Thanks for keeping perspective Veritas77.
A California man has been arrested for arranging for his 14-year-old daughter to marry a neighbor in exchange for $16,000, 100 cases of beer and several cases of meat, police said.
Authorities in Greenfield, a farming community on California's central coast, said they learned of the deal after Marcelino de Jesus Martinez, 36, asked them for help getting back his daughter after payment wasn't made.
-----------------------------------
NBC News' Dara Brown reported that the deal specifically involved 100 cases of Corona beer, 50 cases of Modelo, six bottles of wine, 50 cases of soft drinks and 50 cases of Gatorade.
"This is not a traditional trafficking case because there is no force or coercion in this," Grebmeier said. "We're aware of the cultural issues here, but state law trumps cultural sensitivity."

Thank you Veritas for the Options House info et all. (I don't have a paid account so I can't PM).
VERITAS77,
Thanks for all the options posting info. I believe that you posted an options practice trading site a few weeks back.
Do you happen to remember what web site that was?
Thanks much, Happy Friday.
He also produced MacGyver, so he's doubly cool.
Fonz statue in Milwaukee
I stopped by to see it when I was in Milwaukee and it was a little weird as his pants are almost aquarmarine or like a bright blue. My guess is that they're supposed to look like jeans and that over time, weather will fade them properly. (It's also life sized, so its a little small).
I didn't see him jumping a shark though.

$heff,
Being a Bio guy, I thought you might think this is interesting:
I read an article in [italic]Wired Magazine[/italic], about a father who has taken upon himself to find a clue in his daughter's DNA to help the affliction that she has, which has currently has doctor's baffled.
He has been rebuffed by some doctors who say he's wasting his time, but as he says, its better to do something than nothing.
He has since created a web site for others who have children with afflictions and no answers, and through the site, one has been able to identify their child's disease (Addisons).

Fantastic. Thanks. I prolly missed it etc. Soo much going on at times. I'm just trying to learn as much as I can as I go along. Thank you.
The Reasons
Morning Chart and all. I mostly try and stay out of the way and learn from the messages posted. I know the market and individual stocks can change directions from moment to moment, and time is of the essence when you post, however, is there any way to post a few reasons why you are choosing the choices that you make?
I know you have a lot going on and are making decisions quickly and trying to update the board as well, however maybe it is something that you can do after? Perhaps not even that day, but a few days after, ala, "Bought CNFO at .40 and then .50 because of technicals which showed accumulation at XXXX, and the 13/50 crossed, and others in the same sector were all popping, etc."
I'm not complaining, its fantastic that you post the University Alerts, I'm just trying to figure out the why, so I can learn and make my own decisions as well.
I've often heard that with every trade one should keep a quick note as to why they did what they did, and that helps you to make better decisions later. If so, perhaps you might be willing to share snippets of those thoughts?
Just some thoughts as a student to help me figure out better as to your decisions for buying and selling. I'd be willing to help and post the info for you either here or on a separate blog, etc. if that would help as I do have site designing experience.
If you'd rather keep your secret sauce ....secret. I can understand that too.
Thank you for your board, suggestions, and positive thoughts for all.
Thank you for serving for us and our country. It is much appreciated and good luck!
Thanks Strat.
An easy way to get pub for sure, for the ski maker, and if they didn't actually sell any, prolly no harm overall.

Some mentions of Snoop Dogg but nothing of the two boys.
....................................
Snoop Dogg, though brief, took to the stage at Rain in the Palms followed by some stellar DJ action. The club was filled but not to capacity despite the three hour line to get in. Snoop was there to help promote Skullcandy and their limited edition Skullcrusher headphones. Though company's like Red and Bula have their own proprietary sound systems, Skullcandy still owns the action sports industry when it comes to headphones.

Thank you for your thoughts and info. Much appreciated. Lets get that BLD some volume.
Good Morning. How does FNFG look to you?
I know you posted a buncha bank ones on the Pincher Scans. I remember this as being one of the banks that did well in 2008.

8 Days Until Trade Show
The thing that I really like about Jason and Gene Simmons being at the SIA Trade show (starts Jan 27th), is that Dussault has Michael Rosen there also representing Dussault.
Two years ago, Michael won the Regional Rep of the Year Award. So, he's has to be well known and have contacts, etc. It's not like they're starting from scratch and have to create the contacts and relationships first. In my business dealings, its all about relationships and who you trust.
The trust factor has been established and now they have to introduce the product, but the worry about the person, the one-on-one relationship, shouldn't be a factor. That's very coolio.
.................................................
Dussault Apparel(TM) sales agent Michael Rosen of LivinTheDream, Inc., and SIA SnowSports Regional Rep of the Year Award 2006/2007, states, "Having Gene Simmons in town to promote the new MoneyBag line of apparel will really heat up attention for the brand in this new territory for them. The product is of great design and fantastic quality and I look forward to helping sell and promote the product at this great event."
Deuceheads? Deucers? Dussies? Dussaulters? I haven't found the one fits perfectly. Not that it matters, but you know...we need an identity.
Kinda cool that Kiss did that song Deuce, and Gene Simmons is now part of Dussault by default of his Moneybag line.

