If I'm reading the latest shareholder update correctly, the commodity company that wants MEX to go ahead and build the storage and transport portion of the CDU, has a financing branch. Seems to me they would be the obvious choice to finance this portion of the project. This would also reduce the amount of financing required for the CDU unit since the tanks and tracks etc. would already be complete. Yes?
MMEX
"we"?
Anyone else hear that MMEX is no longer a shell risk?
MMEX
Anyone else feel like an SEC filing today after close? I don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was one.
MMEX
"We have been approached by a major international commodity and FINANCING entity ...". Latest MMEX shareholder letter. Should read before you sell IMO. Financing deadline may be pushed out, but so much more positives here than negatives... by a long shot. I'll be keeping all my shares till everyone comes to their senses. Operation of storage facility in Q-1, 2019. Also "in negotiations with an international equipment supplier and its FINANCING affiliate..." Man, does it get any better. Oh yes, and powered by the latest and greatest green energy the way it should be.
MMEX
So, MMEX is gonna slap some big tanks on the property before the refinery so they can make more money sooner, they are no longer listed as a shell risk, free and green (all the craze these days and I fully support) energy will be used to run both refineries. All good stuff here.
MMEX stronger.
I think its great to hear from new posters with new ideas and thoughts on MMEX. Sometimes, as with the post you mentioned, I get introduced to a whole new idea and possible revenue stream for MMEX. Ain't nothing wrong with information. The more the better. We're all big enough to discern whats legit. The post you're referring to seems legit to me... someone on the ground, in the middle of the action brings perhaps the best perspective possible.
MMEX
I guess we let individuals decide what they believe and buy or not buy accordingly. Just like PTL says, its a free country. I feel secure enough with MMEX to take a chance with my money. If you don't feel secure with MMEX, than don't. That's the bottom line here.
MMEX
Secured = dependable; firm; not liable to fail, yield, become displaced, etc.. I think secured is a reasonable representation for how financing was mentioned in the letter. If you don't, that's your understanding of it I guess. I happen to believe that while Jack doesn't use the word secured, that's what he is saying. IMO of course. And, I think that's a reasonable conclusion to draw. If I didn't think so, I wouldn't have bought more shares.
MMEX
Hmm..., should I take the word of Jack or you?? Think I'll go with Jack, along with Rep. Hurd, Mayor, Pilot Thomas, and sooo many others. I think who ever sells their shares at this stage should have their drivers license revoked on the basis of mental unfitness/incompetence for making proper decisions. IMO.
Have you heard of Krakatoa? Well, that's what its gonna be like when financing is announced!
MMEX
That’s awesome. Thanks for the info.
MMEX
The fact of the matter is that everyone is holding their positions here for news. The volume is pretty much zero, relatively speaking, with the price holding steady. You have a few doom and gloomers trying to shake a few shares loose, but with poor results. NEWS about financing here is what everyone is waiting for. When it comes it will be awesome. I think most everyone here believes financing will come to fruition despite passionate pleas to the contrary. But one of the only few who knows for sure is Jack. He said he expects it to be completed soon. He's done what he said he'd do so far. No reason to doubt financing despite talk of desalters, mad jack this and that, stinky pink stock etc. etc. etc.. all just jabberwocky talk with no substance. IMO
MMEX
The timing of a ground braking ceremony has ZERO to do with whether this project is moving ahead. Its a red herring. Read about what has been accomplished thus far. Since ground breaking a lot has been invested in the site, and the project is moving forward. IMO
MMEX
Not a scam. Land purchased, permit approved, road built, utilities to site secured, railway on site, off-take agreement signed, supplier lined up, Senator Hurd visit, Mayor supports, financing term paper in place and should be completed soon. But don't take my word for it. Go to the MMEX website and read shareholder letter, filings etc. This is not a scam IMO.
MMEX
Show evidence to back up you claim please. Oh, and without the use of crayons and/or stick people this time please.
