Here is my L2 shot. Is that after hours trades?
that last 400k looked like a mirror trade? shares thinning?
One little slap on the um...ASK will take out the 7
I have looked at some of their technology and it is impressive. Being in the field of delivering this type of service I know what is involved and can appreciate the service they provide.
I also know that many providers need and want the information they offer but just don't have the time to obtain it from conventional sources. If they can sit in front of their computer for a few minutes and get it, that is a pretty big thing.
I really don't expect this interview to have a big effect on SP. Traders look for numbers not passion and fundimentals of a company. The implication that cash flow and profits are good will take care of the SP in due time.
Interview comment....
I didn't get anything really groundbreaking from the interview from a shareholder standpoint; although I don't think this interview was intended as a PR for investors. It dealt more with the fundimentals of the company than with the immediate SP. It has been said before that they have passion for what they do and that is a good thing for a company. I have seen passion make a company grow when everything else was working against it.
Couple of things I did like was the mention of profitability and cash flow turning the corner. Sounded honest to me. Also the fact they are looking to expand to other branches of the military. I also like the fact of their offering web based siminars. I am in the technology field and this platform is getting to be huge within the medical field, especially provideing continuing education credit via this method. Doctors will appreciate this.
10M line of credit they haven't touched....not cash in bank
"The company also develops and implements online accredited continued medical education programs"
This is pretty big and speaks for their quality and adds to the fundimentals of the company.
I keep seeing all kinds of post on here about different reasons the SP is down right now. There is a simple explanation, there are more shares for sale than people are willing to buy.
Use Jimmy Carter math. If you have 4 bags of peanuts for sale and 5 people wanting to buy bags of peanuts you can demand a higher price. If you have 5 bags of peanuts and only 4 people wanting to buy you either have to sell 5 bags for the price of 4 or try and find a 5th buyer. Of course all this has to be done before the peanuts spoil.
The chart says it all. We are hovering around suppport at .45 to .47 There are 5 bags of DPDW and only 4 buyers out there. I think the company has even addressed this by saying they are in contact with buyers to help absorb this additional float. So technically they are looking for that 5th buyer.
Hope this simple theory doesn't offend anyone. I am a simple fellar and have to think in simple terms.
The PR says the interview will be posted by 8PM EST today
Looks like the big money may have found their entry point
We need a green day today to confirm!
Go DPDW!
Now what...bid .56 ask .56!
tug-o-war between the buyers and profit takers that got in on the bottom last week?
NITE seems to have an objective on this
Quotestream...
My L2 is showing just a few MM's on the b/a this morning. Maybe just a snaffu with Quotestream?
If you look at the PR, they announced about 4M worth of work in only 5 days.
Also take a close look at the content of the work they are doing. Not only are they starting to produce and deliver products that are already developed and proven; they are involved in developing products that meet a need. This is the very basis of capitalism.
I can see this company moving ahead by leaps and bounds because of innovation and working "smart" to develop products that meet a need in the industry. IMO I can see this making the value of this company, well, invaluable to the industry. One can only imagine what that will do to the PPS of our investment.
I also know that next market open there will be some profit taking on the morning "bounce" by some flippers. This might cool the run a little for the moment, but we shouldn't let it scare us.
Is that some mirror trades I see? EOM
Reversal in progress.....
Look at the charts
Chev,
I am not asking you to trust me....just look at the chart....
5min chart will show you.
Reversal in PROGRESS NOW!
Look at the charts...my chart expert is on the phone with me.
Maybe the company knows this PR is a good way to flush the lowball sellers out so we can start to move back up.
JMO
Hey....underwater fiber optics!
That is some of what I do, just not in 6k feet of water.
Clay, thanks for the clarification. I respect your analysys.
I think brikk said it before...
If you watch the L2's for example DRCO. They will fill a small amount at the bid then drop .05 only to fill small orders again.....
Classic walk down I think.
I have noticed that every couple of weeks someone is dumping almost 10m shares at the bid......
I guess I wasn't clear in what I was trying to ask mvernail. Even though we may see .20's as a bottom, if the so-called pattern holds true we will go back up, possibly even higher than in Oct. maybe even to the DR target although the rise might be slower.
Maybe someone can help me out here.
Looking at the chart....
Dec 2006 overbought then drops back down below .20 From there a slow rise up to around .80 in Sept. At that point, for whatever reason we saw the spike above $2 and overbought. Right now we are on the downstroke from that spike.
