He has no money anymore to pay the other cronies. There's no income source that I'm aware of. Asher and the other stock resellers are gone now.
Maybe he'll just bypass the notice of late filing and just let ECOS ride into the Sunset and fully Delist. The Well is Dry now with no R/S and no ability to get funds with more share dilution. It's basically Over.
Write it in the Blog, then we will all know.
Everyone remember this LIE back in Oct, 2013?
Michael Siegel, CEO of EcoloCap Solutions Inc. states: ECOS has received an investment from Chicago Venture Partners (http://www.chicagoventure.com/). This infusion of funds will be used to supply orders of D-20 (kerosene, methanol and water emulsion for the heating of poultry aviaries) from 3,000 chicken farms and approximately 1,000 duck farms in Korea.
How many investors purchased a boatload of stock based on the BS above?
As long as MS pays the exchange fees and files his required reports there's no basis for delisting.
Regarding FINRA Article:
"I literally had to decide whether to pay my mortgage or pay the $4,000 to Finra," EcoloCap CEO Siegel said.
My heart bleeds for you.
"If it wasn't for guys like Asher, companies like us would be out of business," he said. "They do a service."
Yup, they've done a fantastic job facilitating your share dumping SCAM.
The "Proof" will be in the pudding when the stock gets formally delisted for failure to pay listing fees and reporting to the SEC. Only a matter of time.
Not that simple with regards to sell the Shell. Another party(s) would have to absorb the Liabilities/Debt which are showing in the millions on the Balance Sheet. Those just don't disappear.
No one has taken into consideration that the stock could get delisted if MS stops filings, stops paying listing fees, etc.
Listen, I watch Resurrection every Sunday night on ABC. Believe me when I tell you this stock is not coming back from the Dead.
Looks like MM Gamesmanship to me.
Well I would think that if you have No Bid on the stock it's basically worthless. So consequently it's down 100%. Makes sense?
This went down the toilet a long time ago. The only difference now is that MS has no means to generate revenue (i.e. toxic financing) to keep the lights on and pay his salary. So it's only a matter of time until ECOS is halted totally for non-reporting.
Why all the posts today. Is it attributed to some kind of delayed reaction to R/S denial?
Fee for appealing FINRA's decision to deny R/S
Well, if MS wanted the split that badly he would have made the effort to come up with the $4K fee requirement. Now there will be no more monies from Toxic Finance Vulchers to continue his salary. Oh what a shame.
Lets put it this way. As far as ECOS investors are concerned, the chickens have come home to roost.
Lawsuits? There is zilch in Assets. No lawfirm is going to undertake a lawsuit when there are no money pockets.
Post #24001 should be flagged. It provided very important information for current and future shareholders.
Address what? Investor suits? Sue for what? There's no Assets, just a pile of Debt. You can take some consolation in that MS won't have Asher around to pay his and his pals salaries and bennies anymore.
The pumping days for ECOS are long gone. Accept what's transpired and live with it.
The only Major News your going to see is a Delisting to the Grays
The Fat Lady has finally sung. The charade is coming to an end. MS has no means to fund the company now without an RS
Anyone who believes that the RS is going to allow them the chance to recover any funds is dreaming. MS needs the RS to keep the share conversions with the Toxic Financing folks going. That way he can continue cashing those payroll checks.
All your posting over a couple of hundred dollars?
That's exactly what I did last year.
Something tells me that the RS is going to be denied. The prior RS from 1-5 Billion Shares went without any delay whatsoever. It appears that the regulators are figuring out this stock selling scam finally. JMHO
Why anyone would put another dime into this stock let alone $1K is beyond comprehension. Wonder if this could be some MM manipulation?
"He does't have enough shares left to pay the his loans which is why he is doing an RS."
The problem isn't that he doesn't have enough shares left that are in A/S to be issued. He needs the RS to increase the SP in order to continue selling shares to the Toxic Financiers at a discount. In a RS the A/S does not reduce. Only the Oustanding Shares. Do you get the picture? But I think the Regulators may be putting the cabash on another RS after seeing that MS has raised the A/S to 10 Billion shares for a company that hasn't produced any revenues from sales in its existence some 5+ years now. And no RS means no Toxic Financing which means lights out.
According to the latest 10Q, ECOS expensed $5.25 million in SG&A in 7 1/2 years. MS sure milked the COW.
They didn't give a reason. Just said it's being held up by FINRA, I believe.
I'm really broken hearted that they may not get their RS. MS needs it so he can continue Toxic Financing and cash his paychecks. My heart bleeds for him.
One thing you can count on from MS
Late filing of 10Q. But that's it folks.
Don't forget the Godfather of Quasar, Dean Bradley. Wouldn't surprise me if he were in the mix.
Well that's the outcome when the company has been toast for as long as it has.
Hey Tom, who are you trying the convince? I presume the person you seen in the mirror.
MS filed Schedule 14C's to the SEC covering the proposed reverse split back in May.
To quote a familiar phrase "What Difference Does It Make?"
Shareholders lose either outcome.
They have no shares now. But if they did they would be reduced by the R/S. But it doesn't matter to the Toxic Finance players. They dump pre or post split and don't lose either way.
Sorry, I misread the 13G. They have no current shares. The 13G was an acknowledgement of the breakup of the group, whatever that means.
There's a time restriction before they can start dumping. Think it's 6 months from conversion. May be wrong about that. But with 7.5 billion + shares outstanding, Asher is currently holding probably around 400 million shares.
