Actually was getting desperate for something with some MOMO (and FOMO soon?) again. And it's another "G ticker" (G*SI, G*ZP, and now GSAC.) Hoping the third one's a charm!! (Actually G*ZP wasn't bad, just held it too long. )

Not necessarily. It was only a couple years ago that GS didn't even seem to know how long it took for a Form 10 to become effective.

Finally received response from OTCM & confirmed with SEC. Form 10s will be deemed effective 60 days after they are filed, provided that the SEC has no outstanding questions. Then OTCM will deem the companies current.

Last time it closed @.0079 was July 8, 2022.
As you probably know, a pps tanking is often followed by a dead-cat bounce (not actually "dead" here though). So bargain hunters? HFT/Algo trading? Day traders? What I-Glow said ("It looks more like the insiders doing wash trades and spoofing to create a fake run.")? Damn, who knows? I mean, even that other "G Ticker" (which some seemed to have written off as a "scam") was +27.78% today with about 3x the volume and 4x the "Buys". Wth?
Oh well...

TO SUM UP YET ANOTHER $GVSI SH*TE WEEK
#1) The BAD NEWS is that our $GVSI "investment" lost even more value since Monday:
Monday (5/8)=pps @.0085
Today (5/12) pps @.0082
Thus, unfortunately, the decline in the pps since pink current day (Feb. 7) continues:

It should also be mentioned that the notion that "sellers are gone" is BS:
BUYS=1,665,153
SELLS=2,413,815
However, on the other hand, if you have any dry powder left you can continue to AVERAGE DOWN!! (And for some lucky Averaging Downsters, they might be able to pick up .007s next week!! Now how cool is that? )
#2) The GOOD NEWS, also, is that TONS of interesting/informative DD (as well as some highly entertaining bickering) has been posted during the week and I highly recommend the reading of it all and IGNORING none of it.

Oh well, right now we're looking at sometime in July if the publication starts soon it seems. Well, if this is correct (and I believe it is):

It's four weeks from start of publication to complete service, then three weeks wait before they can file for default judgment. Minimum 7 weeks from here.
Well, if it takes too long perhaps Carnes could step in because he has. Fairly sure he's done three although the last one left something to be desired.

I think that other G ticker showed the possibilities of what could happen here.That is, that it's not what "asset" actually merges/is acquired that matters most but the HYPE and SPECULATION of what it could be before it is finally revealed. (But, of course, the better the asset the better the pps will be after acquired.)
It'll be quite entertaining here when that time finally arrives.
