I say additional because it's just that. A reporter from the area told me FITX has bought land close to 20 Rear Rd (not to be confused with the property at 20 Rear Rd). It too is zoned agricultural.
With the way Bill does his PR, I believe he is just sitting on this as a card to play the next time he needs some fluff.
Bill PRs everything, that suits his purposes. I have it from a reliable source, a reporter from Windsor who has no dog in this fight. Ergo, one may assume FITC is not being "transparent". Why would I ask FITX? Well, more importantly, even if I did ask FITX, and I posted the response, why would anyone take it as truth? Honestly, "Bill said" or "FITX said" doesn't mean squat when we are trying to verify the truth about what "Bill said" or "FITX said". I'm sure you agree.
I have no idea what you are talking about because I am not talking about the land they are leasing from Bill's cousin. FITX has, allegedly, purchased an additional 25 acres for 1.2 million. It's not some future event. It's a done deal. I am not talking about 20 Rear Rd.
Seriously? Bill has maintained from day one there will be no pictures from inside. After all, that would completely shut down all the negative opinions wouldn't it. Or, would it, as I suspect, prove that this has been nothing more than a home improvement effort for his cousin's property?
LOL!!! Well, we can't read through all of them can we. Bill has edited or deleted the unflattering "PR", the stuff that contradicts reality.
Ask them about the 25 acres (zoned agricultural) they allegedly purchased for 1.2 million (of shareholder money no doubt)?
LOL. Bill is cooperating with them. Ergo, FITX is in the cross-hairs. Or, Bill has been lying the whole time. Either way you slice it, your reasoning is flawed.
Isn't that the company where management had a criminal record?
Hemp Tech, PHOT, . . .
Bill sure can pick'em.
FITX is such a joke. Even if management is acting in the best interest of shareholders (as they define it), they have proven totally ill equipped as business administrators.
Who will be the next to victim of FITX's Midas touch?
FITX purchased another 25 acres
So what's this I hear about FITX purchasing another 25 acres for 1.2 million just a ways down the road from the current facilities, also in an agricultural zone. And more importantly, why hasn't Billy release PR?
I contacted a local and this is the response.
It's nice to know you don't feel our little exchange here is nonsense, hence you keep wasting time on it. That's okay. Your reasoning skills seem to be on par with other FITX, "investors". How much in the red today?
the internet is a big place
Alabama has an embassy?
you mean like maybe something zoned industrial. Nah. They wouldn't do that. That would make sense. If anything they're going to buy up a bunch of houses in a residential neighborhood and then fight with the HOA about putting little pole barns in the yards.
I think the gist of it is that you are all screwed and Bill is either incompetent or dishonest or both.
CANN, PHOT, . . . . FITX?
After all, "Bill the lawyer" has been shown to take liberties with the truth in his "PR statements" and interviews. He can delete the FB "mistakes" but it's all there. We've all seen it. We all have the ability to draw conclusions about someone so prone to "error".
It's really odd how the "believers" tout Bill's lawyering skills while Bill can't see to string together 3 PRs that don't have to be retracted or edited in some way. A lawyer that cannot write. Now there's an interesting concept. Maybe that's why he's moved into pinky land and isn't actively practicing.
And he's raising his prices. "Incompetent" is just too weak.
That's the all you've got when faced with cold hard facts. Just personal attacks and insults. Good job.
perhaps you don't understand the game.
The Chaabans seem to come from a seedy family background. Didn't Bill's dad get popped trying to import steroids into the country.
They cannot run electricity to that barn.
They cannot run water to that barn.
They cannot install the 1 million pound vault (see #1).
Bill got caught lying twice and just flat out deleted the lies from the FB account.
Bill has now been called out by local administrators sighting irregularities in what he told them and what he's been posting on FB.
No. I do have an idea. And, I'm not your "bro".
Just for fun, we should start a "suspended" pool, like the deathlist. Back in the 90's it used to be called "The Dead Pool".
I'm nominating FITX, VAPE, ATTBF, and CANV.
Not to fret. There will be plenty of more opportunity for cheapies in FITX world. Every pump and dump needs bag holders.
WTF? He's a expert? He advises? You've got to be kidding me. What a maroon. I knew there was something wrong with him. He's got the kind of face I wouldn't buy a used car from. No wonder he used his mother's money.
Filled at $0.3523, already green
FITX is finally showing its true colors. Pink through and through. It only gets worse from here. The rumor mill says a couple of people have complained to the authorities about this pos and the constant PR that has to be either "corrected" (only after someone else catches the "miss statement") or taken down off the FB site.
Lawyers go to jail too.
There never was a "ball". This is and always has been about getting some free upgrades for his cousin's property. This P&D has been executed beautifully. Check out that chart. The party is over - sideways with a down trend. This is how a P&D bleeds out.
That's what we've been telling people. Here are some sobering numbers from an old post of mine related to a Time article.
Lose != Loose
you've a different definition of "green". this pos is down an order of magnitude off it's high of 200 which was just a few weeks ago.
none of these things move in a group. they are all hype and pumped. the only thing that make the group move as a whole will be when the US repeals the laws in question (the sky's the limit), or they start enforcing them aggressively (look out below).
And then he posted the provisional patent applications which anyone can file, . . . for anything they like.
"He said that Sam Alaweih has developed a patented growing technology"
The last couple of weeks watching the pps just move sideways, with a trend downward, is something the shareholders should get used to. This is one will just linger forever and then people will get tired of it and dump their shares while the price returns to the trips from whence it came.
"If"? That's funny. Thanks for brightening my day.
Nope. Sold at 200.
Seriously? Bill is looking to acquire the property from his cousin? You don't say. One wonders just what kind of a deal will be struct between family members playing around with someone else's money.
I'm sure Bill will drive a hard bargain on the behalf of faceless, nameless share holders when he sits down to negotiate with his blood relative. Seriously.
Probably cheaper too. Bill sure has gone about this project backwards. Not surprising. I doubt he has any experience in construction or marijuana or running any type of successful enterprise (other than a pinky pump and dump). There's no successful business listed on his resume.
why does this not surprise me?
My favorite part --
Perhaps the most incredible part of the pot stock boom: Even though the Obama Administration says it will not enforce the Controlled Substances Act in states with a robust regulatory regime, marijuana remains illegal under federal law. “You can’t have an industry where they say, ‘We can put you in jail for the rest of your life, but we probably won’t today,’?” says Sam Kamin, a University of Denver law professor. “Who would invest in that? Who would put their money in that in terms of raising capital?”
