I think they have supplied the needed financial information in respone to the Dot's letter from 7/23. And hopefully we will see approval very soon.

You can see the request where they ask for the information not to be disclosed to the public.

It isn't hidden but Baltia has requested it not be disclosed to the public.

So it looks likt baltia already responded to the DOT request. There is document posted today but it has been requested that the information be hidden from the public.
