I would bet that it is EMIS! Oh wait a minute I did bet alot of money on this. EMIS was the one that had to interact with Medify like peas in a pod. If EMIS can't (I don't have the technical background ) provide what Medify needs to run properly, and they won't for other reasons, than we have issues that could back up our progress. imo
I agree with you, and I believe Ian is doing what he has to do to bring Medify back from a very tough position.
I absolutely agree with you. That is why I want to push the questions in a polite, professional, interested, and specific manner.
Based on the statement from them Going, I really believe that they are bound legally by something?
NOW LETS SUPPORT OUR INVESTMENT !!!!!!!!!! WITH HELPFUL QUESTIONS, AND IDEAS. HAVE A GREAT DAY.
TOM
I do have some questions though!
1. What steps has Medify taken to manage the position and has this affected our relationship with the NHS.
2. Do we have orders awaiting the provision required from our partner?
3. How long has the information been withheld from Medify and where would we be if this had been given?
4. Has there ever been any time frames as to when the information should be provided?
5. Has Medify been taking orders while awaiting our partner?
6. Is the information that has been withheld part of the contractual obligations of our partner?
7. Does Medify have grounds to take legal action and would it be for the full contract value as defined under the partners contract?
8. Has Medify approached other related partners to replace remove or negotiate?
I will wait for a few hours before I send my questions, so please add your questions to my list.
Bob you can believe look up. I spoke to him to verify who he is and his concerns.
Tom
It seems to me that they are already involved in this situation. Further,
I did speak to lookup, and I will tell everyone in absolute truth that he is a genuine long term shareholder. He is in the computer/IT business in the US. If you trust Lem's word, then you will know that I am who I say I am. OK enough of the that.
The information that lookup provided has come from the NHS, so it does have credibility. The only partner that can directly affect MedifyRemote functionality HAS to be EMIS, doesn’t it? If the information is from the NHS, and it refers to nurses wanting MedifyRemote(HUGE), then the only place we know of where nurses are using the product is Doncaster. We’ve previously heard that Doncaster has 2,500-3,000 nurses. If they all want the product (and lookup’s post says they do) then that is revenue of $125,000.00 +/- per MONTH ($1,500,000 per year +/-) that is being denied to ALL OF US at the moment. Surely a company that was turning over $1,500,000.00 would have a much better PPS. And if this is only one PCT, are they having the same issue over and over in the other PCTs?(Makes sense to me) If Liverpool, Stockport, Luton, Barnet, West Norfolk and Nottingham did I miss any, were all interested to the same level, then that would be $9,000,000.00 +/- a year in revenue on nurses alone!(AGAIN HUGH) And it means EMIS are preventing Medify from obtaining these revenues from all EMIS users, (about 28,000 GPs) then they are denying them a further $16,800,000 +/- on GPs alone. We could be talking about $100,000,000 in revenue that these people are preventing us for what ever reasons!
What’s worse, if Medify can’t go for the national contract because EMIS won’t let them have access to full functionality then we’re being screwed out of going for $1.2 Billion in revenue PER YEAR. Can we as shareholders sue them for this? Should Medify sue them? They’ve definitely ripped off Medify, and that means that they’ve ripped us off too!
If my numbers seem incorrect, I apologise. Have a GREAT DAY everyone. GO MDFY !!!!
Outstanding DD lookup!!!!!!

Dear Tom,
Upon checking with our US SEC legal counsel the Company is not obligated to provide a copy of the 15c-211, or any subsequent supporting submissions.
The 15c-211 will be available for viewing by any interested parties when it is posted to the Pink Sheets following approval by the NASD.

Message from Nik with regards to the video demo.
Dear Tom
Just a quick note to say thanks to the IHub members for suggesting the demo video.
I have now completed an initial version, which is hosted offsite with a link from our site.
I will be working to get the high res version onto our site in the coming weeks.
Once again, thanks.
Best Regards

