makes me think news or an update is coming
MMs always seem to have advance notice about news
someone trying to scare out some sells obviously
intentional bidwacking to get lower pricing seems like and flush out a few longs
the market doesn't even know about this yet,
the first news hit otcmarkets but not most mainstream newswires
plus we had the snowmegaddon in NY
once there is more news, its going to be
difficult to build much of a position for low prices
my 2 sense
Looks like Vitall is marketed direct to doctors for their patient population
so you may be on to something about it being covered by ins. potentially.
if it were a medical device covered by medicare that would be huge.
also seems like something many hospitals and nursing homes, and assisted living and retirement communities will want to have.
http://www.vitallhealth.com/about-us/
To your patients, Vitall is a wearable mobile monitoring device that functions like a wireless smartphone watch, and reports to their hospital or healthcare practice. But to you, what this unprecedented health monitoring system does is most critical. Vitall helps you improve patient outcomes, comply with federal healthcare initiatives, manage risks, improve patient satisfaction, reduce costs and increase profitability.
Your patients wear the device on their wrist. Its sensors and wireless connectivity deliver comprehensive health data on patient activity, biological and vital signs, medication consumption, emergency GPS location services and much more. But the most important feature is the Vitall data collection and reporting that synchronizes with your databases and dashboards.
gm! +35% 330kVol, mms not making it easy for the low volume dip sellers from yesterday to buy back
as a recent reference point, the market has been interested in new startup/merger tickers... I've seen NHMD move from .00s to .18s, FOFU from .00s to .11s, RGMI from .00s to .14s
and this is a smart watch
a red hot sector
and a very favorable share structure, not your typical diluted otc
which means the market cap is quite tiny at current levels.
dollar volume has been so tiny on this one, on the move so far
I'd say its safe to say this one is completely unnoticed as of yet
by the markets, cept for a few folks around here who monitor
name changes and reinstatement filings closely.
putting a valuation on the Vitall smartwatch business is a fair question. Even if the marketing is just in early stages, the potential revenue for this as a medical device is sobering, based on the revenue of other smartwatches in the health and fitness sector

In fact, Caervision had its Allergy Network bought out by Accent Health a year ago

its brilliant. It solves many problems I've been trying to solve in caring for and monitoring elderly parents. I actually NEED this product. And so do many friends.
they didn't go public to trade in this pricerange I'm willing to bet.
the very best mergers simply use the OTC as a stepping stone to a bigger exchange.
The management and sales team attended the 2014 Leading Age Annual Meeting & Expo, which was held in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Music City Center on October 19-22. This event was a great gathering of leaders of all the senior living organizations in the U.S. The attendees discussed the future trends and topics surrounding senior living development in the world. CaerVision also displayed Vitall, the wearable mobile monitoring device in the Expo, which attracted great attention from the clients. Many clients have asked about the detailed features of the product and its application in the senior living industry. The company will make all efforts to promote the development of Vitall in order to make it the most advanced product in the industry.
they were featured recently at an expo, which I saw linked here today somewhere.

I do actually want one. I'd buy it tomorrow.
it appears this watch is far superior for the health industry than anything else out there...
whoever posted this earlier, thanks! watch this!

quite a bit of detail about Vitall!!
I would buy several of these most definitely.
Revenues $7 million
its a real company
typically the way the mms manage these low volume dips, is such that anyone who sold early in the day who ends up trying to buy back later will not be able to get back the same position size without paying a higher price than they sold for. seen that far too many times. they did exactly the same thing recently on RGMI and it ended up hitting .14s they did the same on FOFU (hit .11s) and NHMD (hit .18s) too. all mergers/startups/namechange/newofficers too.
2015 US-China market
http://ameriasiallc.com/news.html
In the coming year of 2015, the company will actively seize new opportunities and develop the new market. This week, CTCI, LLC and Mr. Chen have discussed about the strategic partnership between US and China markets and how to develop a comprehensive cooperation plan in 2015. Both parties will work hard to satisfy the requirements of US-China market and to explore the market to a further extent. Both parties have strong confidence of the cooperation in 2015.
just found this:
what do you think? do you think caervisionglobal might eventually
represent all of these ventures as well as the smart watch?
I'm happy enough with the smartwatch venture alone
but wondering

dollar volume has been tiny last 2 days, so for all practical purposes this is still under the radar or under a rock
except for a few souls around here
no one anywhere knows anything about sugo/caervisionglobal
yet
wallstreet is empty. big snowstorm going on
according to this news from late yesterday,

