I think McGann said they were getting 60% of the EU market, and that was probably not sustainable. I'm sure if the comp had gotten any awards we would have heard about it,i'm thinking that # was conservative. So far so good..
In 100% agreement. That was some pretty tough sledding he had to wade through,to say the new crew isn't riding on at least a % of his efforts would not be fair. Now relating to the DM mess, that's all on him. I think(like me) he focused too much on the chase of approval, and not enough on alternative lending, for years.
Lot's of grey right now, that's the problem. First clue was when they got the IDIQ and it barely cracked 1.60. These recent wins are great don't get me wrong, but it's all fwd looking and the debt is realtime. Old car biz axiom- "yesterday's history, tomorrow's a mystery, today is money in the bank" Let's hope like hell they announce debt restructure sooner than later because my bones tell me it's the only thing that's going to un ass the SP from the current range- no matter how strong their next Q will be. JMO
Is it being held down? or is there just no interest because of the debt and/or lack of brand building? Since they are pretty much taking over the global ETD theatre, without anyone knowing about it, maybe?
If a pallet of B220's fall in the EU forest, does anybody hear it?
If there's been one thing they have had an abundant supply of, it's been the time to prepare.
I was thinking it was from GB,i'm sure that issue has long since been addressed and they had/have a good supply boxed just waiting for the valve to open..
Assuming this is a direct quote- from whom and when?
The ignore feature removes all white noise from the text field.
Not sure if T/A ever applies to OTC's, i'll go with exhaustion, like in when DM's .08ers are exhausted it goes up.
Do see a bullish gartley forming on a re fi though..
Very encouraging as time goes by there have been no significant wins for the competiton. They could realistically get well over 50% of the global ETD market in the next 2-3 years.
Thank you for your tireless efforts- it does not go unnoticed.
Agreed. What irks me to no end is when they finally start getting checks in the mail, they have to endorse them straight over to the Mafia Don. They wouldn't have to do it to the extent they are if they would just try and scare up a few Million in capital through a couple strategic cable news shows. How frickin hard is that and cost is BL's time only. We have some amazing recent wins and crickets..not exactly striking while the iron's hot.
Z, if it were that obvious we are indeed undervalued, and going higher, wouldn't there be more interest at .76? As a long, here's my report card on them at this point-
A+ for sales
C for communication
F on manufactured brand visibility.
History relates the smart here have been flipping, shorting, or took some off at higher valuations. Still riding along, NOT happy with a lot here. There are some pretty big expectations at this point, hope it comes through but then there's your .40 doomsday scenario..which is a real one. What will be the next curse to befall our little darling?
There is a steel ceiling at .80 on this- 20M in recent sales has had ZERO effect at smashing through that. Let's call it like it is- dilution has killed this plain and simple. The only RX that would cure it is a re fi. If you can't a least CONSIDER they don't give a crap about shareholders with their non communitcative and promtionless attitude, and you just MIGHT end up being a bagholder with this one, I have a set of rose colored glasses for you folks. And if I hear one more homer tell me if I don't like it sell and move on, KMA. Just hoping for a buyout and or one more run and I just might do that. Like watching cement harden for six years, damn shame too.
Like it's not going pass and they won't do that?
Please apply for the currently non existent position of Press Director. Apparently Bob has been too busy the last six months with his postions on sixteen other BOD's, as well as his CNN gig as an expert(independent)terrorisim consultant.
"Building the brand"
Through osmosis!
"What's the scenario that significantly moves us out of this range"
DMRJ runs out of shares to sell. They simply have to restructure debt. It's painfully obvious with all these recent wins and a flatline SP. Any checks they get will be endorsed right over to interest. If they continue to turn a blind eye to promoting the new global standard in ETD it will take that much longer. That's a slippery slope as the debt meter never sleeps. IMO the biggest catalyst now would be a large equity stake with more favorable terms. They got the sales figured out,get lending sorted and I see this going well north of 1.50 in quick fashion.
I voted yes on the BOD elections, no on everything else. I would have considered a yes vote for diluton, if they had a clearly defined action plan..as opposed to blue sky for 50M more added to a float that has already tripled and will quintuple possibly.
That would make me an extremely delighted shareholder after 5 1/2 years. Could happen..
Think that's a first. Looking fwd to a sighting in Domestic terminal, even if they don't disclose shipments at that point we will know a big check has been cashed.
Pretty much..then deepen the plot with that amendement they filed that portended to an equity parnter or buyout. I liked Glenn,he gets an A+ from me for moving the company fwd,but clearly the debt debacle is on him as well. Can't ever know if there were options,at the time. If I had to venture a guess he paid more attn to the approval process than the financing(like me)..DM was right there and such an easy extension every time. When it became obvious to the BOD, he got sacked for mentioning new financing as DM had his tackle firmly in their grip. Who knows, like VS said they might have already inked a deal for new lending, just waiting for the vote and lawsuit to settle before announcing. Lawsuit- that's on GB too.
