What is going on?
I saw filling at 0.0054 for just two seconds and then a new fill at 0.0051 but the bid is still 0.005 and ask 0.0055?
I have not given it up because it was promished and when it comes out it will be amongst more news like Kern County and new technology partner etc. Although it may be just a starter for revenue it will be amongst mor revenue from new projects.
Then. What's there to say will happen?
How long does it take to connect to a pipeline?
1. fully connecting to pipeline?
2. when there is the option of start moving GAS at least using Tanker Trucks?
On the 19th of May they told they were connecting the Eberle # It is the 1st of July and still no connection?
Anyone care to comment?
If the news comming out is a bad one then this is just a stock manipulation.
Yes TNOG Where is the News?
I just picked the float information from their web.
and from Investorpedia.com:
Stocks with small floats of less than seven million shares tend to be a lot more volatile than others.
Ok. it could Run up on news but the problem is the price is not on the upward moving. It is heading down by looking at the chart.
So if anyone interested in buying I would watch this carfully and look at time based charts like 1 or 2 hours.....
Why am I saying it is heading down more? because it is not oversold yet. RSI still above 30 and it could easely go more down under 30 in the next few days....And it could stay there for days.
Be aware that the star pattern today on the candle could mean nothing as it could easily move down more or sideways. And it was rather high volume on the down! I am thinking this is could just be going sideways in the next days without news.
I am not a basher in this stock! But I totally agree with you because of the low public float f.e.
I was looking at the public float on their homepage:
500,000,000- Shares Authorized
164,538,947- Issued and Outstanding
5,000,000- Public Float
If the number on the public float is right then there is only 5 millon shares for trading. Stocks with small floats of less than seven million shares tend to be a lot more volatile than others!
Would not advice buying shares in this.
Hello,
Thank you for your answer
That is true! The MM is not required to keep inventory unless in an agreement. Just my misconception.
It may be I have plased this wrongly, when it should have been:
Market Maker is accumulating because:
A market maker compets for customer order flow by displaying buy and sell quotations and fill an order he has to sell from his inventory. So in a demand growing market it is reasonable to say the MM wants to add to his inventory.
That is how I meant by MM is accumulating shares, to his inventory.
That does not say he is required to keep inventory unless the firm requires him to do so with an agreement. A reasonable amount of shares to sell from his inventory to investors because it may come time when the shares in the stock is much higher the investor won't sell his/hers shares and then the MM fills from his inventory.
I will not dwell into this subject but is it not reasonable that a MM keeps inventory of his own. And is it not true that a firm having at least one MM for making market for their shares would require the MM to buy at least some great amount of their shares? An agreement with the firm?
For others to read,
here is a quote from the Investorpedia.com
Market Maker:
A broker-dealer firm that accepts the risk of holding a certain number of shares of a particular security in order to facilitate trading in that security. Each market maker competes for customer order flow by displaying buy and sell quotations for a guaranteed number of shares. Once an order is received, the market maker immediately sells from its own inventory or seeks an offsetting order. This process takes place in mere seconds.
Notice the words: sells from its own inventory.
All the best,

If you look more at their files you will see they have and use Capital from tax-refund.
I sincerely hope that they have enough cash to hook up to the pipelines!
If you have looked at the number iv. in the file you will see that 606,461,634 shares were Freely tradable shares (public float).
And in the file:
The Company currently has minimal cash requirements. There are only basic working captial needs that include getting company's records to date. The company has plan to acuire more projects, it is expected it will be neccessary to rais capital throughout the next copule years. The method the company will use these acquistions will be made at the Annual Geneeral Meeting and will be subject to stockholder approval.
Sorry a_charting_god.
No disrespect or insult intended! I simply didn't see your DISCLAIMER before writing my other message.
I was not trying to teach you anything as if you are a Series 3 Broker Dealer I am sure you know all those things already
But most of it I took from information on the Internet now like:
investorpedia.com and more such places.
Regarding about the accumulating I saw that somewhere too and I just meant that MM are required to keep invetory. Therefore I was a bit surprised. But then if I am wrong I do not know enough and it would be higly appreciated if you could teach me in the friendly manner
You see. I am newly back in the market after 4 years of stopping of trading in stocks. I might have forgot something too!
Be sure I have used Level II back then for trading and learned quite a bit I think. And I learned about the Candlestick charting too.
All the best
Irgitupp
Thank you SloJon
But everything I wrote in that message is just what I got and learned from Internet information sources like:
http://www.investopedia.com
and more places.
He doesn't have to explain what he does to me! The one of the things I know that every MM are required to keep inventory.
What?
Market Maker:
a quote from investorpedia.com:
A broker-dealer firm that accepts the risk of holding a certain number of shares of a particular security in order to facilitate trading in that security. Each market maker competes for customer order flow by displaying buy and sell quotations for a guaranteed number of shares.
