Processing hemp. You didn't know that?
Green HEMP Day!
GO $HEMP 2018!!
OK - back to NC again, another truck load of LCM’s is leaving for Alaska under the watchful eye of our Alaskan representative Jack Bennett, who’s in NC from Alaska:
Another Green HEMP Day!
GO $HEMP 2018!!
Thanks for the link Allan!
Thanks for the link Panzer!
Just like a hemp beer company. lol!
bingo rich maker for insiders.
Nice Green HEMP Day!
Many more Green Days to come, IMO.
GO $HEMP 2018!!
I'm not ignoring the company issues, it's just those issues are not as "dire" (to me personally) as some seem to be expressing on here.
If I had listened to the noise back in 2013-14 and in 2016, I would have missed a few nice profit taking opportunities.
In 2013-14, we were told that HEMP was heading to the "trips" and HEMP inc was heading to bankruptcy (we all know what really happened).
In 2016, we were led to believe that Bruce was headed to prison and HEMP was headed to the grey sheets by the end of Summer 2016. It never happened.
My point, if an investment causes so much stress for those investors, why be invested in it? If I feel "uneasy" about any of my investments, I sell and move on, not giving that investment any further thought.
GO $HEMP 2018!!
That's "BIGLY" news!
Thanks for the links!
GO $HEMP 2018
Back in NC, The rains finally stopped so we’re planting like crazy. In this top video we’re mowing the winter Rhí crop; and in the bottom video we’re disking that field
I know. It's like a person who can't spell counsel (councel).
Does Bruce think he is the president of the U.S.? lol!
GO $HEMP 2018!!
Looks as though Bruce is acquiring more CBD rich hemp plant strains!
Back in Arizona we took a quick drive into southern Nevada where we meet with a Hemp farmer about buying his incredible crop of high CBD Cherry Wine Hemp:
Exactly!lol!
GO $HEMP 2018!!
Or,
You could go see for yourself. That way you wouldn’t have to bother other folks for your “video proof”.
HEMP Inc has hemp fields in Romania?
That's HUGE NEWS. Thanks for the information!
GO HEMP 2018!!
Once again, I'm not the one posting about empty HEMP fields without proof but, I guess that's how some roll!
GO HEMP 2018!!
So, you think this poster would do this?
Plenty of staged photos of hempinc available already.
Senate committee passes $145.1B agriculture appropriations bill
http://www.eastoregonian.com/eo/local-news/20180530/senate-committee-passes-1451b-agriculture-appropriations-bill
I'm not the one reporting that I drive by and see empty fields. If the narrative is to report disturbing truths about HEMP, in order to save others from investing in them, wouldn't it be more convincing with photo's or video? At this point, without proof, many will not believe the poster, don't you agree?
GO $HEMP 2018!!
Empty fields? I can't wait to see your pics?
This is Bigly news!
DEA: Hemp CBD Products Are Federally Legal
he U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has issued a statement to clarify the legal status of cannabidiol derived from hemp and, of course, products which contain hemp derived CBD. The DEA has now clarified that cannabidiol itself, or the presence of cannabidiol in consumer products is not illegal — depending on whether the cannabidiol in question was sourced from hemp — legal — or marijuana — illegal. From the DEA’s statement:
“Products and materials that are made from the cannabis plant and which fall outside the CSA definition of marijuana are not controlled under the CSA. Such products may accordingly be sold and otherwise distributed throughout the United States without restriction under the CSA or its implementing regulations. The mere presence of cannabinoids is not itself dispositive as to whether a substance is within the scope of the CSA; the dispositive question is whether the substance falls within the CSA definition of marijuana.”
According to the World Health Organization:
“In humans, CBD exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential…CBD is generally well tolerated with a good safety profile…To date, there is no evidence of recreation use of CBD or any public health related problems.”
This is why cannabidiol is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act; in order to be placed within the scope of the CSA, a substance must have a potential for abuse and have a likelihood of causing dependence when abused. The substance CBD and most all of the many cannabinioids simply don’t meet that description. In fact, of all the substances even in marijuana, only Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, does.
Do you have the link where Bruce stated?
He told them GAGGING THE TRANSFER AGENT was for their benefit
I could not agree more!
and how would you ( or anyone else) know what the judge is deciding or considering.
Actually, that's all the sec has. The judge is now decideding if they have enough to go to trial or just a fine or dismissed. IMO, fine at the most.
GO HEMP 2018!!
Hype is all it needs!
After that though, the future potential of HEMP is what will drive the pps from then on, IMO!