Matters not, shoe in for passage with ballers like the beachcombers count voting yay. Let's just hope they have something to sweeten that dilution stew in July.
Groundhog day,It goes no where until they restructure the debt. Painfully obvious with every recent great win the man turns on the machine and starts printing. I sure hope they have alternative funding lined up because they are going to be selling product just to pay juice for quite some time. They can't possibly be that obtuse, can they?
A quick attempt at illumination- They are not trying to sell 220's on CNBC, they should be trying to attract new investors by letting the retail world know this will be a stock to own, and it's trading under a buck. It works, I have been here on a day when they were on CNBC and it traded 10M in volume. And that was when they had a patent only, go figure..
The ignore button is your friend.
Actually think you got it backwards, kinda like ISIS you are with us or we kill you heretic. I have no problem with people casting their vote yes,it's no diff than a political arena you will always have that. However, when I am told if I don't like it sell it's starting to piss me off as I'm as long as John Holmes on this one. I have been patient, I believe they will succeed, but they have rat holed themselves in to a postion where they want to print monopoly money because they don't believe in the proven process of postioning and promoting their company. That's been my only gripe, it makes absolutely no sense to not embrace the power of press with a product as hot as this.
No lemming, it's not. I do trust them, not selling, not happy with some of their moves. I've been here longer than you, and don't appreciate the sanctimonius tude. If you can't handle contrarian views sorry, I'm not doing the snoopy dance over .78.
Sales take months, media is immeditate. Would you prefer we get new blood in here in six months, or yesterday? We are in the DM taxi cab, meter is running non stop. I voted no,not because they aren't killing it in sales, but because they wouldn't need to float more shares if they embraced press, which has been non existent since the new board took over.
It ain't rocket surgery, don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining.
Tick tock Clarisse..
"Envelope math says we would be paying 3-4 people say an aggregate of $250,000. Toss in travel, marketing material etc for another $200,000 to $300,000 and we have spent half a million dollars "branding" the company."
Say what? You have been reading too many of TD's fuzzy math posts. BL walks in to a MSNBC/CNN room and does a piece or two,cost- his time. He has connections ya know.
You are willing to wait till earning come in, with this kind of financing, really? It's gonna cost them well north of that half million by then amigo.
To quote Moe Howard- Kid, what would you rather have, a shoe full of dimes, or two socks of fives?" We currently have the two socks of fives, with the black eyes to prove it.
P.S. you can be unhappy and strong, I voted no.
I guess we'll know when DM opens the valve again. Maybe it's me, but they need to find better financing cuz all these sales right now are going to debt interest right? So, you have a product that's in the early stages of replacing pretty much all the current obsolete tech in your sector right?. So it's pretty much a paradigm shift in technology, on a global scale and your getting the work. Maybe some people would take a flyer on a company like this, after all it's only .75 cents right?. Maybe a guy along the lines of Buffett would take an equity stake,at much less than 15% Vig?. In order for that to potentially happen, they would need to know it even existed This is an American David slaying Goliath in the classic sense,it's happening right now, golden opportunity for max exposure and...crickets......
This board thinks marketing is a honey do list your wife gives you for the grocery store. Comical really how many missed opps they have squandered lately with all this TSA/IS news.
"Building the brand"
I remember a lot of posts about them moving to a larger facility to handle 200 B220's a month for all those cargo sales..two years ago.
I still want to believe they will acheive success, but it's become a love hate deal as it seems the stock is cursed. Just waiting for the next reason profitability gets delayed further.
I voted no, although think it will have little effect either way. As far as a buyout, I'm all for it. Take what I can get and kiss OTC's good by for this lifetime.
Six years this Dec for me. That could be considered moronic for an OTC hold, but it's been a compelling story and it has actually all played out in spades relative to what they have accomplished. A racing metaphor would be throwing away the race daydreaming about the championship. Should have paid more attn to the mounting debt, specifically the terms. Seems like yesterday the float was 20M. News that used make this run like the dickens has Zero impact now,not a good sign. We are truly in the abyss.
We've been about to rock and roll for five years. I admire your conviction, hope they don't take it private..pass the Kool-Aid.

It's not a question of trusting mgmt, I do that's why I'm still holding. However, I feel they don't give a ratz azz about their shareholders. I don't need my hand held, but this BOD is arrogant beyond belief. They take ZERO risks-unlike some here have for years. Look these guys were already millionaires,if you're not going to buy shares on the open at least work for free until you are in the chips. It sends a message that you actually give a crap about the people who trust in you, your shareholders. Instead, they incentivize themselves very well, and communicate nothing while the SP languishes. I wonder how many people realize the tens of millions of future sales they will need to just keep the debt from blossoming ever higher. We can spin it any way we like, the SP doesn't lie.
Hardly delighted a this point
