Candle Template 1C........
Again, this particular effort was largely concentrating on indices trading, and more in mini futures trading. Nearly all my studies focus on synchronous events and locating them quickly for these very fast paced markets and using lesser duration charts. You can see there stands utility in individual stocks. I've posted these template mentions in response to each other so anyone interested can find relationship on the board.
There are six candlestick configurations within this template. At least four overlap enough they are grouped together - "hammer-like" (harami, hammer, inverted hammer). Two have been introduced thus far - "hammer-like" and "outside" (bull engulfing and bear engulfing). The template has varied meaning to anyone who trades candles. But technicians with limited candle knowledge can easily locate these configurations and apply a simple test to cci and quickly qualify the formation as tradeable to a fair degree. Below are these two groups mentioned to date.
In my research I have discovered much more than these mentions. They are currently being tested. But I'm finding this stuff really exciting. Then again, I'm easily excited when it comes to this kind of thing.
The next candle group is called "inside". This configuration works short and long as well. What we are looking for is a relatively long candle going in the current trend printing on the bollinger band. The next candle or two must print entirely inside the first candle. cci8 must cross beyond the -100 or +100 elevation in relation to the opposite trend (as all others).
This setup and the cci8 crossover can become subjective. The crossover can be either the first or second inside candle. The chart below shows both signals.
The lavendar lines above suggest where a problem may result on rare ocassion. cci gives the confirmation but a whipsaw results. An insurance technique is available: The horizontal line is the low extreme on the long candle. A break of that extreme most usually affords insurance of continued direction. The lavendar example fails in this regard despite the cci confirmation.
There is more stuff on this template. Some of it is really cool. But I'm going out a bit on this as it will become part of another writing I am trying to assemble now for the coming summer. I don't expect to make a financial killing from it, but a few people tend to appreciate this work, and I must keep some of it sacred in degrees. I am a teacher and coach after retiring from the corporate thing I hated every second of for 25 years. I'm doing what I like for a change - part-time teacher and baseball coach and trader.
I hope someone finds this simple template useful. If you hit the lottery with it, let me know. That will make me happy. Or you can share a piece of it and really, really make me happy. (LOL)
Good luck to us all

NDX 30 minute candle template.......
The NDX (Nasdaq 100 indice) and the NQZ04 (Nasdaq 100 December Mini) mirror each other to a fair degree. The mini will lead so you could not trade it without real data, but in the spirit of that mirror concept and the potential of $20 per captured point for each $1100 fixed margin (in other words, for every $1100 you can margin a mini worth $20 a point), consider this and the candle template: Golf anyone?

Candle Template 1B...............
The next example is an outside candle on the uppper bb but only a short position is tried.
On the upper bb #1 prints. It could be any kind of bar as long as it is on the bb geography. #2 prints where #1 is completely shadowed. #3, which has not printed yet, will be where we go short on the open. In this example, a stop would be placed just north of the #1 high.
The following is a chart shared a few days ago on CTLM. An outside candle setup compelled the mention (shown by white vertical line). While the move has become subdued, I believe it will resume soon.
Other candle template setups later
easy
Candle Template part 1............
This template uses candlestick configurations at particular elevations relative to bollinger bands - more specificly upper bb, lower bb, and midline. Upper and lower bb are prefered over midline, but all produce. There are six configurations. The user need not know candlesticks or their names. The template has its own lingo that is descriptive of the candle configuration being sought. cci8 is used to confirm.
This first example uses what the template calls "outside candle". In reality, it resembles the engulfing bull candlestick setup. Here, #1 is a spinner doji. #2 is the outside candle because it completely shadows #1 and prints on one of the three bb geography. Here, it prints on midline.
While #2 prints on midline, cci8 crosses from -100 on the close.
When all of these simple criteria are met, the user goes long on the next open of #3. A move from .65 to .78 ensues, and probably will continue after a brief downward test.
This scheme does not suggest trivial moves but those of significance relative to recent history.

This candle on the close is somewhat bearish. Should a close below the previous candle open (appx. 439.53) occur in the next couple days, a short might be a good trade. Confirmation is important.

Depends on objectives, I guess. And how you have your money working. It should pull up a little, but the real trend appears to be on.
Using that 60 minute chart I posted.......... If you extend the neckline, there seems to be a test going on. Then you could argue how to draw the line and the test might be a little lower. On and on.

Green is the Hard Easy type intersection to go long - stochastics intersection at 50. Spinner on bb terminates per Candle Template.
Blue is the above zero intersection. Trade terminates per hammer-like candle on bb per Candle Template.
Red is the Candle Template. Hammer-like candle on bb followed by cci confirmation.
Lavendar is the Easy 3 (3 point target). Easy 2 in S&P (2 point target). Histogram crosses zero while %r crosses below -60. Target is struck as is a hammer-like candle on bb per Candle Template.
Gray is Easy 3 (3 point target). Histogram crosses zero while macd crosses above -40. Target is subsequently and easily struck.
low.......
I'm working a little today myself.
Perhaps adding a harmonic or synchronous technical query could help........ Like, a group of crossovers or an elevation where a divergence finishes. I frequently notice cci, stochastics, and %r divergences are best when they finish inside an extreme overbought or oversold cardinal elevation. I'm still thinkin' on this.

West Chester vaguely sounded familiar.
Cincy has had dozens of breweries. Some were large and a bit well-known.
I was born in Mariemont and lived in Milford, Norwood, Fairfield, and Wyoming. I have had the immense pleasure of regularly seeing the "Big Red Machine", the Cool Ghoul and Bob Schoenling getting drunk on tv every weekend during Fright Night, and finding the company of some of the greatest women folk on the planet. I was of the "freak" or "hippy" population in Clifton/UC/Mt Adams in the late 60's and early 70's.
A move is coming and Cincy is in the running with South Carolina and Florida. I currently live in Yorktown North, right on the lake (if you know where that is) here in Louisville.
