I think Viva hiring that PR firm will be crucial and should be done first thing... someone needs to take over the twitter, Instagram, Facebook and PRs that actually knows what they are doing... too much bs within all that which a savvy pr firm could correct.
I don't think many of us here like how management has been handling this product... but we don't trash this whole board because of it... I've voiced my problems with the management so many times here
This begs the question: why haven't these projections been included anywhere, in a tweet or PR... I think we'd all like to know the projections
FEW QUICK THOUGHTS ABOUT PR:
1. I'm confused as to why Triad Wireless wasn't included within the PR; does anyone know for sure that the partnership is still on ? I know some on here have contacted Triad directly and they have stated it is.
2. Private Acquisitions of cash positive companies interests me greatly... I wonder if Viva could potentially merge a bunch of local WISPS like Triad into subsidiaries... then they would be able to offer both live tv and wireless, and cheaper than cable companies.
3. While everyone is hanging on the 75% revenue increase, I'm not sure that's the most important part whatsoever... it's likely they included that percentage instead of the actual revenues because the revenues are still tiny... easier to increase $3000 by 75%, rather than $300,000 by 75% in three months.
4. I really hope the Thanksgiving Radio Blitz with iO2 isn't just a one day thing... but you could definitely read it that way from the PR, which I feel would be a total waste... need to start a continuous advertisement campaign, one day will not be enough.
5. The Time Square billboard advertisement better be an actual VivaLive advertisement and not this totally ridiculous Soleil J "advertisement"... would show the ineptness of management and be totally a waste of advertising space and company money... I will be beyond pissed if this were the case, as all shareholders should be.
6. Overall I liked the PR and thought there was some great stuff within it and hints for things to come... if they can accomplish these goals for November and eventually accomplish the rest laid out more longer term, this share price will exponentially increase as will subscribers... hopefully the rest of this month goes smoothly.
They've posted so many good advertisements on Instagram that literally nobody will ever see because they have no audience... they need to start getting those out to the masses, and one way to do that would be through the Time square billboard... if they don't utilize it that way, instead using that totally BS Soleil J thing, it's a wasted opportunity and shows they are inept
I know you tend to be great at valuing companies... what do you think TGGI should be at and could get to short term... some of us were thinking if everything goes as planned, by next spring/summer this could be knocking on multi pennies or low silver
If the Billboard at Times Square still shows that Soleil J advertisement and not one of the great advertisements they've posted on Instagram within the last month or two I'm going to flip out... that billboard should be to promote Vivalive, and if that's the advertisement they choose it's total bs and ridiculous.

Because now they have an excuse and blamed other people so that if the PR doesn't come out today it'll be okay... "good things come to those who wait" lmfao, we've been waiting months for empty promise after empty promise... this stock has become a cult like BV*K and it's scary...
We absolutely 100% should see a PR today since it was stated on twitter that we would... otherwise it's the same bs... how can people just put up with that, there needs to be accountability, and so far once again this company hasn't come through on promises... he has the rest of the day to prove we should trust, but until we see a PR I will not trust this management.

I'm on eastern time, just said it was supposed to be 9 am earlier in a tweet, and now it's almost 11 (hence almost 2 hours)... maybe you should realize that the markets run on eastern time before trying to be a smart ass, and have someone make you look dumb
Yikes, Tom sure is tweeting out a lot today... must be trying to stop this huge drop, maybe he should actually release some real material information because otherwise his bs vague tweets will do nothing to stop this... it's getting pathetic how someone who is supposedly so amazing and well connected and experienced can be botching this so badly for shareholders

This PR really hinges on if it's about him and this award or about the company... if it's about this award then that's a total waste and I wouldn't be surprised if it goes down again

A buyout of Viva by Netflix would be an interesting thing to discuss... buying out viva in its infancy would give them a quick and relatively cheap way to enter the OTT market and compete right away.

So you think once hard launch is initiated, Viva will merge with Oi2 as a subsidiary of Oi2 media... at which point Oi2 will take over the management of the company and replace Viva as the shot callers for the future ?
Clearly they would be doing something wrong if they've been lying about the premium channels... they have always said the premium channels would be coming back, therefore if they have cut that part out of the product, then they have been lying... it's scary how much you people trust someone you've never met, really scary... actions speak louder than words, and for the last few months all it's been is words.
I have high high hopes for TGGI, and I think if this business plan can be implemented and executed... we will all be very happy with our investment... only time will tell, and things should start picking up here in the coming months and really take off in the spring and summer.

Who would know about that promo though... that's the problem... get that promo in a commercial and there would be a made rush to try out Viva... people on here are overestimating the amount of people who even know Viva exists... it's practically nobody, which is pathetic for the great product they have.
It does matter when you have money on the line, even if you don't need it currently... I'm not saying he was wrong in tweeting what he did, but by the way the market and most posters on here received the news; it wasn't a good move on his part... and now this won't move until the news is announced
