If you had the money and power to bring a stock to .0001 before a upswing so you could load, would you do it??? That is what I think is going on here, There are millions to be made and they are squeezing every penny of it to the max.

The permit is 100 million percent of the scenario. No Permit, no income, it doesn't matter who they partner with or if the bury 10 million in the floor boards, Until someone can walk into that mill and legally switch the breaker box from Off to ON we are stuck here in reference to price.

To make things short. when my business was in start up, struggling, and incomeless (if that is a word) YES I did put my gross pay into it.

I realize at this scale it is all different but I guess I need a publicly traded company so I can get a 5 figure income when the business is not producing.
