GNULNX! you were one of the respected notables when...
I first started reading the messages on this and other PBLS boards. You have to make a decision here, as do we all. There are two choices: either PBLS is just like any other pinkie/scam out there and it is about 3 weeks from a flame out; or it is the exception, it is the one troubled Company that will actually rise above its' circumstanes and become an unexpected success story.
Where will you stand; what does your gut tell you, even at this moment?
Besides that, I would rather stand with friends and watch her crash than have a flippant attitude and then witness the phoenix rise.
All the best,
$crooge
Roach!
Is their something I'm saying that you don't like or is it all about the pop/politics? I quote you, "Shut your mouth" 4 quacks to boot! Don't be afraid to hurt my feelings now young fella , I'm far too old for that kind of nonsense you know. I had hoped that you were bigger than the current PBLS show. Notwithstanding I wish you nothing but "fair thee well", if that's okay with you that is! A lesser bird would be shattered you know, but I'm not just any old bird then am I? Perhaps a collective apology would cause the current guard to re-think their retreat! Would you like that?
To a cheeky bug; "taskalaha!" That's not Dr.Pepper in Russian you know!
Mr. McDuck
Emphasis on the Mr.
PBLSRoars! I wonder if he really even likes Dr. Pop.
He'll have to sit at our table don't you think? We'll have a case of it at the table and discover his true feelings. Pechonke! I think he really does love the stuff!
As for me I prefer a good glass of Franciscan Burgandy.
$crooge
PBLS Roars! Visa Versi my friend.
Can I sit at your table when we have the party? It is folks like you that make this more than a money making opportunity. I've lost money since I've been here but I think I have the making of a few superb new friends, you included.
Besides that I have an uncanny feeling that we may do alright here if we are patient. I have enjoyed your posts as well PBLS Roars, hate to admit it but I do read most of the posts; by the way my name is Dave I mean Duck!
Hang in there friend!
$crooge
Paul/Shiz ... Think about it you two!
Are you really going to let the short comings of a corporate identity to ruin your friendship? What will you do when we are all at the PBLS millionaires party? Find adjacent corners and make me feel awkward! It's hard enough being a bird you know!
Paul! really; if recent memory serves me correctly, you have been pretty bitter about PBLS related issues over the past months; I found your tirates sometimes amusing but mostly troubling, as I sensed you were loosing hope. Therefore indeed you will need to turn over a new leaf so to speak if you are serious about being an effective {non biased} moderator. In the early days of my involvement here I enjoyed your creative posts; especially your "cute baby pic." Warped but cute! You seem to be decent person who has unfortunately been on the PBLS spit a little too long. Hope you hang on because there is still some serious upside potential here; more importantly take some time to heal.
Shiz, don't go there; it's not worth it. You, Ren and your assistants did a fine job directing this board and there is no need to defend your actions. Should someone want to get involved in petty linguistics let them do it. When the dust settles {say 6 months from now} and we {collectively} look back at who was in control of this board at the time when the Company was going through it's most difficult period {sort of hell on earth} of growth; the contribution you and your associates made will become manifest.
Didn't mean to be preachy you two! It's just that I wouldn't trade a true friend for a hundred million shares of PBLS stock.
Think I'll go and listen to "The Beach Boys" 20 greatest hits. Hope the new mods don't delete me for this infraction of the posting rules the current ones never did!
By the way if you like the Beach Boys, check out the dvd Smile. It will literally make you smile, believe me.
Good night Shiz & Pnew, god bless both of you and indeed us each and every one.

fmi81.. It's kind of like a case of V/D
Verbal Diarrhea!
Actually I thought WOM was a highly advanced computer program developed specifically for the purpose of generating annoying posts on certain stock forums; or maybe that was WOLM "Words of Little Meaning." I don't know if I should like an entity of that mindset becoming one of our trusty mods. The WOM/WOLM program is one of the primary reasons I stopped reading the other board. I mean more than a hundred posts in a single day is a bit much. Must be some program though to find so many relevant things to share and so often to.
By the way thank you for your input fmi181; I'm certain more of us appreciated it than not. Continued good luck to you, I hope you will continue to post here.

Jim ... I think that the timing of Shiz's resigning had more to do with the onslaught of questions and implied innuendo that was directed toward him and FM since their recent return from PBLS h/q than it does the apparent floundering of this Company. Some of us accepted what they had to offer at face value, others came close to demanding they reveal all they had learned. Bottom line "who needs that kind of abuse."
Personally, I thought it was really decent of them to share their sentiments with us even though they had to leave out what they perceived as details of a confidential nature. At least they were thoughtful enough to share what they saw as POSITIVE NEWS with a board of investors who were looking pretty scared.
Thanks to you Shiz, Ren and the assistant Mods who are stepping down. You ran a good board. I never felt like I was sailing on the Bounty or anything like that. I only hope the new mods will be as wise, all things considered.

