You only get creamed at MN1 if you represent a BS company or if your ducks aren't in a row.
GM to everyone. I agree, Chad can be effective as IR. I know he will do great on the interview. I would almost liken this event to the Press Secretary of the US President issuing a press release and answering questions. However, sometimes it is best to hear the words come out straight from the horse's mouth. I hope that one day, Chad can make it happen.
Who knows? Maybe we will be pleasantly surprised by Steve's appearance on the 4rth.
LOL! I actually just woke up from my 8 PM sleep and decided to check up a little bit on some posts. It is now 15 to 1 AM here. Will get back to sleep. Talk to you in the later AM.
They need to get the interview date right.
I got it on my Scottrade news alert. You are right, September 4 is a holiday. They got the wrong date.
But why Chad instead of the Suljas? Hmmmm???

Hi everyone. Bought this stock on it's run to around .027 and I am now officially a bag holder. Fortunately, I believe in this stock and I have time to wait. For me, It is just a matter of time before we profit from it. Holding long and strong.
I thought his shares were restricted?
Rocky, You need to learn from Dancer the clown. He is down $300 and his wife is all over him. Yet, he hasn't sold a share.
Looked at the historical price of LFWK around February and it averaged around the neighborhood of .003. Congrats Partysasquatch, and to all others that held from there.
Holy Shitzu, Party. Even If you bought all your shares at .0055, that's still $220,000
Chip probably went to see the place. We haven't heard from him since 11 this morning.
Super job on your DD. Thanks for posting.
That is a major statement and very very exciting.
"Lead the way in the construction and real state industry in the Gulf." Meaning, Multi-billion projects in the gulf and they will be one of the major players. Holy Shitzu!!!
Fantabulous job Dave. IMO, Wessal is our guardian angel and will also be a major arsenal in driving our pps up.
Sonslong,
With all the incredible potential upside of this stock. I am willing to wait a year. Though, it does not mean I won't be watching this stock like a hawk. :)
GM all, and thanks Visiontrack. :)
I'll have one corona pls.
Make no mistake about it, LFWK declared war with the shorts, and Sulja's battle plan is about to unfold. The pieces are strategically placed. And when the time is right, The bombs are going to drop in succession, almost in unison.
The shorts will be annihilated, and our pps skyrockets to victory. Mmmmn... I smell the battlefield at a close distance... Can you?
GM to you all. Scottrade's 3 day rule with cash allows you to buy a stock and then sell it immediately. You can then use the proceeds to buy a stock again, but this time you will now have to wait 3 days before you can sell it.
Thanks for this post TFN. I've also followed some of your posts and found you have unquestionable integrity. Means a lot to some of us here that you think we really have an opportunity here. My opinion on this stock, So far I give it an 8 out of a 10. I am hoping for a 10 here soon.
ROFL! The Sheriff got you huh? ROFL!
Allinone, Chip, and Party Sasquatch. All of you are valuable to this board. Thats right, I included Party Sasquatch who was one of the very first ones to share with us his extensive DD. Now, How about all 3 of you lay it all out to us every single DD you have done on SLJB and then we will decide who has the best DD.
He! He! He!
That's just fantabulous Allinone!!! Were gonna eat up the MMS.
Baby back, Baby back, Baby back, Baby back ribs.
GET IN MY BELLY!
FOR THOSE THAT MISSED IT!

Yes! My last post for the nite and I saved the best for last!
Sounds like a plan to me.
Maybe Rigatoni has a recipe you can use in your restaurant's menu.
That guy better not be Steve Sulja.
I vote that to be SLJB's official rally mascot. I say from now on, We only bring out the rally saquatch. LOL!
How about trying it Jim?
Nice email. That was the least of the response I was hoping for. At least there was no denial. Anyone else here sent an email and got a different reply?
Can't wait till next week. :) EM
I believe Wessal is not covered by the 10b-18 rule as they are not the issuer. They can't be considered as affiliate neither as per this definition:
A type of inter-company relationship in which one of the companies owns less than a majority of the other company's stock, or a type of inter-company relationship in which at least two different companies are subsidiaries of a larger company.
For example, let's say BIG Corp. owns 40% of MID Corp.'s common stock and 75% of TINY Corp. In this case, MID Corp. and BIG Corp. have an affiliate relationship, and TINY Corp. is BIG Corp.'s subsidiary.

I am actually asking. I am interested in your thoughts.
Pretty ironic. LOL!
By the way, Another real possibility is that others with very deep pockets (not SLJB insiders) are being represented at the bid. If this stock is truly what it claims to be, then big boys want to be in on this as low as possible. I am sure they had SLJB on their radar and decided that now is the time to get in, just before the big bang. Just my .07 cents...
Good point. :)
Question that I still have. Wessal is not the issuer, are they covered by the 10b-18? If not, Wessal would be able to buy at the ask to propel this stock. I really would like to know the answer to this.
I also still think that the MMs are walking it down to cover and Wessal has not began buying yet.
I agree with you Greenspirit. I too firmly believe that when a link posted is SLJB related, then it should be allowed. I hope you reconsider this Rager.
But what about Rule 10b-18? Doesn't Wessal have to adhere to it? If they do, then they have to buy at the current bid and also not exceed 25% of the average daily trading volume.
Nevada VS. "Offshore"
Nevada is unique in that it not only offers a high degree of privacy, but ready access to your capital that is not likely to be denied in even the most extreme turmoil that COULD develop in the world's financial markets. In these highly uncertain economic times, long range planning should take into consideration the possibility, even the probability, of extreme turmoil. In that event, there could be some real shock felt by those whose strategies are oriented around offshore structures. It is entirely possible that, in a real emergency, offshore funds would be totally inaccessible, depriving the owners of those assets the use of their own capital when they need it the most. For any situation where ready access to one's capital is required, and especially if you wish to work with your capital, Nevada corporations are the answer.