MMEX
Financing, and this thing jumps up and starts running fast. Gonna be difficult to catch up to MMEX when financing is 8-Kd.
MMEX
Hey, we'll be part owners of an oil refinery soon. lol. Happy Independence Day from Canada.
MMEX
In my experience, fraudsters are the ones you hear too much from. Now people like Jack, on the other hand, work too hard to spend time blabbering about it all the time. People like Jack who do what they say and don't make a big verbal deal about it, those are the salt of the earth people you can trust. Just my experience. Talkers talk, doers do. Plain and simple.
MMEX
And some of us will be financially independent.
MMEX
Silence is golden.
Does everyone know that Financing = Refinery?!
IMO, selling these for .0001 at this stage of the game is not the best move. The patient will prevail... I hope.
I didn't say it was the only reason. There are many reasons why I'm keeping my MMEX shares. I've already stated them previously. The attention paid to this stock is merely another indicator for me that's all.
MMEX
Are you saying they are not current? If so, how do you know? Or are you saying they could be not current? Because that means they could also be current. OTC has them as current, that's current to me unless you have proof otherwise.
When I consider all the attention MMEX is getting by distractors, I'm only more convinced that this project matters. Therefore, I'm keeping my shares.
MMEX
Still current though... .
Not even 3 mil shares sold yet today. Any conclusions made thus far are useless jabbering. 3 mil is nothing. No dumping going on that's for sure.
I wonder is Jack gonna show up at this little PPS dance that's been going on over the last few days, and light it up for us. Could happen. End of the month isn't it?
MMEX
The Fort Stockton Pioneer reported last Thursday, I believe, that utilities were secured. If Someone has proof otherwise, please state your proof. If not, I'll accept the news paper's understanding after an investigative report.
MMEX
Why ship crude to the coast. refine it, and send it back to the oil fields in the Permian? This takes up precious pipe capacity both ways and is way more expensive. Refine it at Jack's new refinery that's right next to the source for raw material, and right next to the market for the CDU's finished product. What bank wouldn't finance a business that has a market already established (Pilot Thomas) and a ready and CHEAP supply. No brainer here. IMO
MMEX
Also, do't forget MMEX has land, permits, road construction, utilities established to site, a buyer, a supplier, et. etc.. That should be enough to convince the skeptic. IMO. Check it out for yourself.
MMEX
Of course there are no filings regarding financing, hence the PPS. Jack said it he expects it to be completed by end of month. Terms paper already signed. Do you want it on a silver platter. Want the supporters here to do your DD. LOL. Soon this will all go like Krakatoa. IMO
MMEX
The current PPS movement up or down is insignificant with regards to the expected financing news. when financing is finalized and 8Ked, the PPS will explode. I think we all can agree on that. Some say financing won't happen. I say it will. Jack said it will.
MMEX
They service oil industry. They don’t own oil rigs. That’s probably why. At least that’s my understanding.
This went to .0006 for a little while a few weeks back. Will go further than that on good news, which I think is coming soon. Everyone making money these days in the Permian oil patch. Including ELTZ IMO.
Didn't they purchase an oil field service operation (Pirate), and didn't they partner with another oil field service operation(Carter I think). If this is so, they're making money. Everyone working in the Permian oil patch is making money as far as I can tell. I have a feeling ELTZ is also. Update will tell the story and hopefully its one with a happy ending for share holders.
Or not... . It might be something much better. I don't know, neither do you. All I do know, is that in the latest MMEX news letter it was stated that financing is expected to be complete by the end of June.
That's the Only thing we both know.
MMEX
There has been at least one SEC filing every month so far this year for MMEX. None yet for June. If the trend continues, I wonder what June's filing will be.
MMEX
Had to get ground breaking in because they had to start work. Road built, utilities secured as per the Pioneer.
MMES
Who cares. The ground has been broken. What ever shall we do. Financing will come IMO.
