can anyone explain the continues drop of this stock over the past few days.. just curious... they seem to have gotten some good pr's but no results. and i dont feel like reading that far back

wow the guy i talked to was.. pretty much a dick... i just called the company and the guys said that there are so many investors calling that they arent getting any work done lol...

the only information that he gave me was that in the next 60-90 all marketing production and distribution was going to be done... so we have 2 to 3 months to sit here and listen to people speculate how much the stock is gonna drop while they are busy flipping the stock for profit.. oh well.. ill get mine in the end

im calling the company later today and among my main list of question have are
1. what is the officail number of a/s and o/s?
2. when will the bottling plant be completed?
3. since the last time i called where does the company stand with product release date?(was mid march early april)
4. has the comany hired a cfo yet, and if not when do they expect to be hiring one?
5. is a r/s scheduled?
if you have any additions to this list of questions let me know and i will definatly ask

wow no idea what that post meant at all.. but with the low prices the yesterday i wont be suprised to see just as much volume today.. but im hoping to see it with a rise in pps of at least 100% if not more. Got to get some of these shares out of the red

agreed... the price dropped so much that i expect to see sales across the board all morning... once the stock has jump substancially we will then see a drop mid to late afternoon as day traders flip to gain profit from early sales... none the less the drop is just an oppurtunity to buy in low

when i called a few weeks ago the representative on the phone stated they were in final stages of finishing a production plant in arizona. as well i asked where they plan to distribute the product and where. He said first distribution was going to happen in arizona, california, and newyork with plans to distribute in japan.

A while back before the aquiring of xnd the ceo stated his future goals for the company. these goals were, aquiring xnd technologies, changing the company name, trading under a new symbol, hiring a new scientist, aquiring a bottle plant, and hiring a distribution and marketing team. Of these goals all but 2 are finalized.

And according to the rep on the phone the bottle plant is near completion all thats left would be the distribution and marketing team.

these were the factors i used in purchasing this stock. All the events that have occured recently with the bashing of this stock has not changed my mind. Im in this for the long hall. Im waiting for distribution and if i were you i would do the same.

I didn't sell because i see the potential this company has and i wasnt satisfied with that gain.. I think im entitled to do what i want with my shares. as you are with urs.

yes it makes me sick too. To see ur stock go down so much in 2 days just based on people bashing it makes you angry but take advantage of this situation and buy in low. dont get scared and sell.

The company hasn't even released its product yet. I mean heck the company hasnt even hired a cfo yet. I dont see the company doing a r/s with no cfo.

400% was nice yes... but compared to what im expecting to happen its nothing. wehn you think of it like this. NUBV is bringing in "0" revenue right now. with the release of a product the result of the pps will go from speculation to actual results. and if this stuff sells the way i think it will then we will be doing fine.

Not to mention the company could get bought out. Which is still a logical probability

it seems people are easiely scared by these posts... all we need to do is buy low along with them. pick up as many cheap shares as you can and hold on to them... NUBV has a good product and they are on their way to announcing a release date.

i bought at .0003 but about a week ago. i should have sold after the over 400% increase but im waiting for the big jump.. we havent seen anyhting yet

there is no truth in what he is saying.... chars just trying to scare people into selling while he himself is probably buying.. just hold on to ur shares and take advantage of these low prices and pick up more shares. Because when the product drops mid march early april ur gonna want as many shares as you can get

i dont know how good the source is.. but when i called the company about a week and a half maybe 2 weeks ago i asked the specific question. "when will a product be realease?" The guy on the phone stated that the bottle plant was almost complete and that the company expects a product to be released in arizona in mid march. and i questioned it. I asked him when he expected a release and he said mid march early april.. so ive just been waiting

i agree completely.. all im going to do is buy more shares as the price drops... because i have a strong feeling this company is going places.. im in this for the longterm

well i bought my original shares at .0003 so im still in the green... some of my other purchases have lost but i think im still sitting pretty. but im still not worried.

im not worried about the price drop... just investors trying to grab a profit... no worries im waiting for the product release. we will see who's sitting pretty when they start bringing in revenue :). This guy will be sitting pretty :)

ok good because i called the company about 2 weeks ago and talked to the guy for about an hr... all about what they r planning... its what influenced me to buy.. i bought at .0003, .0004, now at .001, and trying today to get another buy in at .0009

quick question if u call the company and ask them questions, then trade based on the info is that considered insider trading?

im just buying up as much as a i can waiting for the product release
