which blog said he HIRED them.
I found this one from Mar 18,
Therefore, following the reverse split April 25, 2013 auditors and attorneys were identified who would be prepared to participate in the process of registration for Winning Brands. This involves a retroactive audit of two years, plus an interim stub period for the balance sheets. Also, it is necessary to complete an S-1 registration application. The professional fees for these two steps exceed $50,000 and the outcome is not certain.
We all (read, most here) know (read, should know) why there are no audited financials. There is no money for that.
Interesting that you believe that HD allows every vendor they purchase from free access to LOGIN to their systems and update an MSDS link. IMO that is not the case.
What I find more interesting is the although the MSDS link has been wrong for these many years, it's in our nature to not care, we are tired of being bombarded by gov't trying to keep us safe from ourselves with things like cleaning labels on baby clothes the say "Remove child before cleaning" partly because one is never sure if they are referring to cleaning the shirt or the child, but I guess it doesn't matter it should be done in either case.
HD created their own internal code for the 3 PACK
it does not exist in the 3rd party controlled Chemical compliance database. the single bottle 30.7 oz: 8 31908 00200 7 UPC code is listed below from the online MSDS sheet from WNBD http://winningcolours.com/about-1000-stain-remover page
Product UPC Numbers:
4 oz: 8 31908 00201 4
30.7 oz: 8 31908 00200 7
135 oz: 8 31908 00203 8
135oz Value Pack: 8 31908 00206 9
676 oz: 8 31908 00202 1
55 US Gal: 8 31908 00208 3
125 ml: 8 31908 00101 7
909 ml: 8 31908 00100 0
4L: 8 31908 00103 1
20L: 8 31908 00120 8
205L: 8 31908 00160 4
The info is on the internet at bottom of this page.

When i go to this site http://www.homedepot.com/ and enter in the search window stain removers
I get taken to this page http://www.homedepot.com/s/stain%2520removers?NCNI-5
If I then click on the picture of 1000+ or the word REMOVERS
I get to this page http://www.homedepot.com/b/Cleaning-Cleaners-Removers-Thinners-Removers/N-5yc1vZc6ep/Ntk-Extended/Ntt-stain+removers?Ntx=mode+matchpartialmax&NCNI-5
then selecting 1000+ Model 204216
I get to page http://www.homedepot.com/p/1000-Stain-Remover-30-7-oz-Stain-Remover-3-Pack-204216/202661295
from here clicking on the MSDS info&Guide link get you to the WRONG DOCUMENT made by MinWax ??? see link below
http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/bd/bda60758-d7b0-4468-9dc6-6692ccc160c8.pdf
The MSDS spec sheet is a LINK to a .PDF on the Home depot Site.
Eric would not have access to correct the LINKs.
He could send them a new PDF, but if they make a mistake connecting the Links, shit happens.
The Previous issue (discontinued) was HD cross checking into a 3rd party chemical compliance database, (not hd's) and using the 3 pack (internally created) sku, instead of the proper 1 bottle UPC.
Two completely separate issues.
Yup, looks like it is.. Got to LOVE Computers...
the Minwax thing was corrected yesterday, is it broken again?
HD people saying the 3pack doesn't sell,
Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any details as to exactly why we no longer carry that product but I am inclined to believe that it was related to the item's sales.
good find. thanks for getting up early..
Not sure you really care what I believe. which is none of what I hear and some of what I see.
But I believe the 3 pack is being (has been) discontinued.
I believe there was a linking of databases issue.
I believe Eric reported what he was told by HD.
I believe posters here reported what they where told by HD.
I believe none of us knows the whole story.
I believe some will take issue with my beliefs, but no one can argue that they are not my believes.
I am not trying to sway anyone to believe what I believe.
to think that Home Depot is going to provide FALSE STATEMENTS
Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any details as to exactly why we no longer carry that product but I am inclined to believe that it was related to the item's sales.
What does an electrical product or it's weight have ANYTHING to do with why 1000+ 3 pack was discontinued?
I'm sure HD discontinues several products each week for one reason or another from poor sales to product reviews. Please explain the point you are trying to make?
"Actual reality check" Much todoo about nothing!!!
This product shows DISCONTINUED on HD site.

all the trades (.04%) at 1 where sells, all the 2's (99.96%) where buys.
are you referring to the MSD being wrong?
Wish I could leave them alone. but fortunately they keep me in business. And toys.. LOL
Happy B day..

Who cares about a skewed reviews page!

My link was to the reviews site, it is different.
Just takes a wee bit of time.
My bad for jumping on information too quickly.
I wasn't trying to argue. My first search send me to the reviews page, and I misread it as the product page. and thought I would share.
yup. I see that.
me too. guess it takes longer than we thought.
and this one, still shows discontinued. dam computers...