this is what SUGO is now
CaerVision Global, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Vitall, Inc.
Effective January 26, 2015, “CaerVision Global, Inc” (the Company) is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of Vitall, Inc. (“Vitall”).
About CaerVision Global, Inc.
CaerVision Global, Inc. (OTCPK: SUGO) is focused on acquisition and development of technologies that have focused applications in the healthcare and wellness industry. Based in Frederick, MD, CaerVision Global is continuing to develop and market products which will enhance the lives of health conscious individuals, and those who face medical challenges each day. Further information is at http://www.caervisionglobal.com.
in the end, what matters most is the market cap in relation to the business model and the execution.
which is why the first thing I do now,
is start analyzing and comparing what other companies are doing
in a given sector, what their revenue and market cap is.
from there you can begin to guess how the market
might view any new startup or merger in the same space
given its current marketcap/share structure
and hopefully avoid the temptation of selling wayyyy too early
and just treating it like a trade instead of an investment.
yah SPEA I didn't ever get any til it was 3.00s that merger day,
(I saw the news, it was .12 premarket that day, I chased and chased and could never get a fill til it was dollars)
and still sold wayyy too early in the 7.00s
I remember when it went to the naz and hit 33.00s

CaerVision Global, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Vitall, Inc.
Globe Newswire

FREDERICK, Md., Jan. 26, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE)
most advanced healthcare “watch” available anywhere in the world
Vitall™ is the most powerful and comprehensive patient-wearable healthcare monitoring device available. The system gives you a complete picture of your patient’s health. From their wrist to your dashboards, Vitall reports on activity, vital signs, medication consumption, and much more. The unprecedented combination of biometric sensors, wireless connectivity, 3D accelerometer and smartphone make it the most advanced healthcare “watch” available anywhere in the world.
One-in-ten U.S. adults now own a fitness tracker
Fitness trackers, which have a strong presence in the wearables market, have gained a large mainstream following. According to the report 36 percent of fitness tracker owners in the US are 35-54 years old, 41 percent had an average income of more than $100,000, and 54 percent were women. One-in-ten U.S. adults now own a fitness tracker.
Smartwatches haven’t caught on as quickly, with only two percent penetration, and appeal to a much different segment of the market. More than two-thirds (69 percent) of smartwatch owners are 18-34 years old, skew mostly towards the male population (71 percent) and nearly half (48 percent) had an income below $45,000.
FDA: The Fitbit is Legit, And So Is the Apple Watch
The new guidelines clarify how wearable tech like smart watches and fitness monitors should be regulated. The conclusion is that "general wellness products" don't need much in the way of regulation at all. That fits with the previous tentative proposal of where the technology would fit into FDA regulations, but its still definitely good news for wearable tech makers and health app developers that use smart watches and related tech.
Basically, anything that can help you get a better diet or exercise routine, help you lose weight, or otherwise regulate your behavior won't need much in the way of regulation.
all I can tell you is an example of what I've experienced.
here's one I got at .04 on what appeared to possibly
be r/m news one day, when the board of directors changed.
thought I had done really well at .30 and sold
didn't keep any.
here is where it is today.
never did a r/s either.

so there is no way to know.
all you can do is study, and study more.
and don't put any numbers in your head.
make decisions based on total market cap.
sector comparisons.
and progress with the business plan.
not the random swings in the stockprice.
read the section of this called 'A Little History'

I might NEED one, after today's news! if
this ticker comes anywhere near to doing what I think it might...
doctor doctor!!
might be a lot bigger sector than I realized
Fitbit accounts for 50% of the 2.7 million
wearable bands, including fitness trackers and smart watches, that shipped worldwide in the first quarter of 2014.
Vitall more advanced than Fitbit?
http://www.fitbit.com/home
does anyone use a fitbit and can give us a comparison to the Vitall?
Vitall seems like it gives more advanced patient/health information.
http://www.vitallhealth.com/health-whyvitall/
looks like a highend system for the healthcare industry, not just a jogger/tracker
Because Vitall is the smart one to Watch

2015
is shaping up to be the beginning of the smartwatch era
found this, Top 10 Smartwatch companies>
this is old data from 2013, doesn't even mention apple,
but its a starting point for research.
http://www.smartwatchgroup.com/top-10-smartwatch-companies-sales/
says there was a 10 fold increase in sales from 2012 to 2013.
had no idea some of these companies were in the space, and some in particular are focused on the health sector of smart watches,
interesting info here.
surprised the revenue was already that high in 2013 in the sector.
impossible to guess. imo best thing one can do is to compare products with others in the sector to guesstimate how the market will view it.
so what other companies are in the smart watch sector?
and health technology?
what are their market caps?
then of course, they have to execute successfully.
so you have to examine management, and make your best guess
about their capabilities to execute...
I've thought I've done well at times selling a nice gain, only to be left crying on the sidelines when it goes to the big boards. more than once. other times, convinced it was the greatest thing since sliced bread, I've held through a big move up, and all the way back down.
only tool you have to work with really is research.
and your best strategies at risk management.
some of my worst guesses have been to assume
a ticker will act like it used to, when some significant
change has occurred. sometimes it no longer trades anything like it used to.
came across this one last May, while doing research on various merger candidates

I guess everyone posting when they found it?