USC COWBOY,
What can I say!
COMI-KI-YI-YIPI-YIPI-YI-YIPI-EY-COMI-KI-YI-YIPI-YIPI-EH!
Decent of you to share your views with us. Personally I think you are the most likely to win in this PBLS game we find ourselves plaing. You may be a cowboy but your logic rivals that of Spock himself.
Can't find any dry powder; perchance someting a little wetter will do. If I had any brains I sould simply follow your lead.
Really hope you make them pay. Success to you my western friend.
$crooge
USC Cowboy.. Are you ready to ride Rawhide?
Looks like you're ready to load 'er up some more! I remember you saying that you would be doubling up when the ps hit 5; I think that was about a month ago.
Some here think we may yet see a pps in the mid 4's, perhaps even into the 3's. What is your take on this; are we on the bottom or still a ways to go yet?
I still don't think we'll see any increase in pps until the partners have fulfilled their commitments, perhaps late Oct. or even into Nov. - 4/5, pretty attractive buying territory all things considered!
$crooge
WANKER... DON'T YOU KNOW IT'S FUN BEING INSANE?
Gee you have three posts here and two of them spent to inform many of us that were a little off. Of course we're a little weird, wouldn't you think with funny names like Mr. Roach, Oldteck, or USC Cowboy.
At least I've got a normal name. Toodle ooh!
$crooge McDuck
Quack! Quack! Quack!
LORDANO ...... You learn fast!
This thing could still go one way or the other 50/50. I choose to remain positive for sanitys sake; appears you do the same.
Liked your post and until we hear from the Company it is as plausable as any other scenario presented. Besides that it makes us committed longs feel a bit better seeing something that has a positive ring to it. Have a good day.

RALLY CRY: RIGHT ON!
PATIENCE... IT TENDS TO BUILD CHARACTER. I think Roach is just trying to restrain his unbridled joy. Maybe he really is cutting back on the DP. Melencholy is thought to be a side effect of DP withdrawal if I remember correctly. Now I better find somewhere to hide, I feel a third quack coming.
He did it, the little pesty!
$crooge
Roach! I'm glad there wasn't three quacks.....
You know what they say "three quacks and you're out."
How do you feel in light of what Shiz & Fm were able to share with us? I didn't think it would impact the pps at all, right so far; that will only happen when some official confirmation is released by PBLS, sometime this Fall.
For many of us what Shiz & Fm were able to share is sufficient for now and not only that, I respect them for not revealing certain things that would put them in a position where they were abusing an understanding of confidentiality.
Easy on the DP tonight okay!
$crooge
"DRIVE THE STOCK PRICE UP ANNOUNCEMENT."
In case you were not aware of it, the stocks pps is actually down considerably since this particular announcement, mostly because of the lack of verification at any level. Thanks to the efforts of two of our fellows we do now have verification on one level. "In the mouth of two witnesses shall all things be established" holds considerable weight for me. What they were able to share with us in light of understandable confidentility issues, is rather huge in my opinion.
"experts know it's impossible to produce that quantity of sand and gravel needed on a daily basis to meet that contract. It's pie in the sky if you don't know anything"....
I would hardly agree with you on this point; a massive undertaking yes! That's why it is such an impressive announcement to some enlightened investors.
"impossible" in light of the history of human endeavor you surely jest. Unlike weekly trips to pluto or time travel this particular endeavor has definable parameters. Get the logistics in place and then Rock n Roll daddy. IMHO.
$crooge
SHIZ & FM...... THANKS FOR THE ENCOURAGING REPORT.
I'll bet you feel a lot better after your meeting; nothing like getting your hands on the issues to clear your mind of nagging doubts.
Was anything discussed about the current share structure or whether they plan to increase the number of AS?
Any ways good work, the news should be a big lift for many of our beleagered longs.
$crooge
OLDTECK/ROACH..I'M STILL HERE! WHERE'S EVERYONE ELSE?
Maybe we are the last soldiers on the PBLS front. Kind of scarey to see it this quiet; perhaps we are loosing more folks than we think!
Where is MRDALE with his movie pick of the week when you need him. How about Lee J. Cobb & Richard Conte in "Theives Highway."
Unfortunately I think a lot of the long time longs have just about had it. I really hope they don't get burned in this mini melodrama. Should there be some reward for hanging on they surely deserve it.
Thanks to you OLDTECK and to you ROACH for remaining positive in dire circumstances and seemingly against all reason; amazing what a little Dr. Pepper or fishy dreaming can do.
Three cheers to Banjo for making the 1M club; I really hope it pays big time.
I'm starting to wonder how many of us will still be a month from now! Faith abused has a particularily nasty sting me thinks. Try to remain positive boys, after all, what good comes from being negative?
I'll be back tomorrow, hopefully there will be more posts from our PBLS fellows.
Good Night All & God Bless

SO WHO'S HOLDING & WHO'S FOLDING?
Sorry to see you go singlemalt.

