no they never said it, the point of the post was all commintucation will be via pr so no reason to belive anything is different without a pr. so since no pr all is good. i was responding to the posts that some had posted with concern that they havne't heard from co today via pr. so no news means everything is still status quo.

The basis share stucture of a stock is the lifeblood of a company, it determiens market cap and how you are positined with competitiors and if you are out seeking new investors he should be reciting it repeadtly and have it memorized. I will say, I am reading some of the recent posts regaridng shares structure and thought. I was on the CC as well, As I was impressed with the product and idea I found it a bit strange that the Share Stucture was unknown by the ceo. He seemed to indicate that he would either talk to TA or get the numbers out.

I have also called and left a messsage and an email to inquire without any response.

I don't think the Share stucture is an unimprotant detail, it's the basis of most DD of any stock purchase, and if someone is asking, they aren't trying to bash just doing DD. If the ceo is too busy to answer then the company shoudl put the information on the company website under investor infromation.

For the best information, call your broker, they are usually very helpful and can give you all of the specifics. That way you are given an unbiased explaination.

shorter term traders have to decide to buy before any news on name change to secure a price here and it seems only us with tda will have thier shares on hold for a bit of time, or wait for symbol change pay more but have instant acess to shares for selling if wnat to play momo.

He was quoted as saying the compnay has approved name change to phonegaurd inc. so I called and verifed they are doing a symbol and cuspid change.

Nothing as been filed on an 8k as of yet, but looks like going to happen. I would think before the launch as when beiber says phoengaurd, they want that as the compnay name and symbol. but that is speculation on my part.

Trrading won't be stopped at all, folks can buy immediately under the new symbol and sell, it's the folks with the opmg shares that are on hold (with some brokers it seems)

on the phone now with TDA shares are not traable with them under new symbol either by call or not, until shares clear via the company. she is double checking with corporate actions as i am on hold right now.

The one unknown and maybe someone smarter in securites can answer this, is the private investors are they buying sotck that is immeidately tradable to sell into the launch, since it's not being purchased via open market.

Will def. clear up any shorts positions folks are silly enough to be taking pre launch.

Will also elimate dumping of cheap shares into launch hype, folks who bought cheap will either have to buy the new symbol for "scalping" or wait out the change.

Let me try, anyone can chime in who is more knowlegeable but I will give you my experiecne and hypotheicals.


Today you buy 200K of OPMG at .043 for $8600

They do a symbol and cuspid change to phrd or whatever. In your account you will see no symbol, but your 200K and whatever price it's trading at for about 3 days in my experince. So if it opens on 6/6 with PHRD as a symbol, people can buy that stock right away and sell it at the price just like any other stock. Shares that were purchsed before the name change aren't tradable at all for 3 dyas until they appear in your account with the new symbol.

So if the stock opens at .06 on monday and trades .15 you can't do anything, but you can buy the new symbol that day.

So if your long, no matter.

It's all about accounting for the shares bought and sold under the opmg smybol.

Yes, i lived through a similar event.... was dying, couldn't do a bloody thing, and by the time my stock cleared it was far off the high.


again for longs doens't matter a single bit, for those going "all in" to flip on huge gains on launch date, if they do a symbol change may want to re exaime, as you won't be able to sell.
It's all about your short and long term goals on this one.

Personally I think an AH pR is going to happen with the ticker change before the launch as when bieber says the word phonegaurd, they want the stock to be phoneguard. So if that is the case opmg shares won't be avail to sell on the 6/6 date, depedning when they do it may not be able to sell until 6/8 or so.


For longs no matter, for flippers going in heavy may want to think about it.

I haven't played many cuspid changes, i just remember one play having to wait 3 days on tda to do it's thing.

worth calling your broker and see if they have a predefined set of rules. I bleive the delay is to account for the shares held by each brokerage.

Thinking about saving some funds to play the new symbol when the intial rush starts, as the stock will be tradable under the new symbol right away, it's just the shares pre cuspid and ticker change are put on hold for accounting.

I asked about the upcoming name change that has been pr'd. Although he said he had no control of when that was going to happen he did say it would also be a ticker and cuspid change.

So I bleive that means all shares will need to be acoconted for, but conversely for those thinking to flip on news, in my experience with my broker tda, therre is about 3-4 days when the sotck simnply is not availble for trading. So when trading this realize you may or may not be able to sell this into the intial hype.

If you are long, it doesn't really matter in the long run, as your not looking to sell.

I just know we have some traders here thinking thye will filip for quick profits, and some who are planning on going long.

lol, again usually make the best gains or best trades I should say on stocks that i have back and forth with folks, because when someone is really scruitinzing a stock and asking tough questions, they either get answered and everyone is better off for it, or that same person is convinced of the investment and you know that much more DD has been done.


I personally hope eveyrone does well in every trade as it has a better effect on all the plays. two months ago when the makret sucked and plays just died, no one would ride a play out they would dump at the first sign of weakness. Wehn traders see plays do well over time and dip, consolidate and go up, then they are less likey to trash a play with bad trading.

I am a firm beliver in taking profits, for me I pay the bills trading, some don't. Taht's cool, but for me if taking profits on the way up and buying dips allows me 5K more to trade with, than I can trade that much more agreesively if I choose. And for me 5K is real moeny, isn't anything to sneeze at.

Will the stock pop, yes. But there has been no comfirmation of the actual and current share structue on OPMG and folks talking about having 10's of thousands dollars long in it, just scares me.

yes will get momo loving up, but before peeps expect 1.00 a share they need to err demand the share structure, and I just don't understnad why no one cares what it is.

Unless some who are screaming long, are really just riding the momo and will sell wisely on the way up.
