No problem. GLTA.
I did. LaMountain was relating what Dr. Jon himself told him in regards to my questions. This time was near the end of the waiting on F50 to do something. LaMountain actually thanked me for not putting on this board a direct quote of Dr. Jon regarding the interplay with F50, as the impression it would leave would be negative for the stock. (Dr. Jon didn't consider his wording; no big deal, but would not have been good).
For me, I will consider what Jordan Gray claims. Have no reason - yet - to discount his comments.
Anything else?
I talked to LaMountain about it at the time. He never mentioned anything to me about any proposed "loss of control." He stated the F50 did not want to buy it.
Sounds like a later change in story for convenience.
Yup. Dr. Jon sat on KlickZie for over a year, about two years ago, somehow trying to sell this product to the so-called F50 company (reportedly a Fortune 500 company). Wasted an entire year waiting and got nothing for it.
Hasn't it made you wonder that Dr. Leonard has been inventing all these reportedly marvelous things, for decades, and no one came around to jump at the chance to fund another world-changing widget? Instead, the F50 is solicited for a year but does not want it, and TTCM has to create a crypto currency operation to try to get some funding.
From what I've read, Honeycomb looks legit, with an impressive client base, including AVNET, which would be a perfect customer for TTCM's products, if they are actually developed.
I'm paying attention to what Jordan Gray is claiming. IMO.
PatB1, to me, it seems the recent Jordan Gray tweet was a significant change.
I don't know if there has been anything from Honeycomb before. Honeycomb is the only legit player in this circus. I've raised my expectation from Depcon 5 (tax write-off) to Depcon 4 (doubtful but curious).
You may be right - some folks at TTCM (and there are not many!) may not be getting it.
You see, those dates - including March, 2019; April 2019; and now reportedly "mid-May (-ish) were published/verbalized by TTCM management, not stockholders. Maybe your beef is with them.
Mr. Gray and Honeycomb Digital team have no doubt held this thing together until now.
Here is what TTCM published prior to March, 2019:
(this is a quote - hey, Klickzie-style!)
"Development of ArKnet 1.0 for IOS & Android
ArKnet Version 1.0 goal capabilities:
- Sign up, creation of @ username, bio section, & device ArK assigned.

- ArK content upload ability
- User messaging ability in between ArKs and ArKrs
- Worldwide ArK search Capability
- Interaction Notifications"'
"March 2019 Timeline Approximate"
That is the development part. According to TTCM, the Launch to soon follow.
You don't seem to be wrong.
You seem actually fair-minded. This stocks trades sideways with incline/decline, depending on the day, until the following is completed:
TTCM said, in February, this would be completed in March (with a just maybe not until April) -
"Development of ArKnet 1.0 for IOS & Android

"March 2019 Timeline Approximate"
So, we are looking for all of this to be finally completed. Then, a "launch" of some sorts (not defined) but soon afterwards. TTCM had projected that to also be done in March, or April.
Do that, and the stock rockets one way. Simple.
That would be bad, as the Dr. Jon stated ArKnet 1.0 completion is mid-May. Please tell us who said this. Really don't want hearsay at this point. This stock's price is volatile enough.
Far better to have a lack of wit, than a lack of intelligence.
TTCH shareholders, repeat shareholders not outside advisors who offer advice but own no shares, have every right to expect THEIR company to comply with the targeted dates THEIR own board and management have established.
It has been two years since TTCM first started telling shareholders some Product X is on its way. Two years is a long time of missed dates and false hopes. It is now products Y and Z, with concurrent further delays. Unwanted attention from the SEC was gathered along the way. (It might even have become a positive).
Maybe we are going to see it all come together this month, as (most) recently promised. We can only hope so. As for holding or selling our shares, we will do as we please, of course; but, appreciate the advice.
Exactly. So, they are either inept at projections or at technologic development. Let's hope its only the former.
The "launch" was supposed to be in the same month. (Uh, now months). So, that indicates TTCM believes it will be a quick roll out process once/if development is completed. That would be a good thing.
Agreed.
Just wish they had the sense to have it ready within the timeline they themselves established.