OLDTECK... MAYBE YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO FISHING!
There seems to be enough fishy stuff going on right here. Trouble at the pit, no word on the Komex deal, bouncing checks; it does look a little bleak at the moment for sure.
The problem is that we don't know what is going on behind closed doors. It really could be totally coming apart or an optomist might beleive that the good old boys are burning the midnight oil, getting important deals finalized.
An honest state of the Company pr would be welcome at this time. It wouldn't even need to be good news; just a little truth on where we currently stand on key issues. I guess they did say that they were surprised at the quick decision rendered but you would think that they would be prepared for different scenarios that could play out! Oh! well I guess we'll see. It is Friday again, maybe some news will be forthcoming today.
$crooge
COWBOY.... HAS IT GONE LOW ENOUGH
For you to double up yet?
$
I can see it now! Komex, Phoenix Concrete, etc.
It was always the most fun when you owned that side of the board wasn't it? Hard to win the game when you're depending on Baltic Ave. and a few Utilities.
THERE CORE BUSINESS IS
Playing games with their shareholders! I hear they're working on a PBLS monopoly game. Oh! Oh! Someone just landed on "go directly to jail" hmm. Well that's it for the early morning humour.
What our core business is or is becomming is a really interesting subject because I think/hope that it is becomming more aligned with the types of endeavors that would compliment the previously announced Komex deal.
If they manage to put Komex on the board so to speak, it will go where "Park Place" used to be. Very desirable and very profitable indeed. Core business = mining/construction IMO.
Bottom line is that without Komex penny land will be a long road back. However when they do decide to tell us that Komex is a reality; then we will surely be rewarded in 2007, whether they like it or not; wouldn't that be a nice Christmas present from PA and gang?
Got to run, have a good day everybody.
$crooge
SAWDIN; THATS FOR SURE!
Trying to get the wifey to take another look at "To Kill A Mocking Bird" another Peck fav.
Looks like an interesting week ahead for us PBLS'ers.

MRDALE WHAT ARE YOU AND RAOCH INTO TODAY?
Got to watch "The Big Country" a couple of evenings ago. What can you say; Greg Peck, Charlton Heston, Burl Ives, Jean Simmons and many more. Always especially liked Pecks' work. He never seemed to get pidgon holed into any particular gendre.
Hey if Roach doesn't make it in PBLS he could always become a stand up comic or apparently a poet. Should be another interesting week in PBLS land.
Have a great evening you two.
$crooge
OLDTECK; WHERE WILL YOU DROP YOUR LINE?
You doing it in Wa. or up around CR? Any ways hope you catch a few.
Have fun,

ANCHOR: I AGREEE & STRONGLY DISAGREE!
Much of what you say may be true {the worst case scenario for PBLS longs} but then there is an equal chance that a lot of what you say or hint at isn't the true situation either. We have no way of knowing what is going on behind the scenes whether good or bad. Anything said is mere conjecture.
I agree whole heartedly that the failing of PBLS to deliver on the promised dividends is a damaging performance error. There could be reasons in their defence; however it is incumbent on them to fulfill there obligation within a reasonable time frame and the longer they let this issue slide the worse it looks for them. It could be incompetence or it could be an intentional effort to lower the pps for the partners to load up on the cheap.
The issues concerning the share structure have been and continue to be a bone of contention for most shareholders here and it remains one of the crutial issues thats needs total clarification and I would hope this happens by year end as pressure may build from within with more credible people on board.
I do not agree with you at all on the feasibility of the Komex deal being plausible, siting the logistics of getting the raw materials to Poland as impractical. I live in a place where raw materials are routinely processed and then transported many hundreds of miles to port where they are then loaded on ships heading for China; a distance perhaps even greater than that of the USA to Poland. I am not talking about a few boat loads here; I am talking about hundreds of thousands of boatloads of simple resources like: coal, pulp or aluminum or any other natural resource that this particular Country is in need of. I am talking about a process that involved building the needed infrastructure and ports and making commitments for decades to make this happen.
Poland appears to have a great need for massive amounts of aggregate. With much of the infrastructure already existing, I have absolutely no trouble believing that someone with the right contacts could orchestrate a deal that would see these kinds of resources transported from the USA to Poland or China or to any other country who was willing to pay for them. NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT because many of us here feel that PBLS {we} will make it or break it with the reported Komex deal. I agree with the moderators here and many of those who hold substantial interests in this Company; that there is a good possibility that THE DEAL IS REAL. We are not so foolish as to not understand that if it is not real, we're basically done. It is a gamble however the odds are fair and the rewards could be substantial.
Your post could be seen as "An Arrow through The Heart" for less committed investors here; even hinting at an exit strategy, very generous. But I thought in stock 101 they always taught that you never sell on a major downturn. Just imagine many of our longs dumping millions of shares in unison, wouldn't that have a nice affect on the PPS, creating a golden buying opportunity for some I would imagine. Mind you if we do end up at zero the advice may seem much more prudent.
For now I will stay the course by giving this new management team some time to get their collective act together. In the short term, should we go down to the newly projected level of support {.0068} I will look to buy more shares and I can't help but wonder if you and several others shant be looking as well.
Bottom line here is that: we are all adults {I think}, this is the pink sheets so we understand the risks vs potential. All that remains if for each individual to make their own decision on what they are comforable with. My decision is to hold and watch carefully. I will not sell at these levels, I'ld rather paper a wall with them.
Good luck to all longs may your faith/perserverance be rewarded.
Good night,
$crooge
VV; Yep! You gotta wonder
If us older folks will live long enough to realize our individual dreams! Like many I have a lot of psyche/psychosis invested here. Let us hope it materializes to some degree, before some nasty old age disease takes our minds.
One day we're so low even pnew sounds depressed and the next roach is running toward the moon on pure adrenalin {you gotta love that}. By the way I've been here, at least reading these pages for nearly a year now and I must admit I have garnered an attachment to several of my fellow posters. Mostly good folks who have committed their support to an upstart company; how dare they not deliver!!
"Hang on sloupy, sloupy hang on"

