Great day here today, sure was fun. cant wait til tomorrow.
Classic manipulation at the close. The last hour when we went from .009 to .0061 was NOT some dumping at the bid, here's how I know. When we bottomed at .0061 it took a measly 15000 shares to punch through the fake ask to get back to .009, some of which was mine. There a few reasons folks play with the SP like this.
First, someone may have been fishing for cheap shares hoping that walking down the ask would either trigger a stop loss, or cause a panic sell from some of the new buyers over the last week or so.
Or, Someone someone didn't like the chart. If this was case though, they wouldn't have let it close at .0085
Or this was the dreaded "gap" to fill from either late last week or this morning.
Folks can usually get away with this kind of manipulation when the bid support goes south, which it did today. Anyway if someone was dumping at the bid, I wouldn't have been able to punch through it with a 10K buy.
Will be fun to watch if we get a PR soon.
What that means is this is a shared call center. I found that out yesterday when I called. This is very common. The number answers to a lot of different products and customers. The good news is that MyTrak and Crosstoner have created an association with the Call Center. This allows the CC to manage to one parent. At least that's how we usd to do it.
I don't think its that complcated...

From the article
Clearly states that this is IHSN's first fitness product.
"Health Sciences, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IHSN) announced today that it is pleased to officially unveil the brand name of its first fitness product, the Forbes Riley CrossToner® ("CrossToner"). "
Clearly explains Forbe's involvment, she is backing the product with the use of her name. What would you rather have; a fitness product from HM3 or one from Forbes Riley, hence no tags for HM3 on the video:
Forbes Riley commented, "I am thrilled to be associated with the CrossToner, and back this product 100% with the use of my name. The CrossToner is very effective at sculpting the major muscle groups women are most concerned about, and it never gets boring. I can't wait to discuss the details and demonstrate how and why the CrossToner is go great. So stay tuned for the infomercial coming out next year!"
Great stuff Jaws.
More positive news:
I called Crosstoner customer care (800 303-8358) to follow up on my order from Friday. When it rang through to a message (paraphrasing) "due to overwhelming response for our product all agents are assisting other customers, please stay on the line" I have to admit I got a little nervous. However within minutes an agent got on the line and was able to assist me with my order, and answer a few questions. She also confirmed that the credit card statement would appear as a charge from Crosstoner. SO: People are answering the phone, are knowledgeable about the product and can trace your order. Apparently this is in production.
I ordered one and expedited as well. They do not charge until they ship. I sent them an email yesterday (info@crosstoner.com) and will try the customer service # Today.
See link below this order has Forbes name all over it

No, they don't hit the open market.
It was the first thing I checked. Have to admit! a little doubt had crept in but feel much better now.
She must still be associated in some way. The youtube video was uploaded by HM3. I would think that would be a problem if it wasnt theirs.
what we saw on Friday was validation of the cross trainer, and a completed Forbes Reilly production. My hunch is that a few folks on this board loaded one last time.
what we didnt see Friday was a product launch. when we see a product launch, we will see volume and a significant rise in pps, if past history is any indicator.
4m shares took us to a penny and 400k shares brought us back down to .0058. Looks like someone got caught with their pants down:)
Good day here, next week could get crazy.
For a large OS, this stock seems to have a tight float (I know my shares are not for sale at these levels). Charts do no good here, the stock moves purely on rumor and news.
This is a pinkie so i don't think folks were expecting anything on the 31st or the 1st for that matter. I've said this before, IHSN is a lotto pick. Cant win if you dont play, and only play with what you're willing to lose. If this company and product prove to be legit, it will be a "blue sky" break out. IMHO.
Good luck