GO $HEMP 2018!!
Good catch!
GO $HEMP 2018!!
Very good video! Emily Feebles of the NC hemp commission, explains the "real" reason that NC's hemp crop's had issues last year. Once again, it was the DEA hold up and the late planting.

Industrial hemp becoming more popular with NC farmers
http://www.wect.com/story/38270550/industrial-hemp-becoming-more-popular-with-nc-farmers
The past 2-3 days, there have only been 2 people posting about HEMP not having seed, as I stated before. I'm not allowed to name those people so, I will not!
GO $HEMP 2018!!
So, you are stating the farmers Bruce has contracted with are your source?
And, I've only read of 2 people on here spreading the rumor that HEMP has no hemp seed? Do you have links for others who are posting this, I've gone through nearly 6 months worth of posts and can not identify the others you mention?
First of all there are more than two folks on this board that are aware of the no seed for Bruce’s farmers and have mentioned it.
But, you haven't provided proof. Its just 2 people on this board stating that HEMP doesn't have seed. No reputable sources can confirm this.
Do you have anything that can help prove your claims?
Do you have any verifiable proof that Bruce has no hemp seed?
Odd, that you seem to be the only 1 who knows about this. No information what so ever about this on the internet?
GO $HEMP 2018!!
Good thing hemp will be legal soon! Not good for small medical MJ businesses though. Ouch!
Bankruptcy Filing Isn't Allowed for Marijuana Businesses -- So Now What?
NEW YORK (The Deal) -- Common sense says that if you play by the rules in business, you'll be fine.
Pay your taxes, and you'll keep the Internal Revenue Service from knocking at your door. Don't drop any hints to shareholders about company plans, and you'll avoid following in Martha Stewart's footsteps. Restrain yourself from dipping into the company coffers to buy a speed boat, and it should be smooth sailing.
In short, do what you're supposed to, and the law will be on your side.
But what happens when you think you've been operating on the straight and narrow only to discover that there could be a very big difference between a state law and a federal one?
That's the predicament Frank and Sarah Arenas find themselves in. Frank, who operates a marijuana wholesaler -- legal under Colorado law -- is fighting the dismissal of his and his wife's Chapter 7 filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado in Denver, a result that even Judge Howard R. Tallman called "devastating" for the couple in his order throwing it out.
Because bankruptcy is a federal process, judges have ruled the violation of the federal Controlled Substances Act by distributing marijuana makes cannabis-related companies ineligible for bankruptcy. In the Arenases' case, a trio of bankruptcy justices -- Judges Tom R. Cornish, Robert E. Nugent and Dale L. Somers of the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the 10th Circuit in Denver -- underscored the point, asserting in an Aug. 21 opinion that "possessing, growing and dispensing marijuana and assisting others to do that are federal offenses. [...] Can a debtor in the marijuana business obtain relief in the federal bankruptcy court? No."
The Arenases aren't done yet, however. The appellate panel judges on Sept. 4 agreed to stay the dismissal of the Arenases' case while the couple appeals the decision to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, making it the first time this debate will be considered at so high a judicial level.
The stakes for the Arenases are very real, of course. Their counsel, Daniel Garfield of Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher, said, "They simply can't afford to pay the claims against them."
But there's even more to it, given that marijuana-related businesses are sprouting up and gaining legitimacy nationwide. "At the most basic level, this is a legal business under state law, and they should be able to access the protection," Garfield said. "That's the main reason [they're pursuing this]."
Jurisdictional issues are not new to bankruptcy. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has clashed with bankruptcy courts when utility companies have been involved. Among the reasons that asbestos-related Chapter 11 filings are handled in the complex way they are is because of the involvement of the federal Environmental Protection Agency.
Amazing!
The number of people licensed has grown to more than 250, according to the NC Industrial Hemp Commission, and the crop is now being planted in just about every county statewide.
The jump in pps is coming, IMO!
Hope your loaded up for the HEMP ride that is coming!
GO $HEMP 2018!!
Thanks for the links!
It appears the rumor going around that there is "No" Hemp seed or Hemp seed being planted in NC is completely false!
GO $HEMP 2018!!
Are you stating that no farmer in NC has planted hemp yet?
I do not know? We should contact the DEA and demand some answers!
They need to stop messing with hemp. It will be legal soon, have you heard about Mitch McConneli adding hemp to the senates bi-partisan Farm Bill in June?
Are you stating that "NO" NC farmer has started to plant hemp, yet?