I just read your other post by saying Brain Davis. Sorry about the confusion.
I reposted that, from Nik. By mistake then Lem told me by private email that it would be a good idea to remove the name. I did and thanked him. Are you done yet.
I met you on the equity groups board a while back, and you said your name was Brian V. on your post. If I'm wrong sorry.
You sure did. Have to walk that straight line a little better.
Your wrong about the name calling Brian. You can't do that here to other investors.
Now you resort to name calling of investors. Pretty mature Brian. All I stated was something I was taught along time ago from my parents. "Deeds not words" I guess bashing me as moderator helps you sleep at night. I am here to make money thats it. If by posting emails from the company, and it works then great for all. If it doesnt', well I new that coming in. You and I can agree to disagree Brian. Good luck to you.
Tom
Just speaking the truth. If you feel that way then do it, don't talk about it. I'm not slaming you, just asking you to do what you say. No hard feelings, and good luck.
Tom
The people that talk about doing never do. The people that do don't have to talk.
I am still on the give it a chance side. I guess I have more time than others. Of course not happy, but I'm not throwing in the towel.
Bv you have been talking about bringing legal action against the company for some time now. Why don't you just do it. What are you waiting for? (MDFORLONG)
Statement from Nik:
Dear Tom
Following my earlier message to you, please find below as much explanation as I can give at this moment in time.
I honestly cannot reveal the names we have uncovered yet, but once we know they are no longer in a position to attack the share price I will bring you up to date.
We have for a while suspected that all was not right with some of the issues surrounding our PPS. Whilst many attributed this activity to insiders and employees this was honestly not the case.
We have now had it confirmed that individuals known to Medify, have been behind the activity we have all recently witnessed. We have had it confirmed to us from our US contacts that large amounts of selling have originated from Canada. On suspicion that the people involved were well known "pump and dump" specialists, reversing a company, pumping it's share price skywards and then dumping it, leaving the company to die, we asked our contacts to dig a little deeper. They confirmed our suspicions with the identities of the individuals.
In order to deflect attention away from themselves and onto Medify and its management some of their activity has been to raise uncorroborated issues around Medify. This drives down moral and then, surprise surprise, and email arrives from Bellwether recommending another fantastic opportunity. Our long term shareholders should be asked if they remember Bellwether and its associations?
The reason we could identify these individuals is the modus operandi. They pump a company, then kill it's share price and then keep shorting/selling pressure on a daily basis to maintain a very low PPS. They then work blog boards to recruit the shareholders, form email traffic with them and then try to interest them in a new company. Sell your shares in x and buy y. Hence the emails received today. This really did drop the last piece into place, and obviously some have follwed ready for the next prime candidate.
The reason we have placed so much focus on this board in recent weeks is that we could see it happening. And we tried to stop it. Filing the 15c211 is the first major roadblock to these individuals. The 15c211 gives full disclosure on all company activities, that is why it has been so important to them. As they say, history will out.
We tried to make people aware of what was happening by the shorting investigation. Unfortunately the inference was used against us.
In the end, all I could do was cut communications. I am more than happy to talk to this board as regularly as necessary, but whilst it remains an anonymous forum I am absolutely NOT going to take attacks against the personnel and the company lightly.
The most obvious question will be - Why didn't you tell us this before. We could have worked together.
The answer is simple. I have no way of identifying who we are talking to and therefore cannot pass out confidential information. Additionally, I know we can never please everyone. And I can live with that, as long as those disappointments are expressed in an adult, constructive manner. As an example, one shareholder asks for your email address to privately reveal why Medify is such a scam, and further deflect attention to the management. Incredibly, you all receive an email from Bellwether. Two years in and we are all still learning, BUT, Medify is still here, taxes paid, product gaining momentum in the market, orders building and moving forward. But, the advice is to move your investment (which they have already killed once) into an email promoted stock from a company with true p&d credentials. This is from a loyal shareholder?
To those that ARE true shareholders and have expressed their anger with us, I honestly do want to do whatever we can to improve the situation. I'd love to work with you all, but this has to be a two way street. I'm not going to sit and read the type of comments that have been posted in this forum in the past and then carry on all sweetness and light.
So we are now at a position of choice. Unfortunately today, many of you have experience on a small scale what we have been dealing with over recent weeks on a much wider basis.
If you'd like to work together, then I make no effort to hide my email address. Write to me, and even better, contact me on a proper email address, not an anonymous one and I'm sure we can have a positive impact on the current position. Medify is gaining pace, and we're working hard to get over the damage that has been inflicted on the company and its shareholders.
And lastly, I really like the suggestion of a product demonstration video and am looking at making that happen. If working with IHub can deliver superb input like this suggestion then I hope we can form a strong relationship.
I hope this helps, as there is little more I can offer.
With Best Regards to you all
Nik
thanks.
My level 2 shows the bid at .025?
I am asking him that now. I will post when he sends it.
I'm with you. I was shocked to get the email. I hope everyone understands that I want my money back as much if not more than you. Good luck to all !!
Nik had responded to me with a general statement. After everyone has a chance to read it please respond respectfully, because to date Nik and Ian have tried to communicate with us. Maybe this is something significant, on what is happening today, and will reasure what they are trying to accomplish. Good luck all, and Go MDFY
Tom
I'm willing to discuss today, etc.. and the fact that the shareholders have experienced the fringes of what we are currently dealing with, if they want to.
I can give them what the company has found out (and has been verified) over the past week that might shed a little light. I can't give them names because these individuals are likely to retaliate by completely killing the pps and the company. We are pushing hard to kill this threat, and that's why the 15c is so important.
Nik
Funny, I got an email from Bell weather today also.
Good luck Herbie with the new job, and keep on singing my friend.
Tom
Sorry, my email addresss is acretom@comcast.net

While I still believe in the concept, I too would like to help in finding out the truth.
