I got better things to do. But thanks.
The thing with Koreans are they have a lot of pride and respect goes a long way. If they feel that they are being d!cked around, they might just pull the whole thing. So Jared needs to be careful and not get over-confident with what they have. EESO has great products, but it's not the cure to cancer.
Thanks Chris. MM for you.
GLTY as well!
That's why I asked if anyone knew the email. Please PM me with it. I'll give it shot.
I HAVE NEVER INTERFERED! I JUST ASKED A QUESTION.
PLEASE SEE MY SIGNATURE. I CAN GUARANTEE YOU I HAVE MORE SHARES THAN YOU, SO EXCUSE ME FOR CARING ABOUT MY INVESTMENT!
hahah, GET OUT OF HERE? I've been a shareholder since April of 2008.
What's wrong with verifying a PR? You got ppl here calling DOW and they are not even explicitly mentioned in any PRs, the LEE'S are.
Do you believe everything you read? If they confirm that they offered .10, that will SHUT UP a lot of the bashers here.
Is there an email address we can email the Lee's to confirm they put in an initial offer of .10?
I did a search and came up with this list of the top 16 'Commodity Chemical' companies based on sales. Could it be one of these companies being the 2nd interested buyer?

I hope that's the case! GLTY!
I see. Thanks for the clarification.
I have marked his/her post. I am hoping for .017+ by EOD as well. ;)
I'm a little confused, so you're saying EESO asked this other company to sue them? Or they're working together?
You must be a VERY busy man....saving EVERYONE from all the Stinky Pinkies! I commend you for caring so much about my money.
Please check your sarcasm meter..it seems to be broken. Thanks.
BTW: My average is .0017, so I'm far from being screwed.
Someone check to make sure there's no U-HAUL trucks at EESO headquarters! :)
That's like guessing what the lotto numbers are. hehhe
I got my shares ready...locked and loaded!! :)
I think that's a good sign.
Welcome back! Looks like gonna be a good week!
Sorry you feel that way. Hope you can find another stock that you can invest your money in. Good luck.
Last one before bed time. LOL
i think he is talking about next friday.
Ok, it's better that you sell and leave. Your negativity is killing my buzz.
Please leave THIS Friday, not NEXT Friday! lol
He IS the IR guy, that is his job regardless if the company is being bought out or not. So, should we call/email him during the buy out since we should be the furthest thing from his mind? Imagine if he used that as an excuse! LOL
if you say so.
What makes you think he isn't doing that?
Obviously, there are a lot of investors/potential investors on here. Why wouldn't he use this site as an avenue to get the message out?
The company I work for makes $1 billion in revenue per year and our Marketing Dept is always looking for new media outlets/opportunity to market our brand (ie, we're getting into social networking sites: Facebook, Twitter, etc). It's called adapting to the market and making progress.
If he is emailing or talking on the phone, he reaches 1 person...post on a message board and the message goes out to hundreds/thousands of people. I don't know how you work, but I like his efficiency.
IR = Investors Relations. We are on "Investors"hub. Works for me!
Especially, if it's a big name company (aka DOW,J&J,P&G,etc.)
Awesome, so deal or no deal. We'll be able to confirm with the buyer!
Please sticky the post from Mark! Great job Mark!
It's obvious, no matter what is put out, the non-believers will not be happy. They expect this 1 1/2 year old company to be run like a fortune 500 company! Guess what, a lot of those companies aren't doing so well! If you think this is a SCAM company, don't invest..why is that so difficult to understand? These people have nothing better to do than to just bash a company that is trying to clean up the planet and has the support of some business heavyweights. I've rode through the ups and downs last year...seeing my initial investment drop to 4 digits, guess what it's back up to 6 digits (all to the left of the decimal point!) I think we're far from being done! EESO is the real deal! ALL IMO!
GO EESO!
Next Friday = May 15th
This Friday = May 8th
that's how I understand it.
Big Boards are down the street.
Welcome to the board! Please read the iBox. I'm a cheapie and don't have a subscription, so my posts are limited.
Nah, just saving the planet.
Don't worry, I have been relaxing here since April of last year. :)
Okay, if you say so. I'll sell right away. Thanks!
Since you know for a fact, what exactly are they delaying?

FROM MARK Q&A from yesterday
Hey Mark,
1-What is your current timeline on the buyout details... Will I be asking that same question this time next week?
2-If Murph is setting the national sales team initiative into play... Is it safe to assume that in the event of any buyout or merger EESO will be able to continue these plans? ie: South American sales team, National Sales guys (like the one we spoke of in our last email) etc.. Or will all of that go out the window if the buyer comes on board? Or is it safe to say because all of these things are continuing to go forward that the buyout is not happening?
3-What kind of money "Window" are we expecting to see out of the potential SA deals?
Thanks Mark.

1) Should have buyout details by end of next week-- they are in discussion now......... no, you won't
2) The buyer(s) would be foolish not to take advantage of this regimen--- regardless, all contractors are aware of a pending buyout and take the positions accordingly
3) Could be immediate, could take time-- could be a bit of both-- but there are several solid meetings lined up with powers that be -- To me- it's more impressive than South Korea--and that continues to develop.
talk to you soon!
Mark
Thank you -r-
Mark's response regarding pig farm (from TH3 on 'other' board)
An email exchange I had with Mark today regarding the farm (in response to a zero credibility poster's accusations...).
Start from the bottom.
Cheers,

subjectRe: farm on financials...
The farm will be completely paid off in 8 months-- It absolutely is owned by EESO-- I've seen this 'biggerstaff's posts and they are all accusatory-- I'll entertain any professionally stated questions and do my best to clear up any discrepencies-- but unfounded accusations are getting really old... I hope all of these people just sell their shares and let the company grow-- I really do- You can't choose your friends in a publicly traded company but I can really do without allegations pulled out of thin air, thinly comprised conspiracy theories. Looking forward to Jared's trip to South America----will be huge for EESO. Please pass this on to the board(s), post it on a zeppelin, whatever you see fit.
Mark

subject: farm on financials...
hi mark,
hope all is well.
back to the drama on the boards. some pretty serious allegations here, although this guy himself has been proven to be nothing but a liar...
care to comment on the below statement? or clarify where the farm fit in? I'd like to post this exchange on the boards.
thanks,
Thurston
PS some think this guy is Bill White, but I don't care to give that much stock.

it will be an ugly day today. concrete proof posted here reveals jared lied on the financials he released for Q4 2008. eeso does not own the farm and there is no mortgage payable between flat rock and eeso. how many other lies are on these financials. even if you believe the sales figures, it's obvious the sales are tied up in a/r. major cash flow problems. the intangibles were pulled out of thin air. eeso is following the same path of evey other pinkie scam. only difference, jared has not provided himself cover. IMO, it will get very ugly for all involved.
The original poster talked about the TA as being the most reliable source for OS/AS count. The point is, the TA's job is to report ACCURATE data. They couldn't do that, so they paid the consequences. Plain and simple.
