Things are not always as they seem.
I meant thanks LILChoker! Sorry.
Basically AWYI has never had any money unless they traded shares for it. Cornell was paid in shares. Staff were paid in shares. PR people were paid in shares. A former board mod tried to get Arne to pay him in shares. Fell through though. Yet he wouldn't give up the spot out of spite, until no one had any interest in it anymore.
As far as I'm concerned, that mod hurt AWYI at the time as much as Cornell did, with all his public and behind the scenes squabbling with Indy.
What I vaguely remember of any comment about a possible R/S was either from Arne or translated to me from his then present PR man (indy) referred to that; if a time ever came that AWYI would want to up-list to the Nasdaq, It would be necessary to do a R/S beforehand.
That's when Cornell was dumping shares. Everyone at AWYI acted like they didn't know what was happening. Everyday after hours T-trades.
Thanks Louie, I have read all those before, and we all know who Lief Carlson is. Too bad he didn't raise it to pay off Cornell years ago. Then again this kinda looks like another Cornell deal.
It is True Louie. There has been no revenue for several years. AWYI has nothing to get revs from. They don't own anything. They don't produce anything. They don't sell anything. They provide no services to anyone. If they ever did happen to magically attain revenues, it would be eaten up in expenses/bills/IOUs.
.0006s, This is where I got in at in 2007.
When have I ever mentioned Syrei? What did they ever do for AWYI? They are basically like a separate entity. No income towards AWYI as far as I know.
I don't think Limetruck even exists anymore. The parent company Lime media does. Limetruck was just a branch of people/equipment from Lime media that AWYI "Acquired", but couldn't pay for. My daughter actually started working for Lime Media in Dallas recently.
What Financials? AWYI has nothing to report! They can't report from companies that they haven't paid for yet. We went through this when AWYI "acquired" Limetruck.
And.... There is no way to meet obligations unless they start up the printing press again.
It was made as a duplicate to AWYI only without The toxic financing. Yet.
s consideration for the execution of the Stock Purchase Agreement, we issued to Mr. Block a common stock purchase warrant to purchase an aggregate of 75,000,000 shares of our common stock (“SPA Warrant”). In addition, at closing and as consideration for our purchase of the outstanding shares of Government-Buys Stock, we paid or issued to Mr. Block the following: (a) a common stock purchase warrant to purchase an aggregate of 75,000,000 shares of our common stock (the “Acquisition Warrant”), (b) a promissory note in the aggregate principal amount of $500,000 (the “Acquisition Note”), and (c) a promissory note in the aggregate principal amount of $600,000 (the “Five Year Note”).

Unfortunately, AWYI has no revenue. What the so-called partner companies make, they keep. Same thing as when AWYI acquired Lime truck. Limetruck may have made a little money, but obligations weren't met, so none of it went to AWYI. Elsinore is a ghost company thrown together when AWYI failed in 2008 and they realized that there was no escaping Cornell. No Revenue either. Elsinore wants 5 mil to stay in operation, with no projected income.
Facetime and Mason media basically acknowledge AWYI as a friend and let AWYI use some office space? AWYI has no capital to work with, and the only way it ever could have would be to borrow money through another toxic financing company like Cornell. Biggest mistake Arne ever made. JMO
Been maxed out for a couple years. doesn't help with the value of the stock though.
That's what we get here, when there is no real News!
Look at the date. this was a real bummer at the time.

So what are you saying ? to the Moon because it ONLY has 2 bil shares?
Looks good, but also looks like you are leaving out all expenses. I truly hope the best for AWYI, but I've watched those same type of predictions, promises and dreams here since December 2007.
I'm not making it anything! It is what it is. Good or bad.
That was true 2-3 years ago. Who knows now
2 bil sounds right
Not sure how this stock has earnings. As to the technology, Arne had a dream. Had things unfolded as he had planned a few years ago, with digital signage, this company may have been on the cutting edge of the market. However with several years of delays due to the economy and the toxic financing constantly biting AWYI in the ass, Arne missed a valuable window of opportunity. Can he still pull out and make a viable company and carry on with his dreams for this company? Time will tell.
Never said don't buy. Only said don't spend your lunch money on it. If you have been here longer than I have, did you forget your password or? I don't pump either. Not gonna say to the moon when I know it will probably never get off the ground. It is what it is, and I gave up getting rich from it years ago.
Really? FYI! I have owned/traded AWYI since 2007. Look back a few years at my posts, But be my guest. Mortgage your house and buy all the way up and all the way down. Then make a whole 58 more posts
Seen it here before. Don't use your lunch money
Nice story, but it wasn't actually Edison's idea. He just made a practical version by applying more vacuum. The theory had been around for 50 years before Edison got involved.
What profitability is he speaking of? and how?
facebook him
really?
Why is this tanking?
Where did you get that info?
why does this post not surprise me?
I nominate lilchoker!
There's more to that story than you know, involving the moderator that was ruling at the time.
I think you have tamed Steal for us. )
Hey Gail, You back in?
