One of my early posts elsewhere after buying Cytodyn stock. I've always wanted to see the data for virus levels across the entire 5 year span to see if the below 1 virus levels occurred near the end of that time span.
[/quote]CD4+ memory T-cells (where hidden HIV reservoirs hide) differentiate themselves after the naive CD4+ T-cells are already produced and in response to an event. As long as there are any CD4+ cells with active CCR5 receptors than CCR5 specific HIV can reproduce when the hidden reservoirs of HIV activate.
With CD32 T-cells there are no CCR5 receptors. With bone marrow transplants chemo will destroy the existing blood producing cells so any replacement with CD32 variant will only produce non-CCR5 expressive T-cells. There will be no place for HIV to latch on and replicate.
Since the reservoirs exist outside of the marrow a non-CD32 transplant will not stop HIV.
Best case scenario - The half life of CD4+ memory T-cells is 44 months. Without a virological event leronlimab may be able to block all CCR5 receptors, keeping new CD4+ memory T-cells from becoming infected. So every 44 months, under best conditions, half the reservoir ceases to exist. Over a very long period of time leronlimab may effectuate a cure.

At least you won't be losing much when this really tanks.
Posting documents from PACER would be a breach of their TOS and could involve a lawsuit.
Who needs anyone here to drop the price. Conrad Huss dumping 1.4 billion shares will do that.
They won't dump. When your stock tanks and you're left with sub-pennies on the dollar selling out for $100 isn't going to do much. They'll pump their little hearts out and hope for a miracle.
You are trusting the word of a scammer on the amount of shares? Yes, I know it's actually more pumping from the crew.
As Huss keeps dumping shares. LOL
Catalysts will offset that. What catalysts are over yonder? Financials that will never come because it will expose the fraud.
SCAM : KAREN BEREND IS NOT THE CEO OF RBNW, SCAMMER CONRAD HUSS IS.
No like the millions soon to be a billion+ shares at the buy 1 pair of shoes get 2,000 free scam stock.
Oh really, I guess we should use ALL CAPS then no problems exist.
Medicenna Therapeutics MDNA55 -
Since you don't seem to know I'll explain it to you in simple terms. People or organizations bought shares previously. Those shares were restricted from being sold. The S-3 is a statement that those shares are no longer restricted and can be sold if the buyer wishes to sell. As far as dilution goes since those restrictions would be lifted at some time the dilution occurred at the original time of sale.
As far as dilution goes since I first bought in I knew further dilution was necessary and the share price would go past the exercise point I used 700 million shares as a starting point in my calculations. By the way where are those billions shares you assured us were coming?
I should say no new dilution. Those were from previous offerings. By the way how many of those 1.2 billion shares were added to yours? Oh you wouldn't know they've gone dark.
This is a real bonding moment for you and A17. You've both held AVXL, you both tend to invest in losing stocks and when you have a winning stock (CYDY) you sell out before it becomes winning.
How do either of you have any money left to invest in anything? Maybe that's the problem, neither of you do. Actually I shouldn't say that, at .007 almost anyone should be able to buy several thousand shares.
That S-3 poses no dilution whatsoever. Those were previously bought unregistered shares. The S-3 is just stating that those unregistered shares are now registered and have become tradeable. The owners of those shares can either sell or hold. The S-3 is not offering them for sale.
Why would there be a 2000:1 R/S. They've still got 1.2 billion shares to dump.
You've obviously done no DD on the science. I'll take the science over your chart BS anyday.
As far as I know I was the first one to mention the use of leronlimab as a treatment in extreme cases of influenza. We know Nader will sometimes read the message boards. My mention of it's application for coronavirus might have caught his eye and he asked his scientists about it. Conversely Dr. Patterson may have saw it spread across the news and realized leronlimab's potential. Either way there's nothing suspicious about it.
Some say RBNW will go to the moon in March, some say any day now. All poor lost souls who are upside down and got sucked in by a scam. I wonder how many will be around a year from now still saying "any day now".
People who invest in these companies over and over again are gamblers at heart waiting for the winning lottery ticket. Like the lottery in the long run you'll always lose out.
I've done hundreds of hours of DD on Cytodyn and the medical side. So I was ready to wait it out, it actually jumped a bit sooner than I anticipated.
I've done lesser DD on RBNW because I have no intention to invest here and it only took 15 minutes to realize it was a scam.
You don't "believe" when it's pointed out to you anyway. Yes I know it's not about believing, it's about getting out from your upside down position at any cost even if it means pumping this POS.
The PR said nothing about a cure. Here is what it did say -
If JB is to lazy to look it up -
Leronlimab's MOAs for cancer - Inhibits angiogenesis, shuts down cancer reappearing through collagen downregulation, Stops the recruitment of Tregs to tumor sites (Tregs promote tumor immunity), inhibits tumor cell dna repair, inhibits IL-13 a tumor protectant, downregulates IL-4 (IL-4 promotes tumor immunity), upregulates IFN-gamma promoting tumor cell death, downregulates PD-1/PD-L1, polarization of macrophages , downregulates calcium channel signalling, blocks CCL5 shutting down pathways for CTCs.
I'm probably missing a few.
