Yeah, buyout should be in that .10-.25 range. Will know more come the 31st on when it should occur. Really depends on what PWC will accept for the shares they represent.
Great churn! Investors loading up for the pending buyout.
Nice accumulation over the last year.
Yup! IP is amazing. Just one reason Johnson and Johnson are involved.
Definitely knows his stuff. Sees a needle in the haystack with EPGL. Something all of us have known for years. As the general market now becomes aware of EPGL's tech, we will take off.
Lol! Everyone knew their offer expired on Friday. It's now public knowledge.
Looking forward to the week ahead. Always a good time for news before the summer months hit!
Will prove to be one of JNJ's smartest moves.
As other companies start to gear their failed smart lens projects towards EPGL's technology, the licensing deals will begin. However, they will be bought out before those deals start occurring. Could happen by summer's end....or even on the 31st.
Guy is a stud! Move to .10 could easily happen this week.
Update on buyout progress coming in less than two weeks. Will be good to see how far along the company has come. With heavyweights Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati leading the way, I'm sure they will be near their goal. Perhaps by Summer's end! Or even the 31st itself.
That could happen when InWith goes public and when EPGL's tech hits the market. Until then, we are looking at a range of .098-.25.
EPGL has been a solid team from day one. Hayes brought the former company out of the ashes and is now on the verge of a massive buyout. PWC is happy. Actual investors are happy.
Exactly. Is going bonkers and it's about to get even crazier as we approach the 31st.
The best pedigree! Not to mention EPGL's very own Dr. Markus. Former DARPA and Raytheon scientist. He's spent the last couple decades working on this technology and bringing it to life.
4 patent will be granted soon. Looking forward to the continued progression of EPGL locking up this field of technology.
Yup! Working with EPGL to get a deal done soon. EPGL couldn't have a better team helping them along! Buyout is going to be big time.
Yeah, will be a minimum of .098, between hay and .25. It'll have to be large enough to allow PWC to fulfill their obligations.
Also remember for a buyout of this magnitude, it is never done quickly. The update on May 31st will inform everybody of where they are at in the process. That firm has been doing this a one time and have a strategy in mind. Could it be done on the 31st? Sometime this summer? Perhaps the Fall? Not a question of if, but when. Good times ahead for this gem.
Clearly, the best of the best is working with EPGL. A firm like that simply doesn't take on failures as clients. EPGL's IP portfolio is second to none in this field. Looking forward to the buyout update on the 31st.
All exciting stuff. With EPGL's current patents along with the ones that are to come, they'll own the industry. Actually, when the coming buyout is complete, another entity will. And we will all be sitting pretty.
News is on the way. Over due.
Time will tell. Dr. Markus' connections to DARPA and Raytheon will certainly help
Lol. There are so many professions that will have use for smart lenses. Big fish getting involved now. Monday will be interesting for sure!
I doubt we're going to see anybody selling in force with the buyout update coming so soon. Then it will depend on how long people want to wait should it not be completed by the 31st
It's all going to be awesome. The uses for these lenses are going to be endless. With multiple companies paying licensing fees.
Exactly. The road ahead is looking great! Everybody knows it.
That firm is one of the best. They don't take on losers. Gonna be big. Looking forward to the update and the continued success EPGL has gained. Patent 4 is due anyway now.
Huge benefit. EPGL is in negotiations with multiple entities and with Silicon Valley heavy weights, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, orchestrating the process, I'm sure there will be some interesting and unique strategies that occur to fulfill the buyout.
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati
I'm sure it will depend on what PWC would accept. But yeah, a minimum offer of .098 to .25 max is what I expect. Nice gap to have. Having millions of shares, I'd be happy with anything within that range.
Great looking patents in EPGL portfolio, with even more on the way, that will bring life to smart contact lenses, etc. Only EPGL has figured out how to do it effectively and safely.
In the end, early shareholders will become wealthy, and EPGL and its patents will be absorbed into a Blue Chip somewhere. The same way nobody remembers the name of the company that first developed the tech for GPS in smart phones, before they got absorbed, nobody will remember who first developed the tech for functional smart contact lenses accept for those who made a fortune on it.
Future looking bright. Could be complete in 2 weeks.
It's going to be a pretty awesome game plan.
My thoughts are that the buyout is coming soon. Update on the 31st will tell us more. I think it'll be complete sometime this summer. It was the whole reason EPGL was created.
Further insight is on the main investor site on FBook.
Major patent approvals. Capital being raised for the buyout, being steered by major Silicon Valley firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
General market will soon know about this and they will come to the realization, just as we have, that this company is severely undervalued.
Should the buyout be complete at the end of the month, We'll get another surge that could break .10.
Welcome back .04's. Less than 2 weeks til buyout update. Could test .10 once again
Just getting warmed up. Multiple positives on the way, in the near term.
I think the update on the progress of the buyout will be good, with it being finalized at some point during the summer
Walls are usually a method used by market makers to slow down trading when they don't have the shares they need to fulfill orders.
We are holding because we know. 03's is still ridiculously low for what we know EPGL has. While it's nice to see the pps rise back to its long term range, the pending buyout is what really matters. Lot of news to come in the next month.
And then the update week. It'll be nice to see where EPGL with the pending buyout.
