Well, first of all let me address the bullying subject. The kids that enjoy hurting others is NOT the child's fault. They were not born to be aggressive towards others, so who would you say was at fault? Maybe the parents should be the ones buying these games. The aggressive kids will not change their behavior without different forms of parential guidance. A game will not change behavior traits of aggressive children.
A better product: PC gaming is becoming antiquated. Sony and Microsoft has taken over the gaming market with their gaming systems. Has LFBG made their games compatible with WII,PS and XBOX machines? I know LFBG has mentioned about making their games compatible, but have they?
As I've said before, we don't know what advertising and marketing is in store for these new games because they have been silent. Before we start shoveling dirt into the grave let's at least see what they can do with a better product...and more of it.
And for what it's worth, there are parents out there, like myself, who look for "clean" entertainment. My son doesn't know who Sponge Bob is and he doesn't watch anything I wouldn't want him to "act out" himself. I realize some may think I am in the minority at this point, but there are parents who feel the same way as I do, and there should be an alternative. I also truly feel if parents knew there were alternatives, and I'm not talking just Charlie Church Mouse, I think they need to come up with other games as well, but if there were alternatives that were fun for kids then parents would opt for the alternative. In the context of Charlie Church Mouse, there are parents who look for different ways to teach there children about their religious beliefs and Charlie gives them the opportunity to do it in a fun way.
In my line of work, I deal with a lot of children and a lot of parents. I hear parents talk and see the product of what some kids are subjected to each day because of the "entertainment" that is so readily available. You see it in the news every week about kids being bullied, beaten, and even worse. A change has to take place in what they are subjected to before they will change their behaviors. Small steps....
And we wonder why his communication is almost non-existent now....
Investors need some sort of confidence that the company is acting in their best interest.
A video of Charlie Church Mouse 3D Bible Adventures. Interactive. Bright and colorful to grad a child's attention. Learning/practicing academic skills along with biblical and moral principles. I am impressed.

So, I just bought one of the new Charlie Church Mouse games for my son and have a renewed faith in this company. For those who doubt and say this company will not succeed I suggest you take a look at the new product coming out. My son loved the first Charlie Church Mouse game and the new Bible Adventures is even better. It's more interactive and graphics are much better. My son was maneuvering through the park and practicing counting money, recognizing letters, and learning how to listen to his mother and father....I really liked that part:)
Definitely excited about the next step in LFBG.
Just wanted to show you I was awake:) But I do believe we get back to business once the R/S is out of the way. But, the waiting game is getting boring...no doubt.
After the R/S it a whole new ballgame....
LOL...Greedy?? Nahhh....just anticipating news:)
Ahhhhh.....the thrill of victory! I still think we will hear more about this in the coming weeks:)
And I won and I didn't have to do anything??? I like those kind of wins! BTW....what did I win?
Not grasping....just pointing out that we don't know yet because nothing has been PR'd about it....about anything!
Just about any store allows you to purchase online but usually it will have a statement that says "not available in stores" or "available online only"
lol....Your LFBG goggles:)?

I don't see where it says online only...
Simply put...we have to wait and see. I think we hear about everything after the R/S....IMO
I'd imagine we will be hearing something soon. Patience....
If truth be told, you have no idea where the product will be sold because Troy has said nothing about it. Patience.
Any day. Waiting on FINRA.
It's all a conspiracy!!!!
Any day. Waiting on FINRA...
Unfortunately that's the heartache of playing the stock market...especially the pennies.
And because of those announcements, how many times did it cause the stock to go up ?
It forced the pps to go down, by design, as he also knew there was not going to be any great announcements to make it come back.
In other words, he forced it down.
No, technically, because he openly lied, anyone who lost money that day when the lie was discovered, and the pps dropped, might be able to lay claims against the company for damages.
No, it's not totally incorrect!!
He didn't, so he lied instead and cause his own stock to tumble, and never corrected it in all that time, did he ?
Perhaps he had certain terms in mind, all the time and finally found a company willing to accept them, but back then, in 2010, no funder existed.
Back end of what deal? All the specifics were laid out in a detailed filing.
If it turns out to be correct then it was the same funder all along. Either way...point is really moot. The funding has been secured.
IMO, Modessa is Southridge. Look at the similarities between the loans. Both are at an 8% discount. Coincidence? I doubt it.
I think Troy was afraid to mention the name Southridge back in March because he figured once the street found out about Southridge's shady past that would probably tank the pps. Now that the pps is in the cellar, I guess he figured it really doesn't matter anymore who the company is.
Again, this is just my opinion.
Point is really moot. Funding is secured and it was the increase of the A/S and subsequent dilution that drove the pps down. Case closed.
Yes, he absolutely did what he had to do. He increased the A/S and secured funding.
So you're now stating you believe it was OKAY for the CEO to LIE about the funder to keep the doors open ?
That's a FEDERAL CRIME meant to deceive investors in his company to buy stock.
No disclaimer ever written protects the company from that.
You make it so easy.
It forced the pps to go down, by design, as he also knew there was not going to be any great announcements to make it come back.
In other words, he forced it down.
Why ?
We have discussed this issue before, quite a few times, and it was the consensus of the board that the pps was affected more by the increase in A/S than the mention of Modessa. Any investor knows that in increase in A/S is going to have a negative impact on the stock. The Modesa announcement was considered good news because of the fact the company secured financing.
Disclaimers that an investor can lose is no protection for the company that they can do or say anything or there would be no SEC investigations, and Federal prisons wouldn't be the destimations of so many who thought they could lie, cheat and steal from their investors in the past.
You incorrectly wrote that I said he lied, not so.
It doesn't mean they told the truth to the investors. Read the disclaimers in the filings that investors see.
Of course, I agree, but also they have a higher responsibility towards fairness, which doesn't seem to have happened here.
Yes, it is all about the money....but not just with the company. Most investors are here for the sole purpose of money....wouldn't you agree?
