Hello Rich- I'm neither short or long-
I'm just pizzed that I lost my summer paper route money from 1961 in an investment with a company that is LESS THAN FORTHRIGHT.
IMO "what goes around comes around"
Observations:
Its been one month since OncoPet was announced- website still "under construction".
Its been 5 months since Wittenberg resigned but still listed under management at Biocurex as Chaiman & Secretary Treasurer.
Abbott Labs earnings out today- stock down $1.21.
In the 8-K
Scroll down thru to Questions & Answers
Question #7 What are key areas of focus in Abbott's broad-based pipeline?
Answer #7 Oncology (specifically about cancer research & pipeline products)-Biocurex/Recaf no where to be found.

IMO many have forgotten the definition & ramifications of owning a "PENNY STOCK"
Here's a basic read:
http://wiki.fool.com/Penny_stock
BOCX is a "Penny Stock"
Sorry again:(correct e-mail)

Please get on this Mata (or Hari) and report back your findings.-Thanks
PS- Seems to be alot of name variations going on here.
Thank you. your link is appreciated.
Now my other ?
Why doesn't BOCX REGISTER trademark Recaf & Oncopet?
If I am to believe TheBocx speaks for Biocurex- I already have my answer -ie. unregistered TM only can be easily enforced.
Maybe with Recaf but not with Oncopet since our vet friend in Arkansas (even though not registered TM) has a longer history & precedant with "Oncopet".
A simple clear summary of WHY BOCX hasn't bothered to really lock-in TIGHT by REGISTERED TRADEMARK
both Recaf & Oncopet-so it can never be challenged.
Anyone?
An observation:
In the USA a 9 month CD can be purchased yielding 2.2% (before taxes).
Today $2700.00(+,-) in BOCX stock changed hands.
Certainly with the confidence displayed on the other board there should be more shares being purchased.
Certainly with the rich colleagues of Dr. Moro in Vancouver, Montreal etc.(all professionals bringing in six figures)
a no-brainer investment yielding alot more than 2.3% APY would be BOCX.
Unfortunately volume shows that that is not the case.
Why the disconnect?
Link please directly to expired Oncopet trademark.
Without link your statement cannot be verified.
Beyond that no one has answered why BOCX HAS NOT REGISTERED TRADEMARK names RECAF & ONCOPET especially when they claim to be at some point in the future a source of millions in revenue with their product and providing long shareholders a return on investment.
tdew@oncopet.com
Feel free to shoot him an e-mail (above)

Yes folks- thats why you want to REGISTER your trademarks.
Of course according to THEBOCX there would be no problem with any legal issue's with the non-registered name Oncopet.
Guess who set precedant with Oncopet-NOT BOCX
PS-Maybe it was his company that just purchased the OncoPet.COM website.
Tell that to Terry Dew-veteranarian-Russellville,Ar.
Here's his OncoPet logo

