where did you read that, I think it is evident they started from the info you are receiving from the CEO of the company. What is your source where you read that?
They have to ask each patient to be a part of the study, that is why it takes time, but they have people in the study and what he's saying is it seems to be successful and promising with the participants so far
Trials did start
Seems like many applications possible
Think about what it would mean to short this stock. Lets say you were able (which you aren't) to short the stock or a BD did, (which they don't). How much could be made. Only the difference from the sale to the buy back or cover price of the short. So for example, short 10 million at .0025 and cover at .002 for a grand profit of 5000 dollars but you would need to risk an unlimited amount of money to do it. MM's don't do that. What you think is some kind of shorting is actually just a shareholder selling. PR guys started these myths years ago to hide when they were selling....the ole' "it's not me, it's the MM" trick
OK, but why?
26 years in the industry on both sides of the table. The very first hint is that there is no upside at all to any manipulation in this stock for a mm. Why? to make a hundred bucks? Don't get me wrong, I am a fan and want these two companies to work out and make everyone money and save lives. The fact is that when a person puts an order in, it goes to the trading desk, if it is a buy, they look for stock from whomever is on the offer (from a mm), orders can be directed but they must have the stock to sell to you on these penny stocks because the risk is limitless for them if they are short. These mm's don't care because they will always be able to take advantage of spreads but that just means watch your orders, if you place a trade at a price and your BD tries to buy it cheaper and give it to you at the higher price, then they have made a profit,,,,but that is about it, they may take advantage of timing. Also, People (you and I) can't short this stock because it is not marginable.
That is incorrect
Nite can represent anyone, Etrade is one of hundreds or thousands they can represent. At times, one can sell or buy stock and direct the trade. Nite has no personal interest in this stock. They do not care about it. It trades a very small amount relative to Nite's business. The mm's do not play games, it is the people or person placing trades that play the games. Nite and others simply run the orders.
what does level two look like going north? anybody
that logic would indicate a value of over 5 cents if the value is placed at about 160 million. Isn't that what the introduction to the board is already indicating? So 5 cents?
Thanks for the info Meztic
Why does is say NA in the Bid and Ask?
So incorrect
nite isn't shorting, someone is selling and the order is routed there
Nite makes a market for many many BDs and represents many stocks, if they are on the offer, it means someone has a sell order in, that is all, they have no interest in making nickels and dimes on this stock, they are simply fulfilling their job requirements to sell or buy for customers

Why not buy Cyrcadia if it can be bought in a private offering?
3 mill sell volume so far
you can buy shares in Cyrcadia if they do a private series funding, that is something to look into, don't you think?
headed over a penny probably, with this momentum
let's see what happens today
ok, i can understand that....preciate the response
So, what you are saying is that a pr program for a pump is coming..which means that someone has shares to hype and dump on everyone,,,that is what your post sounds like....I hope you are not saying that for everyone's sake
it has no business plan, no revenue, no nada, just some bogus property that will be in private hands eventually...waste of time with a bunch of wanna be executives who want to blow there stock at the public on a bunch of hype that isn't true. Nobody pays attention to these posts anymore though.
ceo went to jail, and will be barred from the market as an officer for life is my guess. Sooooo, someone could get a pink sheet shell cheap...it is not worth anything though...at all.
After reviewing this, there is no money, no revs, no nada, unclear management, non transparent, unclear direction, this is nothing more than a shell dressed up so that they don't have to declare it as a shell....won't make it...0001 coming to a board near you!
I think they put money down on something....but it's headed towards foreclosure...how can they afford something when they have 0 dollars and 0 business...they need private investors, or this will be a cert printing machine...r s and vaporized dollars
who is TG?
what does level 2 look like on this? Please
FWS is First Warning Systems which is the company that makes and designs the device. LLBO owns 45% of the FWS which is private for now.

who knows, maybe it is real and a resort is built and makes money. or maybe it is more of the Letter of Intent to do business scams...that always gets me...I will sign a letter of intent to sell you my car and house for a dollar...it means nothing. So if we see those types of pr's coming out soon...run for the hills..def red flag
I don't get it, what is gifting purposes?
ndependent Film Development Corporation Wins Lawsuit Against Junior Capital, Inc. and IBacking Corp., Cancelling $473,000 in Debentures and $500,000 ContractFont size: A | A | A

The Independent Film Development Corporation (IFLM), with a plan of operations to develop themed resorts and be a sales / distribution agent for digital films, announced today that it has prevailed in its lawsuit against Junior Capital, Inc. and IBacking Corp.
"This is great for IFLM," said Chief Operating Officer Jeff Ritchie. "It took about a year, but I feel like we've been vindicated."
The decision, rendered February 7, 2014 by the Central District Federal Court in Los Angeles in Case No. SA CV 13-00259-BRO, awards IFLM $203,284.56 in compensatory damages for the 5,015,384 shares of common stock (computed at contract face value) that Junior Capital sold on the open market in 2012, resulting in the decline in IFLM's common stock from $0.38 to less than $.01 per share.
"This is really nice to put this behind us," said IFLM CEO David Garland. "This will significantly improve our balance sheet and enable us to move forward with the focused execution of our business plan."
The decision also cancels shares remaining in the name of Junior Capital, $473,000 in convertible debentures to Junior Capital, and a $500,000 Purchase Agreement between IFLM and IBacking Corp. The Court also found that both defendants Junior Capital, Inc. and IBacking Corp. are corporate alter-egos of Defendant Albert Aimers.

It did hit .014, not that I believe technical analysis applies in the pennystock market as a whole and quite possibly not the larger markets as well....but it did get to .014. Fact is that if good news keeps coming out it does have a possibility to move even higher.
