They changed their year end filing date. Good stuff.
Picked up another 85k shares at .02/share.
I'm also a comfortable long. As are the hundreds on other boards. Ha.
I could of sworn the company is about 4 years old. Dang.
I've seen it. It's totally true.
Look at their filings.
It's in their filings. Ha. Not difficult to find.
Don't forget about the list. Very important.
"They would have found a way"
That's your premise? They would have found a way? I want to win the lottery I guess I'll go find a way.
Because cooper can't afford it on their own.
Awesome!
I don't have the time for that right now. Did you listen, and if you did, did anything interesting come up?
What did you ask them?
Obviously telling us the reason would defeat the purpose of withholding the information... Why can't you just wait a month? What's the harm in that? These companies have an incredible amount of information not being showed to the public, so it seems obvious to me that releasing any information would have a reaction from the market. Timing is everything, and releasing information regarding a .05/pps startup company during one of the worst opening weeks in the history of the stock market just might be a bad idea. Just my 3 cents.
It will be shown in quarterly. Why is no one patient?
He posted that. I remember it well. Not his fault you don't know how to do a basic search.
I'm in it. Let's do it!
Not true. Roughly 10 years ago someone won millions after finding the winning ticket.
Yes. That's what I said.
I use multiple brokerages. TD being one. TD has yet to show ftnw to me but my others have.
EPGL is willing to publicly say that it can agree to a fairly tiered approach to royalty payments which will only give CVI discounted royalty incentives after a minimum benchmark of $1.1 billion in royalties paid to EPGL is reached going forward for any EPGL technologies commercialized by CVI congruent with an outstanding demand to CVI in 2015. In addition, EPGL will require a cash settlement for time and know-how delivered from April 2014 to the present date.

The 1.1 billion is being dealt with through royalties as per EPGLs tweet months ago.
Happy New Years to all!
In 5 years you've only posted twice?
It's common on all ihub boards. Ihub has lost some lawsuits this past year when it comes to those who post clear lies. Those individuals are forced to reveal their identities and suffer the consequences of their actions(lies and defamation).
Look Dumass, you're bothering everyone else with your hateful comments and blatant lies. Don't you understand that you're a horrible person and that your comments negatively affect others?
I've emailed COO as well and they verified everything.
Great find!
Oh wait. I lied. My bad.
I spoke with the VP(Vice President) and she said there is.
That's incorrect. The VP hasn't said a thing.
YOU AND ONLY YOU HAVE SAID THAT! Lol.
That's wrong.
Yup. On that day I was down, but only for that specific day. Overall I'm still green. Hooray for investing in EPGL at one penny!
On a side note I do not want to date you, so you can come for me all you want but nothing will happen.
I do apologize to all the mentally ill individuals that I insulted by lumping you in with them.
I thought you were just acting like an idiot on ihub for some personal goal, but after seeing your Facebook posts I really feel bad for you. It's people like you that further my belief that this country needs to do more to help those with mental illnesses. I hope you get the help you so clearly need. :(
I don't want to see that again. :(
Your point is that people read the initial PR as an up front payment, but as you have pointed out they have since altered their PRs to include royalties. So we need to include that in our interpretation. Since the ones you are quoting clearly didn't do so then I do not see how your argument stands up to scrutiny.
Regardless, nowhere in the PR does it say up front. Currently(we need to keep our expectations in line with CURRENT news), I wouldn't assume it as an upfront payment after seeing COO's spending history and their last 8-K.
Why? Could you provide a link supporting that statement?
My belief is that the upfront payment is for time and know how.
It is not for the option to license exclusively as it would make much more sense to incorporate this into royalties to make up for the profits that they would miss out on in the long term had multiple companies paid them to use said tech. If it truly adds $5 billion annually(as said in the PR on epgl's homepage) then the tiered royalties which were mentioned via tweet make much more sense.
Yeah you quoted someone. You and some others are combining two very different payments in my opinion.
This is where we differ.
For new members of the board, and old: This is opinion based on the facts I could find.
So the upfront deal and the exclusive option to license EPGL ophthalmic tech are two different parts of the overall deal currently underway... Is that what you're saying?
Let's break it down then.
Starting with...
How much do you think exclusive rights to this tech is worth?
Unless you're saying that exclusive rights to the technology in discussion is worth less than $10million then your argument is flawed.
