From what I read, the layoffs are just the first round in NH... whether we want it or not, we are going to have a smaller gov't...

New Hampshire did their major State layoff on 6/2 and I would expect many states are doing the same. If people are disappointed with this month's employment then wait until next month.

However, the country that wants free markets and guards against protecting the rights of investors could always ban the ownership of gold and silver and crimex could always raise margins again and again.

I think the economy is in big trouble again. We had 90 degree weather in New England over the weekend and a popular local beach was empty and no boats on the lakes. People here have stopped spending. Many lay offs coming with the state cutbacks. It is getting interesting again.

I can laugh about it now, the kids think I am whacked but they will get over it..

I watched the Soda taste test yesterday and there is no question, the taste is better than the real. I almost bought a machine at BJ's but the last minute I decided not to.

I am a lazy ass american and I would rather buy soda then make it an I don't want to have to make a special trip to buy CO2. Also, I have no more room for more gadgets in my house.

I believe it is going to be a fad, there is going to be a momo rally but at the end of the day, it is too much work... It will tank eventually....if you want fresh brew, buy it at a fountain almost anywhere....

Must have been someone else.... Anyway, nobody is going short on gold or silver on Friday nights right now and I see silver going straight to $50/oz in the next few months or sooner. This will complete phase 1 of he bull cycle for gold of reaching the previous all-time high. I believe the silver miners are going to go crazy for a while now. The first leg of this run went from $18-$31/oz, I see no reason why this leg won't be better. There is nothing changing the bull dynamics. EXK and AG are best right now and perhaps in a few months AXU will be best with new production coming on line. My 2 cents:)

Haha, about 1 in 20 actually make it I think. It is scary. I've played commodities for the last 5 years and you could throw a dart at the board and made money. I've been short silver a couple of weeks now. Probably another month of downward pressure until the govt raises the debt limit. They will wait until the last second of course.
