They are all using the same facilities.
Here we have Bill and RH cozied up. Then, we have a few players using domainsbyproxy, including weedstalker.com and Dan-Laufer.com. Coincidentally, the domainsbyproxy address is just a block or so away from Sun Devil Notary where one of the directors is a, "Bahige Chaaban", listed as having a MI address.
http://corporatedir.com/us/company/548586-sun-devil-notary
There are way too many coincidences in the FITX world. FITX and RH, is that just one of those addresses like that building in Bermuda that houses hundreds of corporations?
I didn't claim anything either way. You are making an assumption.
I'm 100% positive Bill knows nothing about RH pumping the stock on this board. I'm also 100% certain that the moon landing was faked.
All the related parties are using the same facilities and domainsbyproxy.
Shouldn't FITX be on top of the stack? Allegedly, HC called Bill. It's in the recording from the pep rally, er, I mean bag holder's mee..., oh wait, I mean share holders meeting, right. Bill didn't say it, but he didn't offer to amend that statement from a shareholder, either.
I guess you can and Bill can make up any numbers you like to support your position. The estimates and $2.77 will get you cup of Starbucks.

Chapter 11 - Speculative Bubble
That's all FITX is. You guys are currently over-paying in the hopes that the share price will continue to go up. And let's not indulge in any wild fantasies, it is nothing but "hope" at this stage.
Bill et al, have no record of success in a business venture of this size. Well, I mean other than FITX being the subject of a pump and dump about this time last year.
Read this and then you can tell us when the company with 3.5 billion shares be worth $1.00 per share.

not following the news, are we?
Yes it does but not in the way you might think
There's nothing to discuss. 1) It would be illegal, period. 2) There will likely be nothing grown in that pole barn. Well, . . . maybe a few mushrooms. This thing has many similarities with your average pump and dump.
It's the money. FITX will not be allowed to profit from the growing and sale of MJ in Canada, if it is illegal in the US. Comprende?
FITX is just as doomed as the American growers. It doesn't matter where you grow it. The feds are not going let you profit from an activity that is illegal in the US.
Say good-bye to the MJ market. It was a nice idea. It does suck because many of these pinks are great for day trading.
The stuff does grow in many backyards in India. They've some success with "out sourcing". Funny.
Don't you mean the 0.004s?
That's deceptive and misleading.
"But the big sticking point at Wednesday's Senate Health Committee hearing came from the Chair, Sen. Renee Unterman (R-Gwinnett County). She insisted that her SB 397, an autism insurance bill, be included in the medical marijuana bill. Her bill, which would provide insurance coverage for autistic children up to age 6, passed the Senate overwhelmingly, but the House has refused to consider it. Now that her bill is attached to the medical marijuana bill, it could face stiff resistance in the House."
oh, that screen shot. sorry. there's several infamous screen-shots now.
CEO of my company doesn't file every 90 days, "in case" he wants to sell. My CEO only files a 144 when he intends to sell. And i work for a company that reports regularly and trades on the NYSE. I think the reason we keep coming back to it is because it's such a ridiculous claim.
so in your world we are talking about starving entrepreneurs? Seriously?
I've said for over a month this thing smelled like a P&D. I'm just not willing to come right out and call someone guilty. But, it looks real bad.
Some people are under the impression that FITX management is attempting to cover it's tracks before the proverbial excrement impacts the thermantidote.
I have no position in this "security" and I plan to take no position within the next 72 hours.
When someone asked about management filing 144s (intent to sell), management claimed they "have to" file every 90 days, just in case they want to sell. The CEO from my company only files when he sells. So, there is one disconnect.
Bill said, on that now deleted facebook post that he has never sold and has no intention of selling. Then he got caught in what appeared to be a lie and had to confess to selling (during an interview with 420Investor).
It's a dumb move to try and go in a remove the "evidence". First, we've all got screen shots. Second, Facebook will have copies. And, finally, it gives the impression of guilt.
Use your eyes.
"Dear shareholders: I've been notified by a few shareholders that etrade is trying to get them to sell their FITX shares . Please let me know ASAP if you get a call."
Interesting that no one has come forward here. And that the FITX already heard from other investors. Hmmmm.
So who here was solicited by etrade? FYI, I have already confirmed that etrade doesn't do that.
Question:
FITX is claiming the etrade is contacting shareholders asking them to sell their shares. Is that true? Also, I message popped up on a popular penny stock investment forum, claiming the same. http://fitxlong.com/facebook/
Thank you for contacting E*TRADE. My name is Ronald F. I will be happy to assist you today.
Your Reference Number for this chat is #########.
Ronald F:
I see your message. E*TRADE does not make specific stock investment advise so E*TRADE would not be calling customers and telling them to sell shares of anything.
Of course not. If I had that kind of information you can bet I'd be posting that screen shot on every board. And yes, I am an etrade customer, and scottrade and fidelity. I'm not getting any special notifications about FITX.
Now that is a stupid scare tactic. He's trying to make us think there's a pending investigation and suspension.
Documentation? I dislike this stock as much as any of the "bashers" but why would etrade say ANYTHING?
Like this? http://marijuanaindex.org/
It's a start.
A "self proclaimed" expert in the MJ investment field.

I reserve judgement until the verdict is in.
Not in pinky land. FITX is priced according to the hype dejour and what type of BM "Bill" had this morning.
What's from over a year ago?
FITX made that list Feb 18, 2014.
Show's over . . .?
two peas
Building 1? The pole barn with the dirt floor that was build years ago?
AFAIK, the only source for the "FINRA is inspecting all" claim is Bill. Does anyone have documentation, a link, they can post where FINRA itself says it is inspecting ALL mj companies?
preferred shares are being converted to common shares....
"it has so much going for it organically" WTF? It has nothing going for it organically. In the business world, which many people here seem not to be familiar with, "organic" refers to the company's ability to increase sales or reduce costs. Get a clue.
The rug may still get pulled. Other municipalities have simply changed the by-laws. And that ain't got jack to do with Health Canada.

Do they had out purchase orders like candy or something? Bill posted what he represented as purchase orders. There really isn't much need to speculate here. Bill makes statement. Bill makes another statement trying to explain the inconsistency of the first statement. Wash Rinse Repeat.
and down down down where's the bottom? Looks like the dumpers have decided it's time to collect.
So long as they don't end up like this guy. Poor ba$tard.

There ain't nothing in this life guaranteed, except for ... well ... you know.
With news that your CEO appears to have trouble with the truth what did you expect, exactly?
We be ship'n GNC orders in 1-2 weeks.
3 weeks later, Oops. No we don't.
FITX: We cancelled the deal.
GNC: We cancelled the deal.
I've never sold. I have no plans to sell. The 144 is just a formality. Trust me.
Oops I did it again.
Really, is it any wonder? Why are people selling? The pumpers want their money now.
If by teens you mean, 0.00XX, then yes. The P&D seems to coming unglued. A prominent poster here has allegedly been exposed as P&D scum with pending litigation. This same pumper allegedly has ties to FITX from the past. Then we have Billy having to fess up about selling despite all his grandiose posturing. Prior to that Billy had to fess up about the GNC deal only after being forced.
Hey Billy! Welcome to the internet.