Once an order is received, the market maker immediately sells from its own inventory or seeks an offsetting order. This process takes place in mere seconds.
Me:
Every Company traded on the Market is required to have at least one Market Maker who deals in the shares of the Company. Who makes Market for the shares. Wether is is electronic or not. He is required to keep inventory of his own! That means of course when the Market Maker is accumulating shares he is adding back to it's own inventory to be able to keep the spread. and sell us you/me or others higher again on the ask. So when you see shares sold it doesn't mean that you see the public selling shares! He can be adding to his inventory by buying oour shares or it could be from the offsetting order. The spread represents the market maker's profit on each trade.
When a Company has very few MMers it is easier to make market (and demand) for the shares! Why? Because more MM' means more battle of the shares. One has to cover for short another has to do something else etc. That's is one of the reason you see much Higher and higher price on the shares in a Company on the OB or PINK-OB. Not necessary because the price is as low as a small fraction of a dollar. It is often because of few MM's in that particular Company. The MM is the only one making the spread, or very few. MM who controls the spread and makes the demand we want.
Let's see:
I want to buy shares in some Company then the Market Maker sell shares from his inventory usually on the ask price or sometimes a fraction between, a bit lower than the ask. Sometimes it works (but better with a Stock with a higher price of course) to set your limit buy between the bid and ask and you get filled. It depends were the shares in the Company is heading at the moment (up or down). That's how you see odd numbers like 12333333 shares or something like that. Of course when I buy shares there wouldn't be you selling me (i.e. like you mention share/for/share.
I want to sell shares. The MM buyes the shares back usually on the bid (not you or another public figure), adding back to his inventory! But I wouldn't be the only one willing to sell. Perhaps another MM from his inventory. Or the offsetting order mentioned.
So when the demand for shares is rising the market price gets higher and the Company get'ts more and we too. But the MM gets to hold the spread.
So the simple answer is this: to be able to make Market for the shares. To be able to push price higher when the demand requires. Of course he wants to have large inventory when the demands are much more for the shares. Let se for example the large sum of shares trated in QMNM for the last days. Somtimes over 200 million shares each day. Ho would be possible if I (and many other peoples) holds my shares for a long time and do not want to sell? The MM inventory will at last be too few shares to sell. So of course the MM want to add back to his inventory.
Lets see:
The Company on the Pink has about 700.000.000 shares on the Market to Trade. How would it be possible if the MM doesn't keep inventory when the shares are bought in millon each day?
And he wants be able to control the spread to make money. And he is not to required to sell you exactly those shares I want to sell and you want to buy.
Hey guys. It looks like
the MM has stopped accumulating. At least seen by the charts today. I personally think when it is low volume at the 0.005 we will see news.
Perhaps news to morrow?! That would be very strong!
I think it is up to us now to bring it up!
The price has stayed much longer at the $ 0.005 than the 0.0046 etc.. by looking at the chart. I personally think it will not fall. If we continue buying then this will eventually turn up and push up the ask! Even if not yet new news. But we will have to buy.
But still Eberle #1 is the first phace. If connection to that well is coming through then we can trust other projects to come through to revenue and cash flow.
It is mentioned in the file to the Pinksheets that the Company uses Piplines, Trucks and Barge to move oil and gas to the Wholesaler. I do not know much about this but wouldn't it be ok. to start moving the oil and gas to the Wholesaler using the Tanker Truck? And then continue with the Pipelines if that is relatively cheaper than the using the Trucks.
Anyone care to comment on that?
Nah......
It must have been [crowin] selling his shares
New "Titan Oil and Gas Corporate Update" in the email.
Or this one:
Ma 5 - 10 - 50 + RSI + Willams %R + Fast Sto
started at day low and ended above high yesterday
looks very promising.
If you care to answer? When exactly did you get your email from TNOG management?
I got mine on Sunday.
My opinion: it is better to get in now because when this all comes out the share price will go sky high.
Just look at what this means! It just don't only mean that the share price will reflect the revenue!
It means that the new management team of TNOG has proofed (he) can generate revenue and therefore will be able to come through with revenue from other projects!
This is similar of what I got in a email response from TNOG. And they sait among other things: "very near finalizing this"
Hello all,
Why all the silence? waiting for the news?
I haven't seen such inactivity on this TNOG forum before.
Might be the MarketMaker is accumulating shares as has been for the last days?
You know that TNOG is of course required to have at least one MM to control and make market for the shares...
When the news is near we might see share price drop a little bit the day before and then heating way up.
Anyone know the names of TNOG's management team? I can just find Mr. Brandon J. Toth on their webpages.
I am new here.
Anyone know the name of the (only?) Market-Maker of TNOG?
Yeah waiting on news.
I got an email answer from them on the 15th. Looks very promishing! More than two or three things going on at the same time. Just waiting what comes through first or if more than one news comes out at the same time.....
Oh this one is going up when the news comes out......
So I am waiting.
