He said all of the officers listed under TQWI (recent list) are old employees from Westmark Mortgage Corp. which has been over for 8 years now. He is currently calling the SEC to see why this company shows under his name.

New Trend of Measuring Audience and New Study on Video Ads Enhance Wi-Fi TV Business Plan and Value of Wi-Fi TV Stations
Monday July 23, 10:44 am ET
ATLANTA, GA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 23, 2007 -- Two current stories from Business Week magazine directly relate to the business plan of Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Other OTC:WTVI.PK - News), according to the Company. Wi-Fi TV offers consumers 24/7 streaming video of hundreds of TV channels with live chat for those watching the same programs, free calls, free video parties, and other interaction.
The stories are, "Web Ratings Shakeup: Its About Time" and "Online Video Ads: Just Wait," both written by Catherine Holahan.
"Wi-Fi TV keeps our viewers online because they are watching 24/7 TV as opposed to short videos or written stories and they are interactive with other members through live chat, calls, and video parties. Wi-Fi TV is custom tailored for online video advertising. These two platform features -- an engaging online experience that can last for hours at a time and a format suited to online video ads -- are the key features of the Wi-Fi TV business plan. They will be enhanced by the next version of our web site launching during August. They fit perfectly with the new ways of measuring audience size and the growth of online video ads reported on in Business Week magazine. They will enhance the value of Wi-Fi TV Stations which we are selling through our sales team," stated Wi-Fi TV founder and Chairman Alex Kanakaris.
Regarding video ads, a study by eMarketer is cited, predicting, "the floodgates will open after 2011, when the lines between TV and Web video will be blurred."
Released July 16, the study suggests "Web surfers ain't seen nothing yet. Video ad sales are expected to grow from an estimated $775 million this year to $3.1 billion in 2010 and then to $4.3 billion in 2011. That's up from a November projection in which eMarketer estimated 2010's video ad sales at less than $3 billion (see BusinessWeek.com, 11/7/06)."
It's after 2011 that the floodgates will really open, says eMarketer senior analyst David Hallerman. "By then, the distinction between television and Web video will be so blurred that advertisers will begin directing more of do is take a few percentages off of a TV advertiser's typical budget and that is going to be a large amount of money," says Hallerman. Television advertising is expected to top $46.3 billion in 2011 according to PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In the story about how web site ratings are measured, it is stated that "Nielsen//NetRatings' focus on time spent is a sea change."
"Nielsen//NetRatings (has decided) page views count, but not much. On July 10, the company announced that it would focus on the amount of time spent on a site, rather than pages viewed, when discussing a Web property's ability to engage users," according to the story.
"Time spent is a better denominator than other things," says Scott Ross, director of product marketing at Nielsen//NetRatings.
The article goes on to state, "Using time spent on a site rather than page views rejiggers the lineup of the most popular, or engaging, Web sites from the get-go."

will have to wait til monday - left it at the office
Tom Krucker is the guy the old IR firm tld me to get in touch with. He stated to me that he is only a shareholder and thats that. Not sure if anyone else has already spoken to him but if anyone needs his # pls let me know.
I want to stress that this is from an old IR firm. I am not sure if there words can be heavily valued.
TQWI's contact there was some guy by the name of Roy. I believe he was tight with the old President of TQWI. He mentioned that the contract they had with TQWI was terminated upon Ron's release. He also mentioned that Ron left with all the rights to TQWI's technologies. He still is in contact with him, hence his harsh tone about the company.
He gave me a name to some other source who might be of use. However, he was of no use - He said he is just a shareholder and has never worked for TQWI.
Has anybody contacted the old IR Firm?

I'd prefer to have my hands on a nice frosty yuengling lager. But the way this stock makes me feel, i might need to up the ante to some Gin!
2's on the board.
nice 30M in 10 minutes. Need to start hitting them 2's. Anyone have an L2.
LT ~ I agree with you that this company could take off but they need to get there sh!t together. As it stands right now they have 1 & 1/2 convertible debentures out there at a value of 6 mill or so. Everytime this stock creeps up it gets slammed right back down. They release PR after PR, which is the main reason i became interested in this company. However, half these PR's go unexplained. Such as the iPhone winners, investment options in Europe, bonus payout and so on. They hire Joe Soto but Joe Soto is another Alex. Most likley just a friend he made from public speaking that adds value because of his name. Also you would think the iPhone website Wifi set up would be more dynamic. It looks like a 5 year old slapped it together in the middle of the night. They are all just PR stunts. Finally i tried to schedule a visit to there office recently but to my dismay was asked to wait till september or so. They are still "running" there business out of there old building. However, they never metioned i could take a tour of it...
These are the views of a disgruntall shareholder!!!
Another Great PR for this POS. LOL
Signs, Wonders & Miracles TV, Wi-Fi TV Station 777, Launches as Wi-Fi TV Offers Exclusive New Global TV Stations
Friday July 20, 6:15 am ET
NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 20, 2007 -- Wi-Fi TV Inc. (Other OTC:WTVI.PK - News) today launches Wi-Fi TV Station #777, Signs, Wonders & Miracles TV. It is the latest exclusive station sold by the Wi-Fi TV Sales Team that offers a positive message to a worldwide audience.
"Purchasing a Wi-Fi TV Station has enabled our ministry to have an instant worldwide TV platform where viewers of all ages and backgrounds can watch SWM-TV for free, and even chat with each other while watching. Being exclusively on Wi-Fi TV (www.Wi-FiTV.com) has turned our vision, almost overnight, into a reality. We are going to be adding new teaching and guidance ministry videos every day to the station, and we are going to build something that can make a difference in the lives of those who can use a better course hear on Earth," said Pastor Steve, the founder of SWM-TV.
"We thank Wi-Fi TV for giving us this opportunity to reach the world with the Gospel. We are building a ministry to educate and lift up people in the calling that God has for them," Pastor Steve added.
"The goal of Pastor Steve is to build a Wi-Fi TV Station that becomes on a par with something like TBN in global reach and at the same time fills a void in worldwide religion and spirituality based TV. Based in Las Vegas, the ministry is devoted to children and less privileged individuals who need homes, education and an alternative to their current lifestyles. If it can live up to its vision, and Wi-Fi TV will assist by bringing a global Internet audience, Signs, Wonders & Miracles TV could be a breakthrough in bringing teaching and positive guidance to the Internet," said Alex Kanakaris, Chairman and Founder, Wi-Fi TV.
"While Wi-Fi TV endorses no particular religious philosophy, and this is paid programming where the views expressed represent only the owners of Station #777, we are very excited about the stated mission of Pastor Steve and are delighted he has chosen Wi-Fi TV to be the platform for his ambitious ministry. Wi-Fi TV is about using the Internet to share knowledge and communication, without prejudice of any kind. We welcome SWM-TV," Mr. Kanakaris added.
New programming is being filmed and added as often as daily to the station and it can be viewed for free at www.Wi-FiTV.com, enter Station #777 or select SWM-TV from the Category listing of stations.
