BIHC - Buyout Agreement announcement update could come today. Clients: include Pepsi Corporate, Dunkin Donuts, Citi Field(NyMets),McDonalds Applebees, National Amusements, Burger King, and many other major recognized establishments.
mick -American Scientific does not manufacture the products. They get the exclusive rights to sell the products in the USA from the European companies who manufacture the products. Read some of the press releases for ASFX and listen to the interviews on audiostocks.com. Most of your questions will be answered if you do that basic DD.
As per the June 11 press release:
250,000,000 shares of common stock. There are 139,238,026 shares issued and outstanding and 17,958,571 in the float as of June 6, 2008."
ASFX has exclusive rights to sell Thermofocus in the US.
I would suspect every hospital in the US could make good use of the Thermofocus infrared Thermometer.
Hey mick - I would highly recommend you go to audiostocks.com (you will need to register) and listen to the interview with Marketing VP Erica Stanczak on Audiostocks.com. Listen to her interview, not just the CEO's. Ms Stanczak goes into detail about the sales and distribution channels that are being set up and about clients and future clients. She discusses the Greenwood Group, who are in charge of retail marketing for the company. All major retailers have reviewed ASFX products and they are in the process of closing purchase orders with several of them.
Although Walgreens is currently their largest customer with over 6000 stores nationwide, ASFX's internet presence is rapidly expanding and the majority of customers will eventually be from online sites with companies like CVS.com and BabiesRUs.com ( I checked out the Thermofocus at CVS.com and BabiesRUs.com and it now sells for $99 on both sites ! ), and digitalgiftstore.com. (Thermofocus sells for 89.95 on their site). The price is going up, a sure sign demand is high.
They also have clients such as Phoenix Children's Hospital and interested media such as Parents Magazine. Joseph Perdot Advertising is currently arranging the details for Television Infomercials for Heart Smart products.
Listen to HER interview, which is the second interview arrow button, not the first one with the CEO on audiostocks.com . You won't be disappointed.
End of day buying AFSX
Strong close for BIHC
I wasn't going to sit on the bid any longer. After hearing what marketing VP said, I think anything under .01 is a bargain. Hope this .007 x.009 gap closes up from the bid side tomorrow.
I just hit the ask of .008 for 100k and was filled. Ask immediately moved to .009
Late trading at the ask. eom
BIHC moving up
You are incorrect. Read the last 4 years financials that the company has recently released to start the process of OTCBB listing. There is a recent press release addressing the current share structure.
BIHC big gap opening up.
Great analysis tothe. AFSX also has exclusive rights to sell the Thermofocus in the USA which nixes competetion. In her interview on audiostocks.com, Marketing V.P. Erica Stanczak stated AFSX was currently negotiating for the exclusive rights to other products manufactured overseas, that will add to the list of their growing product line. As their internet distribution clients increase, and their advertising campaign, including Television infomercials expand, sales will expand accordingly. Financing for these endeavors is the next goal, and it would appear they are in the process of obtaining the financing needed.
I was wondering if they had been contacting Hospitals about the Thermofocus Thermometer. One the organizations mentioned in the interview is Phoenix Children's Hospital, which is one of the ten largest children's hospitals in the country and provides specialty and sub-specialty inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care to patients throughout Arizona and other Southwestern states.

Did not fill any at .007 - which I suppose is a good thing!
I am still on the bid at .007 for 200k shares - seems gradually moving to set up that fill. Maybe at the end of the day, if there is anything left there to clean out.
News was a reinforcement of the June 3rd press about financials posted for 2005 - 2007. This news shows that ASFX is serious about continuing to report and hopefully we will hear something more concrete about moving to the OTCBB soon.
I am on the bid at .007 - see if it fills.

You're right about that! Especially this morning.
Yes we are! .01 is finally here again!
Moving up nicely now. Couldn't fill at .007. Chasing the bid up for a change.
Looks like .0065 was the bottom. Moving up on small trades now.
BIHC - blowing through .01 - now hitting profit takers.
I am on the bid at .006 eom.
Guess the Dorroughs have the Ontario Securities Commission scammed as well.
Thanks, and you as well. Better yet, lets hope we all have a better Monday!
Thanks blockman. I got that. I understand how the bid and ask work. Its the manipulation of the uptick and downtick I am referring to.
Correction to my previous post:
Last paragraph should read - 900,00 shares in the "red" not 400,000.
.
tothe - look at the Friday tally sheet again and compare the transactions listed as "sells" to the buys I made. All of the buy transactions I completed (400,00 shares total) were listed in the "sells" column on the chart.

I did not say they "put in the colors". Everyone knows they do not "put in the colors". They can and do however, put in trades to manipulate the colors. Something you have stated is not possible. Now I will show you how that very manipulation occurs. We all have seen it happen and it is a simple deception that "noobies" as you say, and apparently some very smart traders as yourself fail to or refuse to recognize:
Lets say stock ABC opens for trading with a 1000 share transaction at .075. I put in a buy order for 500,000 shares of ABC at a limit of .07. The order is filled in ten transactions of 50,000 shares that causes a "downtick" and the ten trades at .07 are all colored "red". Someone else puts in an order to buy 400,000 shares at a limit of .075. If that order starts to fill, it would be an "uptick" from the previous .07 order and the fills would be colored "green". Now here is where the manipulation comes in, especially on the Pink Sheets. Just before the .075 orders start to fill, an order for 1000 shares at .08 happens to fill which causes an uptick to green. That causes the next ten transactions to fill the order at .075 to be colored "red" again, as according to your "certain criteria" the one small trade at .08 was an uptick followed by the downtick again to .075 and back to red. Lets Say these are the only trades that day and at the end of the day there is another small trade for 500 shares at .08 which causes another uptick so the last transaction of the day is green.
Now when "noobies" or otherwise look at the tally sheet or graph link like I gave tothe, they see what appears to be 400,000 shares in the "red" and only 1500 shares in the "green". Market makers have successfully manipulated the colors to make it appear to "noobies" or otherwise, that "selling" not "buying" ruled the day.
"No one can control this" - Well you seem very sure of yourself, however here is some news - Everything can be controlled. Including those "certain criteria" that you are so absolutely sure cannot be controlled. Especially in the highly manipulated trading patterns we all see in pink sheet land. But then you are right, it is not even worth the length of discussion already spent on it.
This may be of some help to you -

Thanks for the explanation. However, there is this crazy rumor that has been circulating for years in pinkie land regarding something called market maker manipulation. "Trading programs that assign colors based on certain criteria" would never be subject to market maker manipulation would they?
As far as trading basics go, I have been trading OTCBB and Pink Sheet stock for about 10 years and have been fortunate to have only lost money two of those ten years. I usually exhaustively research companies I buy stock in and try to leave as many stones unturned that I can. However, no amount of DD - phone calls and research, can protect you from lies and deception put forth by corrupt Company CEO's and dishonest IR departments. Penny land is rift with corruption, so in the end much of this is just plain gambling. Even the most attractive business plans fail. Timing is of the utmost importance.
Luck can also be a big help. Mistakes will be made and we all make them. I bought BHUB thinking I would flip it the following day. The following day it was halted!
