Good to see you feel that way.
LOL. Have a great round trebeg and remember, if someone thinks your golf swing is weak, that doesn't mean they're upset with you.
It doesn't bother me in the least, nor does it pain me. Heck, one is free to entertain the notion that some day this stock will be fine. It's a free country. Disagreeing with you does not mean one is upset with y0u or bothered by you. You really should try and separate the two.
At this point, one does not need to be an expert to understand that this company is crap. They just need to be willing to accept the obvious.
It's over sunshine.
Yep, I see that. The reality check goes to Lorenzo if he believes what he said.
The chances that this will work out well for current shareholders is a hair's width away from nil at this point.
You start your post with "Time for a Reality Check", and then you go on to say "Victor is the most honest, hardworking guy imaginable and currently working for free. They apparently didn't know that the financing they set up would lead to a toxic death spiral."
Yes, I would definitely say it's time for a reality check.
Yep, I'd say that's a pretty accurate assessment of the situation.
And what information do you believe you would actually get by doing this?
You can try and push the company for answers but you will quickly find that you have no leverage.
From the good doctor's twitter account posted on July 20..."Up to 80% of the factors that affect aging are well within our control."
I suspect one of those things is to refrain from investing in this piece of crap stock.
Perhaps because they have nothing good to say and they are taking the easy way out and pretending we don't exist.
It is a pink sheet stock. There are no requirements to file anything. They didn't file a late notice for the first quarter. I doubt they will file one for the second quarter. They apparently have no desire to communicate with shareholders.
Good post from someone who gets it. This is not about Big Pharma, insurance, bear traps, or anything else. It is about a couple of people taking advantage of small investors.
Sorry, but this is ridiculous. To think that the stock crashed because you mentioned that you owned 30 million shares is silly. This stock fell because the company overextended itself on toxic debt and became the subject of litigation for potential fraud and mismanagement of funds.
The handwriting has been on the wall for a very long time.
The stock is at no bid. The tree fell a long time ago.
It appears time has finally caught up with this one.
Yes, before we make judgmental claims like the lawsuit is frivolous, silly, or much ado about nothing, we should let it play out.
Classic.
Who knows what is really going on. Common shareholders are at the bottom of the information chain. For 15 or 20 bucks, you can get copies of the legal documents. I have already contributed all I'm giving to this company.
It appears the company is currently facing litigation from several parties over the misuse of funds and alleged fraud. It may be quite some time before you hear from this management team. IMO
That sounds delicious. Enjoy.
First, it is not the story of a former disgruntled employee. The "et al" on the litigation means there are several folks involved. Second, whether or not you choose to buy my story means little to me. I post because I have seen many of these penny stocks scam investors. I am NOT declaring this to be a scam, but you have to admit that the share price, toxic debt level, ongoing litigation, and month after month of silence all point in a seriously negative direction. You know what I have found on these pink sheet message boards trebeg? The negative comments almost always prove out to be much more accurate in the long run than the positive comments. Hope you have a great 4th of July weekend.
Right now, it really doesn't matter to me whether this company succeeds or fails. I invest very little in these pink sheet stocks. However, you and I should both be more interested in the truth coming out about this company than we are about our investment amount. This trial should shed some much needed light on a company that has chosen to operate in the dark. Don't you agree trebeg?
We'll see if the judge and the universities that conducted the analysis share your opinion.
On July 10, the case of Sexaur et al v. Intellicell Biosciences moves forward with the initial pretrial conference.
As you recall, Sexaur is Intellicell's former vice president of Clinical Research and Development who stated his internal emails were ignored when he warned that several qualified institutions found Intellicell's cell population to be inert or dead. He claimed the data was ignored and the company continued to make claims to investors, to regulators, to patients, to the communities at large that these cell populations are live cells.
Meanwhile, it is now more than 3 months since the annual report was due and more than 6 months since that period ended.
Can you forward the link showing that this doctor is currently treating autism?
LOL. You really should consider filter trebeg.
Where's the clear evidence Jack?
And what is the "clear" evidence that this procedure works? Please be specific. The only clear evidence I see regarding this company is that this doctor and his wife have a long history of being sued for misrepresentation of information and for misusing the funds of those who have invested in their ventures. You can go back 10 years, if you choose to see, and read all about it. There is very little evidence showing that this has changed and each day of silence only adds to the likelihood that it is still occurring. Sal is right on with his comments. Not all are willing to accept reality. IMO.
Yeah, you keep telling yourself that. You'll be telling yourself that a year from now. It is what it is..
At this point, not a chance.
We are and they have already communicated through silence...and it gets louder every day.
I don't believe a microscope is required to see what is occurring. It is all spelled out quite nicely in the sticky note. All one need do is closely read the details they put forth in their last filing to see the relationship between the public company (run by Steven Victor) and the private company (owned by Steven Victor). I believe this is the scheme that Cazual referred to in his post and it should tell investors in SVFC exactly where they stand. Wish I would have read it before I put one penny into this company.
In violation of what? I simply stated that the two companies were interrelated and I believe it to be simplistic to think that one can be impacted without an impact on the other. I don't even know if the information about the bank is accurate. Who the heck knows with this company? They don't communicate with shareholders.
Are you under the belief that the two entities operate completely separate of eachother? And that a negative impact on one will have no impact on the other?
