That is a really good post. Lets everyone know that the deals haven't fell through. Just being meticulous about every little detail. It is an absolute must to get everything right with a deal this size!

It was looking real good until this afternoon. This morning makes me feel better about tomorrow though. Good things will start to happen here but i don't think that it is going to be an overnight type thing. I'm hoping to see a nice a steady rise here!