Whhirlgig.,. I think I agree with STOCKS2RISE
At this point everything seems to hinge on the Komex deal. It is simply huge and if it comes to fruition we longs will all be very happy and deseredly so. {patience you know}
At this point and considering the share structre everything else seems quite irrelevant.
I like cowboys mentality. "If they drive her down I'll double up" or Oldtecks faithful statement "There're gonna make me money whether they like it or not" please allow some embalishment. When we meet it will be something a little stronger than Dr. Pepper for cowboy and it's my treat; I like his candor; horse's head or not. That from an old, very forgiving duck. Good night Whirl.

They even used to let us sing "When The Saints Come Marching In" and my grade 1 teacher used to hit me over the head with the good book nearly every morning. {Never really bothered me} Things really have changed and I feel not for the better considering many of the events we have witnessed over the past 10-20 years.

WHIRLGIG: WHAT ABOUT THIS KOMEX?
Google Komex International Poland
second listing will be ICP - Credit reports.
Check that out and see what you think. This Komex is in the import/export business and has ties to Lithuania, Canada and The UAE to name a few. Their address is listed on the report.
Could be another wild goose chase but one of them has to be who we're looking for, right! Good Luck.

You know it is easy to see how a lot of the folks on this board kind of got "longified." Won't be much longer and I'll be here a year myself. You just seem to get caught up with thinking it's going to run anytime now and the next thing you know months have passed and you're still waiting.
Oh well lets hope the end result will be well worth the wait.

OVERDRAUGHT RE: KOMEX POLAND ADDRESS
There appears to be more than one company called Komex in Poland. The one that has appeared on this site from time to time is; {It's the web site with the prominent blood red background.]
Komex Sp.zo.o.
30-969 Krakow
ul. Ujastek 1
tel: (0-12) 680 48 00
I'm not convinced that this is the Komex we're looking for; Another possibility is;
Komex International Co. Ltd.
ulica Francuska 20/3
03-906 Warsaw, Poland
No Phone
This Komex has operations in Lithuania, UAE and Canada I believe and is perhaps more likely to be our target. They are listed under Import/Export. I have attempted to make contact with the Lithuanian division and will let you know if anything comes of it.
Happy hunting.

MC NICELY DONE
Wouldn't it be awesome if you actually got a reply to most of the questions posed. No reason why Mike M can't offer a response to each question individually; he doesn't necessarily have to reveal exacting detail on every facet of all the deals they are supposedly working on. However even in general terms he could provide us with some viable new insights.
The only problem with MM answering the questions is this.
If we don't like the responses and they do little to instill some investor confidence, then we may see a further decline in sp. This will upsetting for us but may be advantageous to the new partners who have a lot of shares to purchase.
If we like the responses and those on the sidelines like what they see, then we could experience a bit of a run. That would make us longs happy but might not be so advantageous for the new partners.
I think it makes sense for these new partners to purchase as many of their shares on the cheap as possible. That said, I still think we may have to wait for the good news we want so bad, until that process has been finished. PBLS likely has several deals pending that they need to close in order for the partners to fulfill their commitment to purchase shares. When the deals are done the partners will buy their shares and then the information will flow. IMHO The really big question {and it was not on the list} is when will PBLS have all of their Komex ducks in order. No pun intended.
Hopefully early this Fall and then we're off to the races with PBLS winning by a nose.
GLTA.
