what proof do you have that all those things didn't occur at the time?

How will JBII deal with all the contaminants on AG plastic?
Nearly every successful company is sued repeatedly. It's an unfortunate side effect of being successful - everybody wants a piece. Anyone know how many times Walmart has been sued?
That must explain why JBI is drowning under a Tsunami of lawsuits!
better than nothing though eh? I didn't expect JBI to get 100% of their feedstock from 1 source It's difficult for any industry/company/business to provide 12,000 lbs. of plastic an hour (enough for 3 processors). It might be the beginning of all farmers from all states to start doing the same thing. Think of all the plastic wrapped tunnel houses out there,
If they got ALL of the Ag plastic from ALL of the dairy farms in ALL of NY state, it might amount to about 3% of their plastic feed stock needs for their Niagara Falls plant.
where has that been proven?
why would you suspect that - for an accounting error?
i DON'T EXPECT IT WILL BE ENOUGH TO WARRANT A CLUSTER OF PROCESSORS - IN FACT IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE IT WILL PROVIDE 4000 LBS. PER HOUR (1 PROCESSOR)
guess you missed the question - I'll rephrase it - HOW MUCH PLASTIC IS EXPECTED TO BE AVAILABLE FROM MADISON COUNTY AND AREA. That MEANS the cumulative farms in Madison and surrounding counties?
anyone know the amount of plastic that will be available?
new contract approved by the Madison County Board Of Supervisors is allowing farmers to get rid of their agricultural plastic safely and easily.
I assume you have information that suggests they are not selling fuel. Please provide any evidence you have that they are not selling fuel or having a hard time selling their fuel?
Oil ? We have an end product - what prices do you have for that?
there's lots of substance if you would take some time to investigate it.
Because JBI is all hype, and no substance? That's a good reason.
what do you know about the test plastic? sounds like you know what was used - please provide any evidence you have to make these statements.
the kind they are permitted to use?
or some post-consumer waste they purchased? and violated their NYDEC permit by doing so.
there's the rub.
Plastic?
so, do tell -- what feedstock produced the three SAI day miracle results?
there's a lot of supposing here - is there anything that is factual. I suppose that the investors were well aware of the contents of the report.
I see you found the SAIC report "glowing" as I assume the investors did. The SEC authored report I expect was quite revealing as to the potential of P2O.
If you want to know why JBII valued the media credits as they did then I would refer you to paragraph 16 of the Statement of Defence. "... the SEC commented on the value of the media credits on Domark's or Sports Quest SEC filings and the valuation of 10 million, which was ultimately cleared with the SEC"
it's simple - the processor has changed and also the DEC limits - it can no longer be relied upon as the information is old. Certainly makes sense to me.
why would then suggest that the SEC get involved in any way?
That response is right of the wall. Why would you suggest that SAIC falsified a report?
That is not necessarily true if they bought on the open market. I know I'm not under water.
why would any investor take a chance of selling shares (even for a capital loss) when the SEC could announce a settlement any time now. I'd be buying here if anything.
pay for it then and let us know that we've all made a great investment
I wonder when/if they will report #1 is operational again. If it is running and has been running full out like # 2 the numbers for this 1/4 could be quite high. I wouldn't want to out when that announcement is made (i.e. capital lose selling).
For now, they can probably ship the plastic to Niagara Falls and it should be cheaper than the cost of the tipping fees at the dump. Before committing a plant in the Madison Country area JBI will have to be assured they can be supplied enough plastic per day for a minimum of 3 processors - I don't think the farmers will have the quantity of feedstock.
how much are they paying for plastic - sounds like you're the expert.
Isn't that the cost of one big processor? Any idea who they sold that to?
I'd say $25,000,000 in sales last year wasn't too shabby.
Because I expect they knew that those shares will be worth multi- millions more than the valued price very very soon.
can someone explain why Domark would take $1,000,000 in JBI shares for a $10,000,000 asset?
what does that have to do with the value of the asset?
how is 10 m dollars worth of advertising worthless?
I show the answer to your question was deleted - can you provide the answer given?
what if what if.,..
No I don't think that's a sticking point in any way. Why would you suggest that? Do you have knowledge that that's the case?
Looks like someone who can't find himself with all those letters behind his name - you know what they mean without looking???

That's with 1 machine running - guess we can all do the math with 2 machines running and a 3rd being assembled. Projections here are unbelievable.
that's not what you were debating originally - you suggested that there were assumptions in those calculations - that is obviously wrong. But to answer your new theory absolutely yes - those numbers will be seen in the next 2 Q's.
Do you suppose the number of gallons produced during the audit were assumptions - the answer - NO! The number were very specific.
Wow - just look at these numbers.
Successful Review of P2O Technology by SAIC
In conjunction with the financing, SAIC Energy, Environment & Infrastructure, LLC (“SAIC”) was engaged to perform an independent review of the P2O technology and its commercial viability. The preliminary report provides a detailed analysis of the technology, process and business model for the Company’s patent pending Plastic2Oil process. The report also contains a pro-forma financial assessment of the capital costs and earnings for the P2O business model based on a scalable roll-out of three unit clusters.
SAIC is a FORTUNE 500® provider of scientific, engineering, systems integration and technical services and solutions.
SAIC was present at the Company’s Plastic2Oil facility in Niagara Falls, NY over a 3-day period, April 25-27, 2012. The role of SAIC was to review the principal aspects of the Company’s P2O process, including the basic engineering design, results from testing and operations at the Niagara Falls facility, and the commercial P2O processor, which is poised for roll-out at the first RockTenn site.
During the 3-day audit, the P2O processor ran in continuous mode, with 121,318 pounds of throughput, producing 10,287 gallons of No. 6 Fuel and 4,269 gallons of Naphtha.
“This independent review is by far the most comprehensive that we’ve undergone to date,” stated John Bordynuik, founder of the Company. “Furthermore, this is the first time we’ve received a pro-forma financial analysis from an independent third party, and we are extremely pleased with the positive conclusions.”
JBI Inc. (JBII) Stock Trading Info:
Unless there were unexpected delays/problems processor # 1 should be up and running. With the old parts replaced it should be working as well as number 2 was at the end of September into October.
