I'm not saying there isn't dilution. This is what you said...
Only trades your seeing is the market makers and they are the only ones who make money.
All just speculation, it's impossible to tell who's trading what. As you like to say, show me the proof!
JMO
WOW, that's a nice number. I guess they're still not sure if it will sell...LOL
JMO
Please, do you really think a major retailer like Walmart Canada would resume selling 1000+, if they didn't think it would sell? C'mon, they had first-hand experience with the product, otherwise they wouldn't waste their time.
The point is that 1000+ IS SELLING, the goal is to expand, which they are now doing in the US. Common sense dictates that increased sales will follow.
Pretty simple concept, which is currently being executed.
JMO
The point is, if it wasn't selling, they wouldn't continue to stock it. Same reason why Walmart Canada resumed stocking it, they know it sells. It is this same philosophy that will drive retailers like Duane Reade and Do It Best, among others.
The business plan is simple, increase the number of retailers and stores that carry 1000+ and sales will naturally increase. Simple business really.
JMO
It's just the kind of exposure this product needs, definitely a step in the right direction.
JMO
It's always exciting, when I find 1000+ being sold in a place I've never seen it before.
I was in Manhattan this past Saturday evening, to see the Rangers play the Sabres. Stopped by the Duane Reade store in Penn Station, which is located right below Madison Square Garden, and found 1000+ on the shelf, along with other well-known laundry products. This store is just one of the three Duane Reade locations, in and around Penn Station alone. There are many more locations throughout Manhattan. This was a Saturday evening and there was still a great amount of foot-traffic, while I was there. I can only imagine how busy this location is, during the busy work week.
Penn Station is a major transportation hub in NYC and handles traffic for the Long Island Rail Road, New Jersey Transit, Amtrak and the NYC subway system. It serves 300,000 passengers a day and is the busiest train station in North America.
Someone is obviously buying it, as there are only two bottles left.
JMO
Thank goodness. That puts that witch hunt to bed!
JMO
That's not accurate at all. He always fully disclosed that he was doing some work for the company. He had nothing to hide.
JMO
"In May 2008, after an SEC investigation cleared him"
Sales will increase, with the new accounts, and financing will be completed, then the pps will rebound.
JMO
Once again re-hashing something that is old news, that no one cared about until yesterday. It's obviously getting very hard to find things wrong about the company, so the focus shifts to try and make something out of nothing.
JMO
So I guess all 23 stocks in front of WNBD on the list are doomed to fail? Nice logic!
JMO
Buy, Buy, Buy??
Great comeback, your wit is dazzling.
People also love a good success story, where the little guy bucks the odds and makes it big. WNBD could be that little guy!
JMO
Thanks guys, we're up to # 24 on the Most Read board!
Keep up the good work!
Sales this year coming in from Duane Reade, Do It Best, Benjamin Moore/Janovic, Home Depot online, just to name several!
JMO
Simply put, much ado about nothing.
JMO
Making a mountain out of a molehill, just like all that nonsense about the CEO actually having a girlfriend! Sheesh!
I guess there's not a lot else to pick on with this company.
Why don't we discuss the relevant issues, like Do It Best, Duane Reade, GSA, Sam's Club, Walmart Canada.
JMO
This company goes out of their way to do everything the right way and to follow all the rules. I'm sure in the case of compensation/expenses this is no exception and every thing was done to the letter. Remember when Thomas Graham used to post on this board and did some work for the company? Everyone was fully aware of that fact and no one demanded that he reveal his salary/compensation. The simple fact is anyone on this board could be receiving compensation and not disclosing that fact.
BTW, the company used to give out free samples to anyone who asked. I never took advantage of this offer, but many people on this board did. That hardly qualfies as "compensation".
JMO
Whoa! I don't see anyone getting "ripped off" here. I see a young company trying to make it in a difficult environment.
JMO
OMG!! He clearly says he hopes to have financing in place in 3 months! What more are you looking for!!! Sheesh!
JMO
What would you like them to do? You know full well that measurable results are only available when the financial reports are filed. Like I said, Eric is damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.
JMO
I agree 100%. I like my odds, too, especially with all the recent accomplishments.
JMO
Maybe you missed Duane Reade, Do It Best, GSA, Walmart Canada, Sam's Club...all in the past few months. All verifiable accomplishments!
JMO
You've asked Eric over and over for an update on the financing and he's delivered that to you. It's not a done deal, it's a work in progress. Business deals never happen overnight. The way I see it is Eric is damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. No matter what he does, some will never be satisfied.
JMO
And once he reaches that point, then he will start to focus on additional product lines. He's taking it one step at a time, like he should.
JMO
So, he's got a girlfriend, good for him!
She has a job with the company, good for her!
All of this has been public knowledge for a long time, why are we re-hashing old news that no one cares about?
JMO
Just trying to make the point that you hire who you know and trust, which is even more important in a small business, like WNBD.
Besides, people date and marry people in the office all the time. This is 2012, office romances happen all the time. Nothing wrong or improper about it, at all. Times have changed.
JMO
He's been extremely open and honest from day one. Show me another penny stock that makes this much of an effort to keep people informed.
JMO
People hire who they know all the time. Who would you rather hire, a stranger or someone you trust and know can do the job? I guess all those "mom and pop" businesses are making "huge errors", by working with their significant others. I guess all those "...and sons" businesses out there are doing it wrong. Too funny.
JMO
Huh? I wasn't the one that claimed the CEO posted false information. That's a pretty serious claim, I'm just looking for clarification and proof that he did that. I don't think he's ever done that, in fact I think he's honest to a fault.
JMO
All just pure speculation, with no actual basis in reality.
JMO
So are you saying he outright lies in his blogs? Pretty bold statement there, anything to back it up?
JMO
Amazing that people will put words in people's mouths. Highly unethical and dishonest, imo. This company goes to extreme lengths to keep people informed and people still try to twist their words around.
JMO
Really, he has? Please share where he addressed that issue. Or are you just making up stuff? Please don't post misinformation.
JMO
Here you go, these people can address your questions.
CustomerService@WinningBrands.ca
Eric@WinningBrands.ca
Please share why this is at all important.
JMO
Why exactly does that matter? Been trading stocks a long time and never once looked up how many part-time employees a company had.
JMO
I think you should call them up and ask them, if you really need that information. To me it's irrelevant, but have fun.
JMO
If he did anything remotely like that, it would be called "carrot dangling", by some. Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.
JMO