Ok, Captain Crable, congrats and checking in.
We gonna see BLD finally get some volume and make that move?

Hey Intimidator,
I'm not real knowledgeable about racing, but I can see you are. Dussault has sponsored an Indy Car (I know..I know..it's not NASCAR) so you can see that they branch out into any area that they need too to get their brand out.
Take a look at this this link, and scroll down to the Events section and you'll see the Indy Car that they sponsored. Very cool.

P.J. Chesson expects the two Roth Racing cars to "turn some heads" during the PEAK Antifreeze Indy 300 presented by Mr. Clean on Sept. 9 at Chicagoland Speedway.
He was referring to being competitive in the IndyCar Series season finale, but easily could have been citing the "Dussault Green Monster" livery design on the Honda-powered Dallaras.
Chesson, who has made four IndyCar Series and 12 Indy Pro Series starts, has been named by team owner Marty Roth as the driver of the No. 73 car for the race on the 1.5-mile oval. Roth will make his fourth start of the season in the No. 25 car.
Dussault Apparel Inc., whose new Monster line of hoodies is the inspiration and main element of the car design, is the primary sponsor. The program includes a "Name the Dussault Green Monster" contest through Sept. 6 on indycar.com.
"It's like the dream team having Dussault Apparel as our primary sponsor for the Peak Antifreeze 300," Roth said. "Their high-quality apparel has that edgy out-of-the-box thinking and there's nothing more edgy or out of the box than IndyCar racing."
In June, Roth announced plans for the two-car effort targeted for the final race. Initially, the program was designed to invite the Indy Pro Series champion to compete in the IndyCar Series car. When a scheduling conflict for testing last week at Chicagoland Speedway arose with Indy Pro Series points leader Alex Lloyd, Chesson was the beneficiary.
"My phone rang and it was Marty and he said, 'Hey, man, I have an opportunity for you to test a car and race in Chicago. What do you think?' I said, 'Hell, yeah, count me in,' '' said Chesson, who last competed in the IndyCar Series in the 2006 Indianapolis 500. "It's been a long time coming for me; I've been working really hard to get an opportunity and Marty put that one up for me and I took it. I'm really happy that I did.
"Marty is just so enthusiastic; you can tell how much he loves the sport. He wants to be competitive at the highest level and he's really committed to it. I wouldn't mind racing with him full time. It would almost be the preferred situation for me."
First things first, but Chesson is a forward-thinking guy. Roth and Chesson competed against each other in the Indy Pro Series in 2004 and '05. This season, Chesson has been the spotter for the No. 22 Vision Racing entry driven by A.J. Foyt IV.
"It's not meant to be a sad song and dance, but it's been hard to go to the races and not be racing," said Chesson, a three-time Indy Pro Series race winner. "But at the same time I have to thank Tony George and Larry Curry and everyone at Vision Racing for allowing me the opportunity to spot for A.J. It was a great experience; very humbling."
Jason Dussault, founder, chairman and Chief Creative Officer of Los Angeles-based Dussault Apparel Inc., will select the contest winner. He joined the Roth Racing team during the test session at Chicagoland Speedway.
"I wanted to bring a design to an IndyCar Series car that showed our attention to detail and showcased our unique and ever-expanding brand, and I am pleased to report that Roth Racing has helped me to accomplish my vision," he said. "Marty's integrity and attention to detail and passion for high performance are exactly what Dussault Apparel is all about. Fast cars, passion, rock 'n' roll and fashion, it all works so well together."

Pinching identification question:
When looking for pinchers, is it best to look at the daily chart and then check the weekly chart as well? Or should you look at weekly and then look at the daily to confirm? Or, does it not matter?
Thanks. Side note, how does LEE look to you?

January 14 - Dussault Apparel Announces Addition of Six USA Sales Representatives
Dussault Apparel, Inc. (OTCBB: DUSS | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) Founder, Chairman and Head Designer, Jason Dussault, announced that the Company has come to an agreement with the following prominent sales representatives: Squires Sports Inc., King Sales, Inc., Stoneface Sales, Robert Kwong, JAB Sports, Inc., and Tri Marketing Group, Inc. Respectively, these new sales representatives cover the territories including; Southeast, Midwest, New England, New York, Colorado, and the Southwest.
The agreements with these entities arranges for distribution of the entire MoneyBag(TM) line of products in these exciting new territories. The Dussault(TM) and MoneyBag(TM) companies hereby gain access to new retail chains and locations that the Companies are not currently associated with. Items represented under this line shall include headwear including hats and beanies (toques), gloves, t-shirts, bandanas and other related merchandise.
Along with the signing of sales representatives Livin' The Dream and Jeff2 Sales earlier this month, MoneyBag(TM) now has sales representatives for over three quarters of the contiguous lower 48 United States. The signing of all eight of these sales representatives puts MoneyBag(TM) on the map across the entire country and will help to increase awareness of the brand at a more rapid rate as well as increase sales.
Careful consideration was given during the selection process of these entities as the Companies wanted representatives with vast sales histories, great knowledge of their territory and an intensive catalog of vendors they already vend merchandise to. All six sales representatives also have the right to facilitate other representatives for the MoneyBag(TM) apparel line in territories not currently served by any other entity.
Jason Dussault, the Founder of Dussault Apparel(TM) remarks, "Our Company has placed a priority on getting the name and brand awareness of the MoneyBag(TM) line of products known across the country at a rapid rate in time for this year's SIA ski and snowboard show in Las Vegas. This ever-growing retail marketplace is a fresh one for the Company and with the assistance of these six new sales reps, eight total, we are well on our way to realizing this aspiration."
No worries. It'll take a little time as they're growing, and there's bound to be the consolidation after the overall drop the last few months. I'm thinking over the next few weeks, etc., it will start making the move.
Dussault, Chris Angel, Gene Simmons, Ryan Rausch (Snowboarding Stud), new store, new sales reps, a new year, a new time. Good Stuff. Maybe Obama will sport one of their Hoodies on the Inauguration stage????? (kidding).
To Be Young, a Rocker, a Rapper, and RICH!