That stuff is the development only. The so-called LAUNCH comes after.
That would be great, here is what we are looking for:

"March 2019 Timeline Approximate"
GLTU. For me, I don't trust anything TTCM puts out. But hoping it all works out for us longs.
Wrong. Dr. Jon spoke directly with a member of board who quoted the good doctor as saying mid-May. FWIW. Also the "give or take" is actually a bad thing, not a good thing, as that gives them wiggle room to go into June. Or even July.
To date, for two years, always excuses not being ready.
Next.
I see no one jumped to answer you, LOL...

"March 2019 Timeline Approximate"
The "timeline approximate" for this ArKnet 1.0 then became April, 2019, then May, 2019 and now mid-May, 2019.
The LAUNCH was also originally scheduled for LATER in same month of March, 2019.
So, it's development first, launch next. Odd to see so many on here don't know this.
The ArKnet 1.0 has not yet been (fully) developed.
I didn't say "launch."
That process follows completion of an APP By interview, LaMountain publicly stated an APP would be ready by "middle of next month." The great Dr. Jon directly told at least one of our board members "mid-May."
For me, time is up waiting on an APP.
"David said he going try to release a ARKNET demo"
Good, however, it has been this one-man company's M/O to try to substitute something verbal or other in place of releasing an APP. Always an excuse, etc.
For me, March 21st is the end day. That would be the last of any "mid-May" date. If no APP by that date, I will be contacting the SEC and filing something. I will post who my SEC contact person is and an address for others to also file, if they so choose. The SEC already looked at these guys, and I would think there would still be some level of interest on their part.
Lighten up, this will be decided soon.
I've watched for years, too, seeing the constant delays in releasing a workable app. TTCM has brought this upon themselves. Good thing, though, is they have established mid-May as the date. Not sure how they weasel out this time. If a working app that does what they claim is delivered before May 21st, then this should blow like a gusher. If not, kiss it goodbye.
Why not?
We've already lived an ETERNITY waiting for the App to come out...
From TTCM a few hours ago:
"Looking to get a group of business leaders & business owners together in order to discuss ArKnet business ArK uses, pros/cons, feedback, and more. If interested please send an email to info@myarknet.io"
FYI
It's about the APP...(which it should be)
quote: "First of all, the company has never pumped or put out any new information the past week.
A: No, the interview with LaMountain is just being circulated with effect.
quote: "Nothing has changed for months really."
A: Totally wrong - the APP was to be ready in March, that was changed to April, that was changed to May, and now "middle of next month" (mid-May). This has been going on for two years.
Produce the APP, and the stock soars. Keep postponing the APP and concern/risk increases and the incidence of volatility increases.
True, that would do it...
Looks GREAT!! Just Need the App...
...assured almost two years ago...
...then various times last year...
...then March, this year...
...then April, this year...
...then May, this year...
...now mid-May, this year...
...and ?
APP promised for Two Years...Not Delivered
Latest promise is mid-May (-ish). That's TTCM code for June or July, if then.
No App, no "world-changing" products. (Overdue) time to deliver on promises, TTCM.
Same problem for TWO years now...No APP
Just need a finished app that does what TTCM claims it can do. For 2 years, app was "just about ready" (to paraphrase), but no cigar. Move that goal post.
There are no revenues, negative equity, a couple of employees, a suspect director, no manufacturing faciilities (just an office near the golf course near Tucson, Arizona). Even failed the internal control portion of outside audit a year-and-a-half ago.
But...put the APP out, as promised a gazillion times, and all might be well for all of us stockholders. Looking at their latest promise of mid-May. Probably June, or hopefully. Don't hold your breath, though.
Stay calm...be cautious.
Good, some analysis.
App release date...?
A: The company indicated in would be ready two years ago; that did not materialize, so then it was to be last year on several dates; when that failed, it was to be this year in March, which was changed to April, and now supposedly in May. No doubt this has been affected by the ever-changing product line. And the fact that Honeycomb Digital was depended on to finish the product(s) as this was fully outside of Dr. Jon's expertise. Without Honeycomb this company would have been gone long ago.
Buyout talks...?
A: None, even though it was reported on here, by a moderator no less, that a buyout is "imminent."