Its her club, but i have a set up with MyTrak there and end up maintaining the system for her. From a customer perpective its a slick workout. The software loads your statisics (height, weight etc) onto a PC and you can program the type of work outs you want (light, sport, heavy etc). Once your in the system you run thru each piece of equipment so the software can calibrate your workout. Each piece of workout equipment has a control box u slide your workout tag into, and then with a series of red, yellow and green lights encourages you to hit green to maintain your workout goals. the database then shows you on a PC Kiosk how you did, how many calories you lost, which muscle groups were worked out and whether or not you need to focus on certain areas. i am over simpliflying but needless to say it helps you achieve a maxium workout for your specific body type and workout preference. From an owner perspective, it is a nice money maker but you there a lot of do-hickys you have to maintain. Each piece of workout gear needs to be fitted with electronic sensors and reflectors so the database can gather info on how many reps you're doing and how hard you are doing them. We can get alot of members from other clubs because the ones near us dont have the system.
We order all our stuff thru "MyTrak.com", because we are already a member. Looks like "TryMyTrak.com" is for new clients only and offers a 14 day trial which is a good deal. If you own a "Curve for Women" the MyTrak module makes you a premier club. Anyone buying a new or existing curves will be pointed to this site.
That's the bet.
Funny thing is, this stock moves vey nicely on volume alone. News would be a bonus. My hunch is, and MTT has alluded to it in some of his posts, that the majority of the float is locked down by insiders. This can be a blessing as well as a curse. The blessing is they want this to go up as much as we do. If it goes up on fundamentals and/or product launch, watch out and make some $$. The curse is If the product is stalled they may try to push up SP on a P&D. I am hoping for the former but Just keep it in mind if this starts moving, so u dont lose out on taking some profit before they do. Again all IMHO.
nice post. while i am not interested in revenues at the moment, keep in mind many comapnies have net 60 terms. Means hm3 or ihsn may not see revenues from Feb until April. not a bash, just keep this in mind if you are expecting revenues from mytrak, may not see them til q2...
you know, if this goes down like MHH thinks it might, we're looking at some serious ch-ching. I agree that transparency would be good, as well as take the edge off a bit, but I could see why they bottle this up as well. It would be quite understandable if Forbes was under some "no competes"' for some of the other products she represents for a specific period of time.
I sense we are close to the crossroads, put up or shut up. I can afford to be patient, but I know There are quite a few folks left holding the bag from last year, I know that feeling myself from a few plays along the way. I hope this pops for their sake as much as anything, but here's the thing... The infomercial has been shot, small leaks have sprung and the timelines are converging. Between now and the April has to be it, or what little is left of shareholde confidence will erode rapidly. On the other hand, if this unfolds like some suggest, i have to think we blow right out of the "00s". No predictions beyond that, so buckle up for the quick ride down to 0001 or the mother of all blast offs. The friggin suspense is killing me, but thats the price of admission.
Good Luck, and first round is on me if we hit:)
Nice that.
i was able to add 500k Friday' but couldnt get any today <.003, will try again tomorrow.
Agreed, I didn't notice the diference at first...
I agree that it does look like or confirm, it is the old one. What is important to me is the link between Forbes Riley and IHSN.
nice shot of adrenaline for the board. i may pick up a few more today.
Forbes Riley...
Exactly why i am here.
This is great to see. Just the beginning, imho. Last nights PR was huge, in terms of increased revenue sources.
My wife uses MyTrak at her "Curves for Women" fitness center. Almost all Curves use Mytak, cost each club $119 a month.
I'm not a new investor, but find some of these links very useful. Thanks for posting them.
The SP manipulation has been fun to watch on L2. Never seen anything like it. Someone has been trying very to shake shares loose for a cover, but methinks they picked the wrong stock, the wrong float, and the wrong shareholders.
None of the longs I know are selling, and I'm not either, at these prices.
I agree with your assessment on l2 (longs are adding). I continue to accumualte a bit here and there as well.
I forget who mentioned "Float Lock" last night, but with a rediculously low float of 289m, and no dilution, we must be close. Any kind of sustained volume would shoot the SP to the "moon" :)
I know many of us longs are not in this for a nickel.
Congrats GJ...
You are correct, the numbers were just retail.
