Not if the money is coming from a foreign account.
9/11 made it much more difficult.
Also, people forget the money is coming from a bond secured through purchases of life insurance policies. Just how quickly did people think this could realistically be done.
We know Dean had no clue as to time needed. Neither did any of us.
But it looks like the wait is over now!
LMAO, about 95% or more of pinkies
New math...LMAO
Now if its used to accrue assets that generate revenue it paints a much different picture than you want folks to see.
Fact is they would not put $350M in Quasar if they didn't expect much more in return. Some of you would have us believe they put this money up strictly as debt for the company and try to ignore what this $350M gets us.
Acquisitions are being paid for with cash, at least the ones we know about. Cash comes from $350M funding deal. Funding deal requires restricted shares as collateral which can be issued at anytime now that A/S increase is official.
I don't see any more delays and suspect we start seeing a slew of pr's announcing closings once Dean gets the money any day now.
Consider this, A/S didn't go up at the exact moment it was found on the SOS web site. We had huge buying this morning with no sign of dilution.
Another indicator to me the sky isn't falling.
You are assuming that your side of the fence knows what two plus two equals.
What if the other side is right?
I am not going to say which side is right but will say I believe we will know REAL soon.
LMAO, sometime you guys crack me up. The 40% is of whatever the new O/S will be, not the 746M.
Your math only gives them about 30%
You're right, I should have reread press release before posting.
But, doesn't change my theory that A/S was only increased to accomodate lenders.
BWDIK?
LMAO, that doesn't even make sense.
Whatever the final O/S number will be, lenders are guaranteed 40% of them, restricted.
Now we know why funding terms outlined last year were so favorable, they get a 40% stake in Quasar.
No ploy imo. Had to be done once funding finally cleared.
We are almost to the finish line in my opinion.
But, if lenders have to have 40% of O/S, as stated, then he can't dilute without giving them more shares.
And he won't need to if he has the $350M in the bank.
LOL O/S will go up when they get their restricted shares. Terms of funding say they get 40% of O/S.
What, you think dean will buyback 40% of current O/S to secure it?
Its 40% of the new O/S which will include their restricted position
I'm not even going to try to explain how this won't effect float.
So much for trying to simplify it.....
I rounded current O/S to 750M to simplify. News said they have to issue 40% of O/S to secure funding (40% of 1.5B is 600M..again I used fully diluted number of 1.5B to simplify)
750M plus 600M is 1.35B
Was only trying to show this A/S increase is probably all going towards securing $350M funding and not to dilute and put cash in Deans pocket.
Thats how I see it.
You can argue the math but not the logic in my humble opinion.
LMAO, are you kidding me?
He issues 600M restricted shares to funders it increases O/S to approx 1.35B which is very close to new A/S
Makes sense to me....
"The reason for this change is that the terms of the funding of the balance of our $350,000,000 financing requires us to issue Class B non-voting shares equal to forty percent of the total outstanding common stock to the lender."
40% of 1.5B is 600M shares needed for funding.
750M plus 600M is 1.35B
No concern here.
I bet funding is finally ready.
I am aware of that which is what caused some to panic.
Not me.
No shake, just panic by some.
I am holding!
That's what I am thinking
People are bailing thats what.
I suspect they will regret it in the very near future.
I think he told us that awhile back.

I was told by a couple of individuals who exposed me to this stock that this was a 5-10 dollar stock given some time and believe me they are in a position to know. I have traded on their coat tails for years and they have never been wrong yet. Their DD is impeccable. They do not usually invest in penny's but they turned me on to two and I am sure you can figure out what the other one is.
I am very comfortable with this stock.
By the way, they are both listed on the Forbes 400.
T.
Bring it on!
Because we are still a shell for all practical purpose. Assets and profits will come in when first 6 acquisitions close and we have all six to determine value here.
For now we are a shell with a whole lotta maja playas comin in.
1st four acq buying for $150M second 2 acq for $200M
And I have faith Dean still has a few tricks up his sleeve with a even few more acquisition. At one time I heard goal was 12.
It will be magical when it all comes together.
Its useless to all of us but would still like some answers
I don't get it either. TDA still showing bid .01 and ask .012.
And it shows trades.
I have no clue here and can't get anyone at company to talk.
Anybody else know anything?
Not when the Board of Directors own more than 50% of shares.
My guess is they did this to screw the backers that guaranteed the Bank of America loan a year and a half ago. They screwed them from their convertables which would have given them control of company. Shareholder just plain got screwed. Just a theory.
They also could have done it to raise money selling new shares like most stinky pinkies do. Taking O/S to 27 shares should be illegal because no matter what their logic was they screwed investors.
I know, I cant figure it out. Makes no sense.
TDA still showing bid .01/ ask .012?
So is pink sheets?
I called T/A to confirm R/S and here is link to their page confirming this as well

Me to. Its kind of funny how we aren't even up a penny this week and yet everyone feels so much better. When you've been staring at these fractions of penny bids every day we tend to forget what will happen when the real news hits.
Yep, right now these fractions feel good. Can't wait when we trade in even pennies, then nickles, then dimes....
lmao, only 2?
j/k
I'm holdin for a roll of them (big smile)
Trident, do you really think it will help your investment if all you do is make negative remarks about it?
Seriously. I am not trying to start an arguement about Quasar with you and I am not trying to say something derogitory about you.
I am just curious as to what good you think constantly posting negative remarks about the company your invested in will do.
Right now the stock is somewhat effected by IHubbers in my opinion. Eventually, I believe Ihubbers will take a backseat and this forum will have zero impact on pps. Once funding comes in, news will flow and we will know much more.
So until then, why aren't you supporting your investment, or why aren't you lurking so that pps might rise to your break even point and you can get out?
Just curious.
The difference between what Dean is trying to do and the major manufacturers in the industry is putting all components of the process, from R&D, to parts and components, to marketing and sales, etc, under one umbrella.
The savings, and synergy from this will make them more than competitive.
Funny, you have a handful of posters who are supporting Dean (more patient as well) and a vast majority here who post negatively without any proof of their claims other than missed deadlines. I dont exactly see this site as "pro-management as you claim.
In fact, ask any long and you will find out they are getting bombarded with slanderous pm's for remaining supportive.
Most longs have gone to lurking thus making this thread far from pro-management.
Not trying to argue, just see this a littlle differently than you do.
IR's for pinkies are a waste of time and money. It's a nonissue who, if anyone, is our IR at this time.
LOL, good luck to you none the less.
Thats one way to look at it. Another way is could those other opportunities get you what this one will when it all comes together? I know its hard watching other stocks run but wouldn't want to miss this one from the sideline.
Been in it to long
lol
Thought you had put a fork in this?