Potential estimation...?
A: Pick any value you prefer. Then add in speculation that Google, or similar, cannot make it without TTCM's future product line.
Patent progress...?
A: Strong progress by TTCM in this area.
It was sarcasm. Honeycomb has saved this company, so far.
"Where is this a month from now?"
Probably still waiting on a finished app, if past history and current events are any indication. Hopefully, Honeycomb can seize the company entirely from Dr. Jon, and then this concept may actually work.
Dr. Jon & Co haven't met a single timeline target in 3 years. Including this one. march was the target, early april was back up.
Tor2ga: "Like you just posted, timeline approximate. March or early April."
No, it the past three years at least, his lack of transparency, effort, et al casts dubious questions about his honesty and integrity, let alone his ability. Honeycomb has saved this company. And him. So far, that is.
You guys (and the posts on Twitter) are convincing me so much...I am finally able to quote from my favorite president, Herbert Hoover: "Prosperity is just around the corner!"
OK, if you are willing to accept that this: "March 2019 Timeline Approximate" equals April 2019, then fine. Note that the March date was also to include a public launch. The fact a "qualifier" has to be inserted is telling.
For the rest of us, let's hope no more moving goal posts. (The goal posts must be moved about halfway up into the stadium seats!). But a changing product line and the ongoing failures to meet timeframes TTCM has established, has been the pathetic history here. Sometimes, with all the product changes, and cryptos, I have to remind myself why I bought this stock in the first place (Oh wait, wasn't it called "Klickzie," and you can trust the picture?)
So...you are saying Dr. Jon built the partnership that hasn't met a single self-established timeline? Maybe "time" to let someone else run this boat.
"Yea... he works too hard to be a CEO..."
Evidently, you don't know any CEOs. The problem here is that Dr. Jon (a brilliant man no doubt), hasn't been acting like a CEO. He is R & D. This, despite his history as a chief at times. CEOs defend their stock's price, market, manage, and generally hold their group's together. If this thing actually succeeds, it will be because of Digital Honeycomb.
Thank you for this comment. Does put a possible end-of-road, can't-move-goal posts anymore, end-time into place. This company has wasted so much time, because of Dr. Jon, who is not in the right company position. He has not acted like a CEO, but what would be expected from an R & D guy.
TTCM is NOT on schedule, the new April date (oh, yeah, approximate) is yet another revision - again. TTCM has never met, in at least 3 years, any self-established timeline that I am aware of. Everything now is qualified ("approximate") and a few stockholders seem strangely content with that word-gaming.
Your anger should be directed at the company, not the members of this board. Skiluc appears to have been answering your comments fairly.
Yes, the recent pie-in-the-sky is a little much. TTCM has not met a single timeline that I am aware of. We are years behind promised project completions. Ready to be corrected on this comment, if wrong.
I only look at the Twitter tweets, not telegram. So, this was in telegram, and contradicts their Dec white paper timeline?
Make or break in 3-plus weeks?
This promised (although "timeline approximate"):
"Development of ArKnet 1.0 for IOS & Android
ArKnet Version 1.0 goal capabilities:
- Sign up, creation of @ username, bio section, & device ArK assigned.
- User Ability to follow/be followed interaction with ArKs and ArKrs
- User Ability to create four different ArK types. (ArKbox, Memorial ArK, Business ArK, and General ArK.)
- ArK content upload ability
- User messaging ability in between ArKs and ArKrs
- Worldwide ArK search Capability
- Interaction Notifications"'
And the subsequent "public launch" is also timed for March, 2019.
Now we have the Pacman, uh, Pakman Show next week. And, I didn't hear about results for that stupid cyrpto contest. Did we strike out there, too? anyone know?
Well, just maybe TTCM has something here with this target market. Those 20-somethings might be the only group that could be manipulated into believing this verbage:
TTCM: "The Company has high-speed blockchain concepts in view aiming to couple with the Company’s revolutionary patents in smartphone-image authentication, imagery-based social networking interaction, and augmented reality marketing."
But, you are right, they don't have any money to buy the stock or the cryptos. So...ask Mommy.
