Really? So companies give money freely with no type of security for their investments.... I guess using your logic no one can invest money in a company because its all dilution.. :) I guess wall street will stop next week ;)
Hmmm I see all this talk of a RS. Can someone give me the date and amount? I just want a definite answer. Until then its alot of speculation... ;)
That is my expectation also. If not this will be a rough monday
Santa shows up with a bag of money with no strings attached. That's how companies get investment money. Silly BO
Actually this is otcbb compliant already just need to apply. FCCN got that done for aero. That's in the filing
Exactly show all the filings and become compliant to dilute and steal money...yea right. Gee why not stay pink and have a printing press of stock and pr's you don't have to show anything for those...
My guess is the acquistion fixes the pipe-bending supply issue that was stated in the 8k
Well that would be hurting the major investor(David Richard) in AERO since the majority of his interest was converted to restricted common shares not series C. Wouldn't make much sense doing that(plus he is an investment manager). I'm sure he would love to see his investment dwindling to nothing. Plus why become compliant? To show you are a dilution machine?
There are still enough longs to sitting around reading and digesting. I expect to see more clarity this week.
You make a good point and I agree with you. 3rd qt was when the cat-back line went on sale. I called and asked about it and it was backlogged for two weeks. My guess is that they had a good response to it.
Hey Realtor,
I'm doing ok. Bit surprised on some things not other others. I threw some points down I pulled out. I never really picked up on the biodisel stuff till you pointed it out. I think monday will be important. The crazy's came out in force but you need to step back and look at things. Some solid pr's on what is going on can move this.
. Rev's(2007) seem to be growing(though much lower to start than expected)
2. The Private investors agreed to have restricted stock in exchange for cash(Don't think a large RS and/or dilution will be an issue..why lose 90% of your investment and agree to it..)
3. Has any of the information from FCCN/AERO been unrealistic(Filings aren't much of a pump...) Matter of fact company hasn't said squat for a while
4. Scam companies don't file and post losts of pr's
5. David K. Richards is the money man for AERO and a former investment manager for who has worked with Capital Research and Management of Los Angeles and Primecap Management of Pasadena. He is a foundation fellow at Wadham College, Oxford University. He is also on the Board of Advisors of RAND Health, the Dean's Council of the JFK School of Harvard University, the Dean's Council of Harvard's Faculty of Arts & Sciences, and the executive committee of Harvard's committee on university resources. Doesn't strike you as an idiot does he?
Well if it was a perfect company it wouldn't be a penny stock. :) We don't have the 3 qt results and they might be a surprise with the cat-back line. Plus we have nothing of what AERO has for future plans.
A few things we know.

Well its late on the east coast. Have a good night folks
Well he keeps repeating RS will happen I just asked for a date and amount. He seemed so sure of himself. Just wanted to educate myself
It's alot of speculation. Besides whats the value of doing and RS right now? Dilute sorry. Alot of the private investors wouldn't voted for the merger if they saw their money disappearing. Besides if this was a dilution machine why post filings and stating that the numbers aren't great. I would've stayed a non reporting pink posted huges pr's and printed shares. Not filings and being quiet..
That's not answering the question... How much and when? Unless you can state facts that it's really your opinion. It could be 2 to 1 in 2008? or 2009? or 2010? Come back to me when you have some solid facts. Enjoy the evening
Have a good weekend
Really? So what will the RS number be and when will it happen. Please give the exact time and amount TIA
Actually there was no RS directly called out in the 8k. You should read through the 8k
Doesn't make much sense to take stock in a pink as an investment manager does it..?
Exactly if they were going to dilute and RS this thing why would anyone accept this deal. Espically David Richards he was an investment manager... I think we know more monday
Check out who the 10% owner is...
David Richards is a private investor and investment manager who has worked with Capital Research and Management of Los Angeles and Primecap Management of Pasadena. He is a foundation fellow at Wadham College, Oxford University. He is also on the Board of Advisors of RAND Health, the Dean's Council of the JFK School of Harvard University, the Dean's Council of Harvard's Faculty of Arts & Sciences, and the executive committee of Harvard's committee on university resources owns 9.7% of aero
I noticed that as well..
You read the PR
Well folks enjoy your postings not sure of the vitrol here. I'll finish reading the 8k. Enjoy the night.
Well I think that the onslaught of posting has lost that point
Bo have you ever seen this type of vitrol before?
Would you like me to post the TOU for D&B?
You make a very strong point.
I'm expecting some more info on Monday regarding this Bo...
I'm not really too sure of that... ;)
This is rather amazing all the folks who are showing up!
Interesting reading I see folks are already giving their enlighted discussion. There is alot of material to digest
Hey we are green...:)
I will do that this weekend. Plus I have some updates on zonda's intellectual properties to do.
I have zero cash righ now...
Well good luck to you...
Good Morning Pietro
