If you look at the www.seawaycapital.com website, the description of the comp is as follows:

"Seaway Capital, Inc. ("SCI") was formed in 2002 and makes equity and equity-related investments in companies that require expansion capital and in companies pursuing acquisition strategies. SCI also seeks investments in leveraged buyouts and restructurings. To date, SCI's management has invested in over thirty (30) growth and acquisition transactions."

and if you take a look at the most recent press releases and sec filings, they read as follows:

"About Seaway Valley Capital Corporation
Seaway Valley Capital Corporation was formed in 2002 and makes equity, equity-related, and debt investments in companies that require expansion capital and in companies pursuing acquisition strategies. Seaway also seeks investments in leveraged buyouts and restructurings. If this is the case, that they are one and the same, shouldn't we be trading much higher? Thoughts
