They waited until the last minute to dump their shares, it was planned way ahead of time. One man's shares is another man's treasure. Keep the faith. If one little PR could cause a 100%+ jump then we'll really start seeing some movement soon IMO. Come on DL, where's your celeb investors? lol

We've still got plenty of time left before EOD :) but I'm liking what I'm seeing so far. The price has stabilized at a higher level and created resistance with decent sized bids. We could be getting a slow, steady increase in price through the rest of the week into next week if this continues IMO.

2mil hit on .0009!!! My EOD volume prediction is gonna have to be in the 20-30mil range. But if this thing catches a lot more attention from new investors then it's definitely gonna be closer to 50m!

We've gotta get the word out of the potential here!! I'm lovin it and it's not even a McDonald's commercial!

I've seen a few canceled RS's in the past, so it's definitely possible. And if DL is able to prove themselves with their products and revenue, they can run this thing up without any kind of RS!

IMO the stop sign slowed down a lot of DL's progress since Ogburn sort of left them in a tough spot. Now that they're finally current again, they can pick up where they left off!

A reverse split is usually taken as a negative sign because many penny stock companies use reverse splits as a way to further dilute the stock. DL stated that this was not the case, so I do not see any reason why this should be a bad thing.

DL mentioned celebrity investors would buy in once they remove the stop sign. IMO, we might as well hold here and find out what happens as soon as they remove that yield sign and become current....

If IBRC does drop to .0001, the RS only brings it up to $0.40... Still be in the pennies. Does that make sense? I can't imagine DL valuing themselves that low. IMO, It would've made more sense to run the stock up to $0.40 and then RS lol.

I've seen this before where a notice of a reverse split cleaned out a stock, only to have things turn around once the dust settled. You really never know in pennyland sometimes lol.

All I know is that it would be nice if DL acknowledged it and released a PR or tweet explaining things. Especially if they're trying hard now to prove themselves to investors. Makes no sense to stay quiet IMO.

IMO, there's no way they can even RS until FINRA approves it. And also until they submit all the necessary filings and become current.

DL, if you're reading, please shed some light on this!

Hopefully DL addresses this RS, because they pretty much cleaned out a lot of investors with that little note in the annual report. This stock was just as thin on the way down as it was up, lol! It's a shame really, and I can't imagine them wanting this to happen..?

I don't mean to alarm anyone, but did anyone else notice the proposed 1 for 4,000 reverse split on page 4 of the annual report? We need to contact DL about this.

FINRA will show us the truth. DL is working with them to prove that they are legit, even if it takes longer than people would like things to. Whether you agree or not, you can't argue the fact that working to get FINRA's approval is the right way to do things.

Speculation takes over when time passes, and that's all we're doing. Unless you're communicating with the company or FINRA, nothing can be accepted as factual.

I do appreciate that you're able to maintain a certain form of composure when communicating with people with different viewpoints.

Got a link or email of FINRA's responses to DL? You're posting about what FINRA is saying with no evidence whatsoever. This is too funny.

Thanks for the kind words, I'd like to consider myself sane in that sense :) Although I have a few mil here from .0001, $IBRC has been my biggest gainer as I am quite new to penny stocks. I believe I have found a diamond in the rough with $IBRC.

Despite the roller coaster of a ride here, people behind the scenes do not want this stock to fail. This has been what kept me here... I believe we are at the bottom of a grand rise soon.

So you're using this board as a reference for company quotes? That's funny.

Please show me a link to every quote you're mentioning and where they didn't come through with their promised date. "Coming weeks" is not a lie. It's an estimate which they were nice enough to give us. Try bringing a penny stock back to current status with FINRA and show us how quick it should really be.

A lie is when the company is quoted without any reference of them ever saying that quote.

I see "coming weeks" (which we are still within that range), but no mention of "next week". The "Next week" excuse is too easy to go after on here. It's like people know exactly how long it takes for a company to resurrect a stock and turn it completely around!

Step #1: Complete review by FINRA.

That by no means takes one week or a "next week". If DL can complete this review in a few days then I'd be surprised!

At least they're doing it the legal way, right? I'm not sure many "scams" can say that, and that's why we're in the beginning stages of something huge here IMO.

IBRC is not quoted on OTCBB, but it is definitely quoted on OTC Link LLC due to it's alternative reporting status.
