$VPOR- Solid bottom and beginning of turn. Intermittent dilution until March. Giant run and chasing mid March. 2.5 way too low as expectations soar. 2 years more than a buck as competition falters and they increase market share in rapidly expanding market. E-cigs old news.
just a sad tale for everyone
What happened to the oil drilling ? Do you actually know the stuff you say or are just talking ?
I have no clue what the hell you are talking about. What is your deal
For those who believe no proof is necessary. For those who dont believe ni proof is possible. Go VPOR. We love you
This is why the prs are careful and everything is done conservatively and with care. We are in great shape
It is tough I knew. Seems like we are watching our hard earned money melt away. I am long also with a much higher pps.
I really believe in our company and unless we are missing something really big this should be a great investment. I dont really understand why everybody doesnt see that
I will also hold and add as I can.
Hopefully this works for us all.. Good luck to you
Can I hear an AMEN
The exact timing is unknowable but vpor is gonna fly.. Much money to be made
Any news ?
Hey. Not fair. That is my plan
Debt free during 2015 So it is written; so it will be
Totally agree my friend
You know we will be ok.. Don't worry about all this.
I am really sorry the 8.2 million shares is at .0084 and the 1 million is at .04..
true if this were in sectors with linear growth. That is not the case with either mj or vaping.
Don't you all remember when this board was filled with people saying this was a scam; look at Drors other companies, and trips. Now nobody says that, everybody knows its real and the discussions are about what the right pps will be and where it is going. That is an enormous change of sentiment. At least most of us know we are investing in a real company with real revenues that is not just a stock printing scam.
The vaping and mj sectors do not have a linear growth. It is exponential with more states coming on board and vaping everywhere as tobacco smoking drops dramatically .
Given that the markets they are in are expanding as they are and also given the aggressiveness and flexibility that D & Y have shown ( closing a non profitable store, changing their minds about wanting 10 stores, not getting into cbd oils , etc) all good business decisions. Very aggressive in a very difficult and competitive environment.
Remember also the number of shares the D & Y hold. It is very much in their personal best interest to make the pps increase over time. They, like the rest of us, want to make big bucks on this
Whether the pps is 2.4 cents or 10 cents short term doesn't matter to me. What matters to me is that this company is real, is rapidly growing, is paying off debt , will do a share buyback and is being very conservative with both 8q and pr (protecting the company from negative sec action).
Unless you are a flipper the immediate pps guesses are really irrelevant.
for transparency I hold 1 million shares at .04 and 8.2 million shares at .084.. I will definitely not sell a single one and I am actively accumulating as I can afford too
All the best to all of us
I have no clue what you are talking about could your explain please what you are saying in terms we can understand.. Thank you.
Absolutely correct and beautiful analysis
Absolutely correct and beautiful analysis
We have all been hurt but at least we know the quality of our company and the exhuberant anticipated growth of vaping and mj both.
As I remember it Dror had said in the last radio address that he anticipated conversion will continue in March and substantial debt payback march-april-may then possibly a share buy back as they can afford.
they are being very careful about pr and 8k so as not to exaggerate and not have any SEC problems.. This of course is what all longs want. flippers are a different story altogether.. it is scary and painful to hold but I think you are completely right long term
Where do you think the pps will be in 2-3 years. If they continue executing as well as they do we should be in amazingly good shape.
So many bashers and people that have no faith in anything or anybody. Their cynicism doesn't allow them to see the opportunity in front of their face. At the same time they scare others into dumping shares at a loss. Some are just plain mean and go from board to board trying to scare people
To me and I believe to you this is potentially a great investment. It is like you also say it depends on patience and faith.
I hope you and the rest of us true longs do very well. Personally I think Dror and Yaniv are doing an incredible job
Remember they said this month there would be news about debt reduction.. If that mean until Dec 31st it is coming quickly..Just something to remember is possibly on the horizon
Think how rich we would all be if our wives let us make all the stupid investment decisions we like
The day is not over... watch this close
VPOR- Not stopping for anything... This is the big run for sure, for sure Yippee!
Holds and breaks .0045 by eod
If you don't buy vpor you are a fool... Just a plain old ordinary fool... You can watch while the rest of us get rich.
Here is a Q/A from Dror on the questions that I saw on IHUB by phinhead1972 to Dr. Bill. Post them if you like.

Subject: RE: VPOR questions
1. According to SEC requirements, no quarterly filings need be audited, but they are “reviewed” by the auditor only (a “review” being an accounting term). Only the fiscal year-end financial statements are fully audited (12/31) per SEC requirements.
2. Our securities counsel determines what goes in the 8-K’s and what should be a press release only. He is conservative and doesn’t believe distribution news, etc., is appropriate for SEC filings.
3. The CEO never said that he was paying off 1/3 of the debt by October 28, 2014. Rather he said that the company will be significantly reducing its debt burden. More information on that reduction will be forthcoming later this month.
4. Per the answer to #2 above, the company will not put “guidance” information in an 8-K.
5. Regarding your closing sentence: “Dr. Bill- Why is this vale being placed over the information?”, I have no idea what you are referring to so I can’t comment.
Thank you again for your interest in Vapor Group.

