Senior community is very real listed on page 7 even states debt is assumed with this property. This company is making gains day by day to the bottom line assets and next quarter fins will display this as well

Request a lower level apartment for mobility reasons which is then approved based upon availability
It's a shorters game spread the fud hard and with contract labor hands and turn sentiment. Did you see at the high peak it was probably around 7 posters at once
Your incorrect the difference is a retirement community or a retirement home. Retirement home or facility tend to avoid stairs but in fact most due and are also multi level and also have elevators. Retirement community have newly retired people that want a smaller home less to keep up with and close to attractions usually filled with condos
It's awful quite now wonder where those contract labor hands went
Facility isnt built yet stock images
The company announced it anticipates approval by the local city council at a November hearing
to increase the size of the 5-star Vita residential senior community from the original 16.8 acres
to 62 acres. Exxe Group said it also plans to build a hotel and a full-time, 24-hour skilled nursing
facility at the Vita community.
At the New Living residential development in the Rhine-Main area, another acquisition of Exxe
Group where preparation for construction is underway, costs are adhering to previous
projections. The development price per apartment is 137,000 euro, building costs are projected
at 1650 euro/sqm and anticipated retail sales per sqm are conservatively forecast at 3000
euro/sqm. Exxe said its research shows that demand in the area will remain strong through
2020 when construction is expected to be completed. When compared to current retail sales in
the area, Exxe Group projects a profit of up to 5 million euros ($5.9 million ) from the sale of the

Cho cho the train is coming still building volume. Stock images used on a website for a facility being built means nothing a virtual office for a company that has primary basis in germany also means nothing. Company is building assets and adding them to the balance sheet and zero you can do or say about it
I see all those contract labor hands are back after the good news dropped again. Wonder if this one breaks out today volume seems to be trickling in
Imo if ever a time to slap it would be now
Hope everyone brought their life rafts, life jackets, and rain coats cause we are being flooded with catalysts of positive news and growth
Well would you look at that mou for a hotel chain
Looks like a hidden trade was used to drop a sequence trade more then likely stop losses of 500k shares and only reported at eod those squirrelly MMS holding the orders for your stop losses triggering them and hiding it till eod. All imo of course lol
It does because when the pps gains traction those contract labor hands pop up to drive down investor sentiment makes you really question the motives
I know grossly undervalued it's like a bull flag just flapping in the breeze
If I was a contract labor hand that would be the agruemnt I think my boss would want to use to place a short and net gains down then buy the bottom and boom make massive gains
And also effected by investor sentiment which is why those darn contract labor hands pop up on boards
Do you think that when deals are made and money is added to the bottom line or assets are acquired a elf pops out of a hat and changes the pps to reflect the company's actual value? Or is it in fact that market sentiment adds value to market cap increasing the amount each is willing to pay for the pps to increase the value here? Sure is a silly question since we already discussed the wild west of otc and rules shorting and contract labor hands working at curbing investor sentiment to downturn the pps.
Yup just as I stated from memory 12 24 and 36 month notes while alot of shares issued in 2017 restricted seems like previous and new agreements made for those more then likely cleaning up old messes
I think some were 12 month 24 month and 36 month but I would have to recheck for more definitive answer or you could look
Leveraging current 18 million dollar held assets as guarantees for bank loans for large portions of debt then also personal guarantees by management for debt and a small portion in notes. The thing I like is the personal guarantee this management team is taking puts them on the hook largely as well not just shareholder funded but they have skin in the game as well
While that is funny I dont think at this juncture it is actually suited to this discussion maybe if the spicket of notes is clearly shown to be wide open and dilution happens on mass scale which should be telling in the next quarterly but at this point and time no.
The notes listed in the most recent filing does in fact show they are restricted I'm sure you know about that as you have shared the quarterly several times
So you want information that notes are not being used which you know and everyone here knows is helping these acquisitions but only in portion of the debt is being assumed by convertible notes per company prs about recent acquisitions. Seems like a attempt at twisting facts to suite your arguement doesnt it?
Squeeze coal hard enough it turns you diamonds this one appears to be ready to squeeze
Lol your kidding right? What you posted showed convertible notes from before new managment came into the picture created acquisitions and revenue generating projects. The new debt under this management taken via convertible notes is around 250k they hold now around 38 million in assets and generate 800k in revenue with latest acquisition
purchased through a combination of installment payments of cash, debt, and assumption of bank loans, privately structured capital investments and personal guarantees from Exxe’s management. Revenues from tenant rentals is expected at $700,000; under 50% bank loans LTV lowers the risks. The condos are inhabited upscale long term tenant
thank you for your email. I believe its a shorters game. I dont know exactly how they work.
There was nobody we know of who could have been converting. We fight it off as much as we can , so no I am not aware of any converters and thank you for your trust in the company

Hi again Boris,
Outstanding on closing the deal for the 19 million dollar acquisition! I do have a quick question tho do you know if you had any note holders converting today as the stock got brutally beaten down? I feel it was either this or shorting taking place either or I am still holding long term here. Thank you in advance
thank you for your question. We are committed to doing the best for the company and the shareholders. That means trying to avoid toxic debt. The goal is to minimize any negative impact. I hope that answers your question.

How does the company intend to handle the convertible debt and mitigate the effects it will have on common shareholders moving foward? Also outstanding week of news can we expect to see a continuation of great news next week?
Thank you
Yup makes it perfectly in the realm of plausibility also for someone in that activity to also pay people to make posts to message boards and cause market moral to turn from favorable to disfavorable to maximize profit per short. I mean pay one person 15 bucks a hour have them "work" 7 hours and make thousands off the short and still coming out ahead in a big way. Very plausible as was said this is the wild west of stocks and no rules apply and the world is full of contract labor to help for the right price.
Except when they are acting a
In a nefarious illegal or improper manner such as was recently recorded agaisnt three recent MMS cdel included with a 6 million dollar fine. I believe this took place on the 10th. Seems like the people making the market are doing it for personal gains as opposed to being a gate keeper for a orderly market
And I know how much the fee to retail short btw
Well if your a market maker I dont believe you have to pay 2.50 per share to short
Well following the new uptick rule the decending did stop right before we hit 10 percent down on the day which is the cut off for allowable shorts
So your statement is note holders that cant convert are shorting this ticker? Is this also the reason we have been graced with your commentary
Still shorting?
We need more bid support and ask slapping at the proper time the chart requires to alert other traders a solid move is taking place. Aimlessly slapping the ask gets nothing but shares that have little to no effect but adding to your stack. Also block buys seem to work moving levels and entice buying. I have a feeling today was slow because most the otc was watching n*hpi dropping and also the hemp bill passage today. Alot of otc traders are or were or going to be playing these as they have garnered alot of attention lately. With our next announcement eyes should come back here and show traders this is a viable play and not a scam, p,&d, dilution machine. Or any of the above.
Bids moving up let's see what happens
If by they you mean people shorting the stock and people playing n*hpi then you are correct. If your are estimating that noteholders dumped I will refer you back to my email correspondence stating management had no knowledge of any notes converting and being dumped on the market
News could drop literally at any time its exciting to see it trading flat knowing something is coming.
The vote to approve the expansion was in November as per previous pr. Also when I asked managment they stated they had no reason to believe it would not be approved