As we hear the news of two million jobs lost, a recession that could last years, and the bankruptcies of Fortune 500 companies, it's as good a time as any to look at the Lifestyles of the Musical and Famous. These are 10 musicians who have had the most extravagant, decadent lifestyles and habits of anyone. A life where the M&Ms are never brown, the Kristal always flows, and there's always a hotel room ready to demolish. Let the good times roll. Again. Soon. Please?
JONATHAN DAVIS - Giger Mic Stand
Most singers are happy with your standard Guitar Center-issue mic stand. Maybe hang a couple scarves from it if you’re Steve Tyler. Maybe put some candy-cane stripes on it if you’re Freddie Mercury or Rod Stewart. But that’s not good enough for Korn's bagpipe-blowing frontman. Davis commissioned famed Swiss designer H.R. Giger (he won an Oscar for the Alien monsters) to make him a “biomechanical erotic” mic stand. We don't know the cost, but it's definitely more than the Guitar Center version.
MASTER P - 40,000-Square-Foot House
Master P takes cribs to a whole new level. The New Orleans' rapper (excuse me, he's an "entrepreneur") has a 40,000-square-foot home in Baton Rouge. That's the size of some towns. Aside from the remote-controlled drapes, personal lake, and Willy Wonka glass elevator, he's got 14,000 gold tiles on his ceiling. Now I get the whole "No Limit" thing.

The candles, and pattern and indicators are looking up. thoughts?
Hmmmm I tried posting the chart but no dice. stockcharts isn't working for me to annotate at the moment, keeps saying image is loading. anywho. its a pretty chart. i'll try again later.
Morning and Happy Friday too.
Ok, well, what the heck, spend for a pair of these pants for your kids...at only $250,000, maybe you can get a deal of 5% off if you buy two pairs. I'm sure Sidney or Babygirl1 wouldn't mind a pair too.
http://www.denimology.co.uk/2008/11/dussault_250k_jeans.php
Dussault Apparel have collaborated with Bloodline Design to design two pairs of very LA looking denim adorned with 18K gold, colored diamond, and ruby wallet chains, giving the jeans a total value of $250,000 each. These are certainly not jeans for the faint hearted in either a financial or fashion-wise. 50% of the profits from the sale of the jeans will be given to Canuck Place Children's Hospice. Dussault is also set to release a limited number of jeans through their line, "Trashed." Each piece is hand-sewn, hand-painted, dyed and washed 13 times giving the jeans (which will retail for $375) a one-of-a-kind feel.
Well...they're sure starting about it the right way. No doubt. Well, not the band No Doubt, hmmmm maybe Gwen wears them. She's a fashioneeeeeeesta.
Yes, I'm sure they had lots of plans in start up mode a few years ago, but plans change sometimes, and for the better, as in their relationships with Chris Angel, the snowboarder Ryan Rausch, etc. Gotta go where the money and celebs are and no better place for that than their Californeeya location.
I just didn't want the other poster (I don't have his name in front of me), trying to find their store in NY and have some whining teenagers at his side. (laughs).
Let the Drummer Kick.
The only thing though, is that's an older listing Sidney. I couldn't find a NY location actually listed via The Googles. And a search on yellowratbastard didn't show their product lines, so they may have changed plans. In any case, they have all the new reps, and their store in CA, and are planning ahead.
from their web site...
In just two years, that passion has propelled this revolutionary custom apparel company to the forefront of the fashion world, boasting a legion of celebrities including the Black Eyed Peas, Pamela Anderson, Kid Rock, Jessica Alba, Nicole Ritchie, Everlast, Swollen Members, Robin Williams and Quentin Tarantino among the trend-setting clients wearing their clothes.
It’s not just apparel. Or jeans. Or a hoodie or luggage.
It’s an experience. A way of life.
The luxe life.
From the finely-stitched silk linings and custom-made embroidery to the mind-bending theme-park in-store environment, every thread in the fabric of the Dussault consciousness is 100% original, uncompromising and pushing the limits of the luxury experience.
I'm not sure if that store ever opened though. I tried finding it and couldn't. Same thing for finding their stuff with YRB web site.
Can I spend your money too? please???
