Blaming the Gov shutdown is ridiculous.
They invested $1528 in beer production. And the revenues show that.
Nope. 31 gallons.
In the UK a beer barrel is 36 imperial gallons (43 US gal; 164 L). In the USmost fluid barrels (apart from oil) are 31.5 US gallons (26 imp gal; 119 L) (half a hogshead), but a beer barrel is 31 US gallons (26 imp gal; 117 L). The size of beer kegs in the US is based loosely on fractions of the US beer barrel.
At least Ted and Matt gave themselves some restricted shares to keep things going smoothly. Shameful if you ask me.
For 3 months Jan-april , $1528 spent on product.
That equates to what? 10 barrels of beer.
Or about 2,400 cans, equal to what you saw in the FB picture. That's not counting all the previous sales if there actually were any.
30 barrel capacity of Church st didnt equal that in 3 alledged runs.
It looks like their total wasnt even 30 barrels to begin with.
42 gallons for barrel of oil, which probably would be better for this company
The last picture posted by SIPC on the FB page shows 1500 to 2000 cans of major hemp ipa being shipped.
That's about $8,000 worth of beer right there. Same as their current revenue. Something doesnt add up.
Initial orders required 30bbl runs every 60-75 days. Even if they were at max capacity that's about 5 runs at 30 barrels. Do the math. If that really happened it would be on track for $150,000 revs for the year. But it fell flat. Blaming the TTB for the delay. Ok.
30 bbls 31 gallons per barrel, 33,000 ounces equals alot more than $5 or $6k in revenue for the quarter.
Church st does 30 bbl runs, does this mean the company ran a fraction a 30bbl run.
There's 26.2 miles in a marathon but if you only run 1 mile, you ain't winning!!!
30 bbl runs at Church st, and I'll bet that was maybe 4 runs total for about 120-150 bbls, since the key words in the letter were, every 60-75 days, but now they say they will move forward to one 30bbl run every month. I predicted 150 bbls max, and called them on it, bo response, and I was right. Next quarter if it doest show 250bbls from Church ST alone, this is done, and I'm done.
Abysmal revenues. Not even on par with 2017-2018. This is supposed to show the great success this company was having for the start of this year and it's not even 1/4 of last years revenue before the breakthrough of all this supposed fantastic news. And 2,000,000 more shares added to the mix.
About 3500 cans on the tarmac for latest shipment. About 11 barrels of beer. Or approx $11,000
If they break $150,000 revenue in the 10Q1 I'll say that's progress
Let's see it.
Volume was up last few days. Always precedes a move up. Will close above .04 and EOD news. Mark it.
Happy deadline day for Attorney letter and 10Q1
And you better believe the first quarter of 2019 is important. 2017 revs $54,000
2018 $46,000
There is NO Reason why first quarter should show a trend downward on revenues.
Lol at 1 share trades, I'll bet someone will tell me that's code for, too da moon.
Tomorrow is deadline for Q1. Attorney letter was supposed to be before it.
2 days left for management to put up or shut up.
Attorney opinion letter
10Q. May 15th.
Hy vee supermarket?? Never heard of it.
3rd day of increased volume. In anticipation of the attorney opinion that should be released possible end of week or next week along with 10Q. Seems like a setup for something.
If Ted doesn't provide the attorney opinion letter as promised sometime next week, or most likely this week along with the 10q before the 15th, there will probably be a lot of dumping again.
On or before 5/15 should be the next filing, and attorney letter. Lets see some real facts.
Is there Hemp in that coffee yet?
Yep, and after 30 years of this, it hasn't changed.
And it was getting bad for awhile when I jumped out for 5 years especially after exposing a couple boiler room ops, and attending a meeting of another sham and losing $10k to a guy who later scammed his own father and then murdered him. Fun times.
I hope they do well too. I try to read into everything, to get a better grasp at things.
I hope first quarter 2019 was good and we will know in a week.
Because $42,000 revenue for 2018 year end and $18,000 for operating expense doesnt equate to more than 300 barrels of beer, if all that money was based on beer sales alone.
I know major hemp is a fan site, but they obviously interviewed Ted In order to quote him like that. If they misquoted him, Ted should sue them or ask them to remove those comments.
So May 15 or sooner will be the day we learn more. Cool.
Dont worry I'll ask the tough questions and see if Ted will answer. Be back shortly.
They are quoting Ted in those articles.
Maybe Ted should sue them if they are providing wrong Information.
Someone please tell the company to stop releasing news.
And yes. Scroll to bottom, second to last paragraph. 100 barrel run, 2nd batch could be BA or IPA.
Articles are all over the place. One says BA run along side IPA.
So what's that means 50barrels BA 50 barrels IPA.
Just putting the story together. I have time. .
The first batch was 50 barrels of MHBA.
The second batch was 100 barrels and says could be canned MBHA or IPA. That last post was copied from their PR.
My guess is Four CORNERS.
If Major Hemp and Sleeping Giant produce a second batch, it would likely be 100 barrels — some of which would be canned — and it could be the same brown ale or an IPA.
This from the website.
Like I said, you can be in all 50 states and worldwide, but if you're only running 100 barrels and not producing product, it doesnt mean anything.
Initial batch of Major Hemp IPA with latest TTB approved formula, so in assume this batch is different than church St batch of major Hemp ipa.
And how ironic, the link just now became available.
That link doesnt even show up. Can you post it.
How long does it take to find a lawyer to give the opinion on the financials?