Sorry-2nd link no good
First link is good- Scroll down to Second Topic
"Should I register my Mark"
Also read thru "What must the Applicant Include" (for a REGISTERED trademark.
IMO both RECAF and ONCOPET are UNREGISTERED TRADEMARKS (Until shown otherwise)
Here's the "Basic Facts about Trademarks" for the U.S.
http://www.uspto.gov/go/tac/doc/basic/
Should I REGISTER my Trademark?
http://www.uspo.gov/go/tac/doc/basic/register.htm
SO why aren't RECAF and ONCOPET REGISTERED TRADEMARKS?
According to TheBOCX any legal concerns should they arise are already covered under unregistered Trademarks.
So why doesn't BOCX at least try to REGISTER the Trademarks?(maybe they've tried ,I don't know)
Read above link #1 (sroll down) about what the applicant must include:
At least a photo of the packaged specimens that are intended for commerce AND a signed allegation of use attesting to a bonafide situation to use the mark in commerce.
Until posted otherwise I'm postulating that perhaps the above criteria are one of the hurdles precluding BOCX from getting REGISTERED trademarks.
Here's the most famous recent example of CEO posting.
In this case he got what he asked for per the old adage "if you want it bad-you'll get it bad"
Whole Foods has not recovered since purchashing Wild Oats.
I don't know what sanctions Mr. McKay suffered (other than humiliation)
http://www.portfolio.com/resources/business-intelligence/survival_guide_anonymous_postings
Please.
Stop, I'm begging you.
Again answer the question; why are RECAF and ONCOPET not REGISTERED TRADEMARKS.?
PS- I and others cannot find any REGISTERED TRADEMARKS for RECAF or ONCOPET
So what's the problem with a REGISTERED TRADEMARK of these names if you're a serious business-they are not taken.
Think about it- if you were responsible for the future of YOUR own business -how would you prefer to register your lifeblood revenue name?
Agreed-since John Doe has been around since I believe WWI as probably a REGISTERED TRADEMARK (didn't check)but is also used in common public dialogue.
A better example would be if you or I trademarked "JUDY'S LEMONADE STAND TM"- with dubious UNREGISTERED PROTECTION.
I still would like an answer to why RECAF and ONCOPET are not REGISTERED TRADEMARKS- with FULL legal protection provided by the Latham Act.
A company that expects perhaps millions coming in revenue and intends to be around in the future to enrich shareholders should have REGISTERED TRADEMARKS.
(Would Abbott or Inverness be involved with UNREGISTERED Trademarks?)
See my reply to THEBOCX.
Just another example w/BOCX that gives one pause.
MY QUESTION TO THEBOCX:
Please advise why not REGISTERED trademarks for Recaf and Oncopet if you are a SERIOUS corp., expecting millions in revenue and intend to be around in the future to enrich your shareholders?
A simple, honest, straightforward answer will suffice.
(Don't tell me "it takes too long" or "costs to much" when you have spent thousands on IMO less important things)
Sorry YOU have to do better than that.
I am not confusing a registered trademark with an Unregistered Trademark.
Your first link:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trademark
scroll down: "unregistered trademark may be protectable only within the geographical area with which it to be used or in geopgraphical areas to which it may be reasonally expected to expand"
My previous comment"this shows great business acumen from a company that is expecting millions in revenue"-"gives me pause"
My new comment: "Lawyers would have a field day with this- what is this Legalzoom.com?"
Your second link:
http://topics.law.cornell.edu/wex/trademark
Click on first header TRADEMARK
Here you are trying to "flip me" as this is about Registered Trademarks- 2nd paragraph-"trademarks may be protected under the Latham act"
3rd paragraph:"under the Latham Act a seller applies TO REGISTER a Trademark"
BOCX has not registered either RECAF or ONCOPET as REGISTERED TM; refer to your first wikipedia link above for your dubious unregistered TM protection.
Again you or I could register John Doe TM tomorrow ; it means nothing IMO .
The big question for serious corporations expecting millions in Revenue-and expecting to be around for years to enrich heir shareholders- Why not get a REGISTERED TRADEMARK?
ADVISE PLEASE AS TO WHY NOT A REGISTERED TRADEMARK.
So it looks like RECAF TM and ONCOPET TM are UNREGISTERED TRADEMARKS totally void of any legal protection (vs. Registered Trademarks).
Per the TM logo (both RECAF TM and ONCOPET TM) will not be found in either the US or Canadian Trademark database because they are unregistered trademarks.
The criteria for using the TM logo ? NONE. You or I could immediately brevet it after any name.ie. John Doe TM
IMO thats great business acumen going forward with a product that's supposed to have millions in revenue.
This gives me pause.
(Please feel free to correct me where I'm wrong in the above statements)
I hear you.
Also saw OncoPet.COM website available for purchase How much? $1000.?; $2500?$5000.?
If you were starting an online website with links which would you prefer if you had a choice (which Dr. Moro did) .COM or .NET?
Also if you start up on .NET wouldn't you be just a little trepedatious since OncoPet.COM was still available.
(Maybe he's real smart- took .NET & is going to purchase .COM so he'll have both)
No dice.
Either they are in the database or not in the database as trademarks- No parsing of words, flipping somewhere else ,coulda',should'woulda', Dr. Moro 'has been too busy"etc..
Dr. Moro has RecafTM & OncoPet TM ; not open to interpretation
Direct link to US or Canadian database please.
I would think that it would behoove BOCX longs to answer this question as it goes to the core of Dr. Moro's credibility.
If you'd be so kind- ask the quetion on the other board (as I'm not registered)and we'll all wait for the reply or non-reply.
If we get the links I'll be the first to apologize for doubting.
Will someone post direct links in either the US or Canadian Trademarks database to:
OncoPet or Onco-Pet or any variation as claimed to be trademarked by Dr. Moro.
Recaf or any variation as claimed to be trademarked by Dr. Moro.
Direct link please - no link to database & do my own search (I've tried)
Also for excuse OncoPet "paperwork pending" my rebuttal is shouldn't true statement be OncoPet (TM pending)
No excuse for RECAF (TM)
Thanks in advance.
Very interesting article just came out in this month's Smithsonian Magazine that IMO shed's new light on the direction that cancer detection is taking- ie. MicroRNA.
Here's the article (if link doesn't work just goggle microRNA Smithsonian)

Off topic but whatever did happen to "doggone' or "dog" or "dawg"
From some of his ramblin' late night incoherent postings I'm wondering if he still inhabits this good earth.
Last thing I remember was that he was off to stake his mine claim & take some of the proceeds and finance Biocurex.
Anyone know?
I give Dr. Moro credit-he has more lves than a cat!
So here's his new website under construction.
Looks like he's going direct to the population.

Curious as to comments on why Wittenberg would resign & sell his shares as he had to know about this development that would soon be breaking news.

Hello Tommy- Your post begs the question "Why doesn't Dr. Gold (and others) exercise their options at these low prices?"
as they would be in the same boat as Dr. Wittenberg.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Dr. Moro has taken time out from his hectic schedule & "commented on" & "clarified" the amount of shares involved in the S8 filing on the other board.
I've read the conversations on both this board & "the other board" since I sold my BOCX @ 60 cents & lost $850.00
I've done this to educate myself & have learned alot about human nature, the "parsing" of words, the "nuances & shading" of press releases, etc.
Thank you especially for your diligent postings GOLD.
IMO the fat lady is warming up.
I've been following this dialogue on & off for some months now.
You may want to check today's SEC filing by Whispering Oaks International.
GLTA
Its still an extension.
