food and Drug Administration advisory committee Tuesday recommended that the agency withdraw its marketing approval of the blockbuster cancer drug Avastin for treating breast cancer, concluding that new trials showed no apparent benefit from the drug.
“The study shows there’s very little benefit to patients, with significant toxicity risks and no clear survival benefit,’’ said Natalie Compagni Portis, the panel’s patient representative.
Panelists said they were concerned that the drug could do more harm than good because of serious side effects, including high blood pressure, fatigue, and abnormal white blood cell counts.