Am I seeing a long term pattern form here? If so we may see .20's before a reversal. Again, if this is a pattern when the reversal occurs the highs could be higher than we saw in Oct. 07 even though the climb back up could be slower than before. Allbeit painful right now maybe we are capitulating long term to reach higher levels?
The one thing that does look good is the acc. People aren't buying this stock at these levels to watch it go down much more.
Maybe some of the chart experts on here could comment?
Chev,
I have bought out on this one and understand that most here have. But if you look at it, 500 shares moves the price one way or the other....I have even seen it move on 100 shares.
Maybe we ought to start sending up smoke signals?
I am pained by watching this decline, but then I am looking at several other supposidly "good" stocks that are doing the same exact thing. Some for obvious reasons but with most of them the best explanation is "just because".
IMO the price will go back up. The big questions are when and how low will it go before it does. I have a theory about what is happening, but my immaturity with trading prevents me from posting it.
As Ben Franklin said, we all hang together or we hang seperately!
There is a way to limit it....BUY!
Okay....I have figured it out!
Brikk is the culprit here...he is selling off!
Just kidding....trying to lighten the mood a bit.
Look at it like this...either way, up or down a hunnerd years from now none of us will care.
Analysis Compairson
So why don't we just compair DRCO and TB analysis of the stock to VV?
All these are opinions, and opinions are like elbows; everybody has 2 of them.
Clay, thanks for the vid chart!
As someone who is trying to learn charting seeing yours helps a lot!
Thanks!
I am new to this and all...but
I don't get it. GM announces a 38B loss and their stock goes up. DDI announces sales and growth and goes down....
Can I jump in here with some speculation?
I think the PPS is where it is because;
1. Here is a company that looks to announce double or triple revenues in the next 10k
2. They are positioning to uplist
3. They have total transparency
4. They have solid products, sales and profits
All sounds good huh?
Now, if you take a look at L2 and notice that most of the MM's on the bid represent a lot of institutional buyers. Don't you think the price has been "walked down" to the levels it is now so these buyers can load up before any or all of 1-4 take place?
Once they uplist or the 10k comes out reflecting what is being anticipated it won't be as easy to manuver the price as it is now.
I think we are in one big long "head fake" and soon the PPS will reflect the true value of the company.
If I had an explanation I would be rich.
If you look at the company and what they are doing, the PPS should be much higher than where it is. I have two schools of thought here. Of course I didn't do all that well in school so I could be completely wrong but, here goes;
1. If the report due out in March reflects what has been speculated the PPS will go up. Right now investors are trying to load at these prices and lower in anticipation of that. The old, buy on rumor sell on news would hold very true here.
2. There are fundimentals within the company that are being reflected in the market that have not been revealed as of yet. I doubt this being the case because the company seems to trying to keep transparency to the shareholders.
IMO I think #1 is probably the most likely case. A month to 6 weeks is nothing to wait for a tidy return on your money. The tell will be if significent accumliations is being made of the stock.
If you notice the beloved DRCO has dropped their bid to .50
Seems money is more important that reputation. There is more going on here than meets the eye.
Did anyone ever think about that DRCO may have investors that want to get into this thing at a certian price, like maybe .55
That could be part of the reason for the drop?
I think .55 is probably as low as it will go. IMO only.
We will see a hard bounce from there. It is like a spring being wound tightly.
Its amazing the heard mentatility of people that trade OTC....
One jumps off the cliff and half the others follow
Cameras
Here is my opinion of the camera situaion. I form this opinion from a technical knowledge of on-line camera systems, security regarding such systems and from comments made earlier by DDI about the cameras.
From a technical standpoint if they didn't have the right software to control the cameras, they may not have been able to restrict access to certian sensitive areas of production and development. From a security standpoint that explains why they took the whole system off line. DDI pretty much said this when they answered why the cameras went dark. Some "out of the box" camera software does not give you complete control over multiple cameras. It is an all or non type arrangement.
Obviously they are developing propriatairy products to client specs. This being the case, no one can blame them for not wanting to make this development readily avaliable to their competition, or most important their clients competition.
Also cameras take a LOT of bandwidth to work when avaliable to many to view. Bandwidth is expensive, even though the average user thinks it is not. When you start talking about the bandwidth required to view multiple cameras efficently you are talking about a lot of money. Being able to restric the public from viewing all but specific cameras allows them to utalize bandwidth more effective for the true purpose, managment.
Clearly they are endevoring to put in place a new system that will work more effectively for all, shareholders and management alike.