Thank you for your response to my questions. Here are a few more that others are wondering about:
1- Why are Q3 financials not audited? Q1 and Q2 are fully audited, but not Q3. Why?
2- Why are significant and material moves by the company, not accompanied by 8Ks? Meaning, that they use esoteric and obscure PR firms to put out information about Colorado distribution, for example. If these are valid, why are they not in form 8K?
3- Why did the company/CEO lie about paying off 1/3 of debt by Oct 28th, 2014? Meaning, why didn't he just step up and be brave, and tell his shareholders what caused this change in plan, and also and more importantly, outline what the change in plan is.
Forward looking guidance in a detailed and SEC documented format is non-existent. Why?
Dr. Bill- Why is this vale being placed over the information?
Sweet. good job
I think that is an incredibly smart and life changing decision I your part. I have come to the same conclusions myself.
I have no idea that is why I asked them that and you see the answer they gave. I trust them and the people that don't convince others not to and they are losing out on an incredible opportunity to become rich. That is what I truly believe
intubate, fluids, o2, atropine, epinephrine...it will be just fine.. relax
A couple of days ago I sent Dror an email with questions I had. He was kind enough to respond . I am posting the questions and answers here for informational purposes. I think we are very lucky that he and Yaniv lead our company. See Below:
Doctor,
Great to hear from you again. I hope all is well.
Let me try to answer your questions in the order you posed them:
1. As our volume builds we will migrate to automatic filling machines. The capital investment is significant, so we have to pass a certain economic threshold to make it feasible.
2. In terms of unit volume, probably the liquids, but in terms of dollar volume the products themselves.
3. The franchise effort continues to move forward and we see it as a parallel strategy to resale distribution. At the early stage we are at, we need to establish “brand presence” through our own retailing (e.g., franchising) and not relay on distributors alone which categorically can be fickle.
4. Yes, we are on the road to legal mj use, but not without setbacks and hurtles to jump. Moreover, we expect it will take some time, and be a battle state-by-state. Moreover, we don’t think we have heard the last from the federal government. We expect eventually high levels of federal regulation.
5. I, and our management team, are still optimistic and doing our best to constantly innovate to meet the demands of an evolving market. Our team payoff is only if we get huge. So, we are committed to becoming a huge company.
6. At this early stage, the pps is not as important as with more mature enterprises. We are young and a start-up. At this stage it is typical to trade off earnings for investment in intangible market development that will set the stage for a good pps later.
7. We do not believe we are in any danger of being delisted. Although the share price is low, the share volume per day (for OTC) is generally good. That means that there continues to be interest in the stock. As long as we keep current on our filings, etc. , we should remain OK.

Dror, Hi. First let me tell you how happy I am with the direction you are taking the company. The website just gets better and better and very well done.. As you know I also have serious holdings in VPOR and I wondered if you could answer a couple of questions I have;
1) The actual mixing and bottle filling of the e-liquids seems to be very labor intensive. At some point will we need to upgrade to a more mechanical method of production.
2) which part of the company should see the most growth i.e. the liquids or the product line
3) You have said that the process to file the legal papers to starting franchises is a really tedious process. Does this franchise activity still seem to be important to our growth or is it superceded by the prospects with distributors . Will we still pursue this
4) Do you believe that we are still on a trend towards legal mj use and how do you see that affecting us
5) long term, i.e. several years; are you still as optimistic as you have been. Will this company be huge years down the road ?
6) Does the pps have any impact on our viability as a company ?
7) Are we in any danger of being delisted and if so what does that actually mean for us. Is their anyway to avoid this
Hope everyone is well there... Thank you very much

Do you think you could consider removing the very nice looking lady from your posts. When I am reading this at work, in a hospital, surrounded by nurses it makes it look like a porno site. Not a good thing.. My wife isn't crazy about it either
Wolf had class... pay it forward, good stuff.. Sykes is just an arrogant bully which is what that article really shows.
I don't usually watch porno so I haven't seen his video He destroys people and then adds lol... waste of time, rotten to the core
They did what they had to do. Dror came off tax liens and the company was a risk for lenders. It was the only way they could get money at that point in time. Dror said as much..
Stop beating yourself up.. I believe you will be rich with 10 million shares
So is this forthcoming literary expose a book, blog, or whatever . Can we buy it ? How do we read it ? Do you actually invest here or is all your stuff for your expose ?
I also just emailed Dror with some of my own questions. If I get a reply I will post if for informational purposes.
