Whoa, Stockbuilder, didn't you know that it's all Bush's fault? LOL!!!
You need to be careful posting stuff like this - it usually leads PKG to a bought of Turrets syndrome...
Raw - didn't you sign an NDA with VBDG? Have you had any conversations with Nancy or anybody else there? Any indications when we might here some financial news? I know that Brig mentioned something about being back on the OTC by the end of the year, but that is about all I have heard
You are da man! And I'm glad that I followed da man on this one.
11/25/09
Yep - been watching that one after selling and wishing I had hung on - but hindsight is always 20/20
You want to get us to 100K shares traded again today, Raw? Only 20K needed this time - chump change, right?
"Read my lips: No new taxes!" He's flaming out just like the former George Bush Sr., only 10x worse with his Cap & Trade and Nationalized Health Care initiatives. Let's hope people wake up before we are Europe (which ironically is recognizing, to some degree, the folly of socialism and are beginning to turn away)
You were right on and it's too bad that so many people bought his rhetoric hook, line and sinker despite everything he had done & said to the contrary.
SSKillZ1 & Mike - thanks for the DD here. Sold today @ $2.00 - awesome call!
With VBDG on the pinks, what is the expectation in terms of Q2 reporting? Should it be any different than when they were on the OTC?
Also, does it seem odd that we wouldn't see some buying activity from Nancy and others in Leadership - wouldn't this be a good time to add if things are looking up?

Even Direct Labor? That would seem quite weird, no?
I think it's a wee-bit dangerous to project from 2 days of activity but hey, I know it's all we have right now.
One question on the financials, though. Am I missing something or was there no COS associated with the Revenue that was posted? All I saw was SG&A, but there has to be some production costs (even if only labor). Seemed a bit weird to me.
I checked at a Wal-mart here in Phoenix this last week - no VBDG products but they had a very small "As Seen on TV" section. Is that usual for Wal-marts?
Already in... :)
Loving it!!! IEC seemed to be taking a breather so nice to see it make a big move! DAAT is a double now for me - I got in a bit later/higher than I wanted to.
I'm looking forward to the next few quarters with VBDG to see if this new arrangement really starts to produce some bottom line results...
Talk about the pot calling the kettle black - this from the guy who continually puts down anybody who doesn't adore Obama and the far left. LOL!!!!
So, whatever happened to Raw's comment that Edsell couldn't sell more than x% in 180 days or something like that? I thought there was some rule for a person who owns >5% or >10% of the outstanding shares?
Did you guys close out your VVDL position? Wondering why it isn't on the list...
Raw/Mike - Amazing DD on these gems. Thanks for the tips & insight. Especially loving TWB, DAAT & IEC!!!!
VBDG has been trying but I still agree with the analysis and possibility there - haven't sold a share.
If you truly believe that, which I don't really think you do, then you are as far left as they come. It doesn't take much to see how biased the MSM is and how invested they were in making the former President look bad (which was almost as embarrassing as their complete lack of journalistic integrity in questioning and/or challenging the current President). You may not have agreed with some or much of what he did or stood for, but if you drank the MSM kool-aid and believed all of it, then you've been had.
You need to have some kind of objectivity to be able to discuss the issues and make rational decisions about who and what to support. I dislike much of what Pres. Obama and the liberals in Congress are doing or attempting to do right now, but I can still point to some areas of agreement (including pushing back on the requested release of the interrogation photos, maintaining a strong presence in Iraq, and their current position on marriage).
I think with some help from Budge, Fishin, 3Saints and a few others on this board, we can help you open the blinders a bit! ;)
well said!
Completely agree (surprise!) and that is why the constant negativity & hate during the Bush years from the media and the left was unwarranted and counter-productive to the national discourse. Same could be said today for those opposed to Obama and the Left if they are only opposed for the sake of being opposed. The debate should be on the ideas and backed by reason, Cricket.
Wrong GWMAN, wrong, wrong, wrong. But this isn't the time to discuss it, right?
Great article!
I like the review, but I was looking at some of the other reviews listed on this site and started to wonder if the purpose of the site is to promote whatever it reviews?
I'm not questioning the Tool-Bandit as I've seen enough on it to know the many positives of the product, but I was hoping to see some other reviews that were critical of the product under review and didn't see any (would provide a chance to differentiate the Tool Bandit from other products).
Funny how I've never seen you get up in arms when fastlizzy or gwman are spouting their lefty-vision of the world during trading... hmmm...
Look, your version of the Fairness Doctrine doesn't work in this case because 3Saints is talking about market conditions that may impact our SwingTrades - see the Obama-effect on gun sales and, hence, DAAT (thanks Raw & Mike - enjoying profits there!).
Loosen up and recognize your opinion/view of the world may not be the only one on this board...

I asked the question early on about P2F as well but there wasn't any discussion generated at that point. My main concern was how deep is their wallet? I believe that this is a great deal as well for VBDG as long as P2F has enough of that "wallet" to really fund the purchases needed to fill all of the unfilled orders and begin moving product quickly to meet demand. They obviously have every reason in the world to make this work well, but I just couldn't find anything about their financials beyond a reference to a yearly revenue total of $60M
Has anybody looked into P2F yet - what are there capabilities, resources, etc.? I went to their website and didn't find much detail. I found another link on a Google search showing estimated yearly revenues of $60M, but nothing on profitability. Hopefully they have deep enough pockets to stock those shelves as Raw referenced. I'm sure the deal would not have been made without some of those expectations, but would just like to know more about P2F...
He and thebigguy must have more in common than we thought
Raw - why do you show RBCL with a May 1st closing price of .29? It looks to me like it sits at .38 at the close of trading...
