Yes,it's just a waiting game with some math throwed in until they are ready.
Exactly, and I know some are accumulating for when it does. PGCX
The question is. how long are people willing to wait for it to happen?
Hold on to your shares. Even the charts say so.
http://www.barchart.com/opinions/stocks/ADCF
You did good then! I just found this one a couple of weeks ago. I like the potential here with this one. Not good with charts but they even say uptrend. So good potential plus good chart trend equals good stock. IMO. ADCF
Patients is required for this one.
Very true good post!! Waiting on pr. ADCF
Where is everybody? This is a good solid stock with big uphill potential. As you said just one of those bids awarded and it will go silver. This is not a renky dink company they deal in sophisticated harnesses and hardware. I bought another 155K today.
ADCF
Looks like we are at bottom. Accumulation going on.
Thank you for the info BLULLISH.

I agree, this company is gearing up for a major break out through mergers and acquisitions in cloud based technology.
With only 168M OS the float has to be small. IMO
Good morning, yes with low float, buying pressure, supply and demand, pps jumps .
Excellent!!! Sounds like they have multiple bids out.
Thank you for your time and effort.
Thanks for the info maronti1.
I'm curious to the way you stated that ( more than one interested in thier technology ) do they have bids being looked at by 2 or more companies? Or is companies looking to buy them? I figure it's the first.
Looks like global capacity is doing a lot of
Merging and acquisitions.
MegaPath Mobile
MegaPath Completes Sale of Wholesale Business to Global CapacityCompany Increases Focus and Resources on Commercial Voice, Managed Network and Security Services
Pleasanton, Calif. – January 6, 2015 – MegaPath, one of the leading providers of managed voice, data, security and cloud services in North America, today announced the completion of the sale of its Wholesale business and national colocation aggregation network to Global Capacity, a privately-held company owned by Pivotal Group. Through this agreement, Global Capacity will gain more than 400 new wholesale customers and over 20,000 small business Dedicated Access customers, while MegaPath will receive cash to reduce its debt and provide investment into its growing Managed Services and Cloud businesses.
“This is an exciting time for MegaPath as we focus on driving growth and expanding our core value-added Voice, Data, Security and Cloud services,” said D. Craig Young, CEO and Chairman, MegaPath. “As we continue to dedicate resources and focus on high-growth areas, MegaPath will ensure that its customers and partners receive industry-leading service capabilities, performance and support.”
Customers rely on MegaPath’s Voice over IP (VoIP), Cloud and Managed services offerings to securely and efficiently communicate with their customers, partners and colleagues across the United States. MegaPath will continue to deliver its expansive portfolio of broadband communications services and support, as well as retain its Voice, Managed Security, Private Networking, and Cloud services portfolio. This transaction will enable MegaPath to focus and invest more in these core value-added services. In addition, MegaPath will continue to own and operate its nationwide MPLS-enabled IP network that’s optimized for business-critical applications like Voice and Security. This high-performance telecommunications network enables MegaPath to prioritize real-time traffic, thereby guaranteeing Quality of Service (QoS) in a manner not possible from many providers.
With the close of the transaction, Global Capacity will take ownership of MegaPath’s wholesale business and national colocation aggregation network. Approximately 300 of MegaPath’s 1,000 employees will be joining Global Capacity in the same or similar capacity they had at MegaPath, while MegaPath will retain all of its remaining employees to continue supporting its VoIP and Managed Services commercial businesses. Additionally, as part of this transaction, Global Capacity will be acquiring a number of MegaPath’s small business Dedicated Access customers. For these acquired customers, the services, pricing, and terms and conditions of service will not change as a result of this transaction. Customers included in this transaction were notified by MegaPath in December and were sent a customer communication from Global Capacity on January 6, 2015, with updated contact information. MegaPath and Global Capacity are working closely together to ensure a smooth transition.

Breaking NewsGlobal Capacity Increases Availability of Ethernet Services Across Nationwide FootprintNetwork Investment in 830 Central Offices Addresses Customer Needs for Increased Speed and Performance1/27/2016
Global Capacity, the leading connectivity as a service company, today announces its nationwide Ethernet service expansion, further strengthening its standing as the leading Ethernet over Copper (EoC) solutions provider in the U.S. Global Capacity’s investment in Central Office facility equipment enables it to leverage the qualifying existing copper infrastructure to deliver from 1 Mbps up to 100 Mbps access directly to customers, enabling the most demanding Cloud, Over-the-Top applications and data services, including Ethernet Private Line (EPL), VoIP, SIP, Internet access, MPLS and VPLS (VPN).
“Bandwidth consumption is on the rise, and with our network service expansion, customers can access higher speeds to maintain their competitive edge,” explains Jack Lodge, President of Global Capacity. “Global Capacity will continue to expand services and coverage in 2016 to address the demand for reliable, scalable Ethernet access - the service of choice to connect to key destinations including private and public Cloud, business applications, Internet and data centers.”
With this expansion, Global Capacity increases the density of its Ethernet services footprint, making the following services available to an additional 230,000 new commercial addresses across 58 metro markets in 28 states:
Ethernet over Copper (EoC): Offers symmetric speeds ranging from 1 Mbps up to 100 Mbps to over 2.2 million business addresses. Global Capacity Ethernet over Copper affords businesses with access to high-bandwidth, resilient and cost-efficient service. EoC gives businesses without fiber connectivity stronger, high-speed options. Service based on location availability.Asymmetric Ethernet (AsyE): Offers asymmetric speed up to 50/10 Mbps. Global Capacity Asymmetric Ethernet fills the gap for businesses where other broadband services fall short. It offers true business-class uptime guarantees and application support. Service based on location availability.Ethernet over DS1 (EoDS1): Offers symmetric speeds from 1.5 Mbps up to 12 Mbps. Global Capacity Ethernet over DS1 with near-ubiquitous coverage is the perfect solution for businesses seeking performance, simplicity and value without the distance limitations of other technologies. Dedicated access means less latency.
In addition to direct private line and broadband services, Network, Cloud, Application, and Over-the-Top (OTT) service providers can establish one or more Ethernet Network-to-Network Interfaces (NNIs) with Global Capacity to drive down access charges and reach more than 9.8 million business locations.
In conjunction with nationwide network investments, Global Capacity is leading the race to automate the network service lifecycle. Its award-winning One MarketplaceTMdelivers unprecedented transparency, efficiency and simplicity to the complex and highly fragmented data connectivity market by combining network delivery and service automation with a suite of customer and supplier applications in order to streamline and simplify the process of designing, pricing, buying, delivering and managing data connectivity solutions. Global Capacity’s One Marketplace dramatically simplifies and accelerates the delivery of network services, fundamentally changing how businesses buy connectivity.

Glad to help the board. I really like this company with its potential. And I like the members of this board. ADCF
Yes looks like 37s is going to hold nobody selling at these prices to much potential. If ADCF gets a slice of the contracts from NORTHROP this will go up in silver. Not trying to pump that's big contracts!!! ADCF
That's good, no junk PR trying to hype it up like other tickers do.

Yes I agree, I have bought 450K this week and I am looking forward to seeing what this company and the pps can do. ADCF
I really like what I see. A technical company geared towards military functions, ISO certified, no debts, no dilution, good OS, low float, one good military contract and this is a gold mine.
I hope so that's me buying the .0035s
