Agreed.
No blogs for 4 days. Gearing up for the next 504 dump. Saw .0002 on the bid yesterday. Will the next big dump take it to .0001?
GLTY
I have been in a stock and watched others that succumb to those guys because they have no where else to go. Vultures IMO.
YA Global Investments, Yorkville Advisors, Cornell Capital Partners
LMAO!!!! Yeah!! GO WNBD!!! Don't pay attention to the charts, financials or anything else!! Big gap between .0002 and .0004. Load the boat! To the moon! Better be on than be left behind!
Looks like it may be a .0002-.0003 week here. .0001 next week?
I received a recommendation to come check this board out. I see some familiar and friendly "faces" around here! Hope it's a green week for everyone!
Those are good venues to showcase the products. IMO Better than in store demos as they can reach far more people. IMO
LOL!!! Yep... going to the MOON! Chart looks PRIMED!
You are right sweetheart. Those are two different words with two different meanings. I will rely on my own DD and what SEC rules say. I have learned quite a bit in the last year or so.
Compensated and reimbursed... not sure the SEC sees a great deal of difference.
For me, ultimately it's their life, their chance to take!
it's a FACT which needed to be legally and properly disclosed
I hope so.
Thank you Tib! I never questioned whether the company was doing anything that was illegal or not. I have never seen anything that would lead me to believe that. They have always seemed to have their I's dotted and T's crossed in that arena. As far as the shareholders in question..I would suggest they research what the SEC says about this affiliation and posting on a public forum for this stock. Simply for their own information and protection.
It is nice to have this all cleared up from the company's perspective.
I have no idea. I am sure they wouldn't do anything illegal whatsoever though. This is simply about shareholders disclosing if they do work for the company. The other stuff, I haven't ever researched that.
Unfortunately many of them are unsuspecting people who have no idea of the rules. I didn't know a great deal of them until doing research.
You're right. I would guess the SEC doesn't like that either. Unless they have a disclosure in their profile or signature that they are a stock promoter. Like a few have pointed out...many are not honest and do not use the disclosure designed to protect them.
Clearly I dont know if they have been compensated or not but for their sake...I hope not. I dont think Ant selling the domain name(s?) to the company has to be disclosed publically or not.
Time to get the weekend started! Have a good one!
Thanks for the link. You and others are right. It is about them being a shareholder, doing work for the company, being compensated for that work and then promoting that stock on a public message board. SEC says that is a big no no unless they disclose it.
You have been on a roll with emails. Go for it! Say hi to Ich for me! Lol
Exactly.
I agree they should be compensated for travel expenses. Heck, they flew to California and spent a day or two out there with the CEO on the whole infomercial thing. That had to be very expensive! They have traveled to different states...never cheap. I think the point that others are trying to make is that it should be disclosed in their signatures/profile that they are compensated. If they have paid for everything they have done for this company out of their own pockets, that would be...well..I'll just say silly.
Based on what I have read concerning the SEC rules...they are required by law to do so as pointed out by others who know those rules far better than I. It's a simple fix. Tib proved that this am.
I spent a great deal of time driving around our area when the whole convenience store/gas station debacle was going on checking to see if the product was in the places that it was suppose to be. Used my own gas and time. It was great DD and I was happy to pay for it myself but to be reimbursed for doing demos and other things for/with the company is a whole different animal in the eyes of the SEC. Unfortunately, some people are unaware of this and get caught in the cross hairs.
My point is... some shareholders will post they are sending questions to the CEO several times a week yet they don't seem to excited about asking this question. So..... that is where I draw my conclusion that they must not care or want to know the answer.
Enjoy your weekend!
I concur! They will send an email in a heartbeat about anything but it seems they don't want the real answer to this one.
Come on Taki. It is obvious I am not one of his biggest fans but I have seen far worse.
THE WORSE CEO
Tib... I was once in love with this stock, company, products and all. You know that very well. Unfortunately things took a major turn and I can't keep "diluting" myself. I am so sorry that I was drawn in and got too close. I truly am. You really have no idea.
Positive thinking is my style in everything I do. WNBD has been my achilles heel in that regard and the first time I have gone "negative" but to me, the cost of staying quiet is not a price I am willing to pay. It's sort of like watching an animal be abused and just standing there and saying nothing.
My hope.... WNBD will get fair and practical financing, the company will learn from their past failures, make better decisions and that shareholders will be justly rewarded for their patience. Reality tells me that chances of those hopes coming true are so small that it's really worth thinking about. My only beef with the company is their clear lack of respect and concern for shareholders... period.
fwiw
Well honey, I already knew that! It is also just maybe, potentially, someday... no longer trading. IMO the odds are leaning one particular direction. Smart to look at all possibilities.
Yep. It is always touted how many accounts they have and yet their sales in their filings are pathetic when realizing how many outlets they say they have to sell the product.
Wonder if YA Global will be one of the possible companies willing to take a risk with this. They are well known for taking sinking companies and basically destroying shareholder value and often have company owners by the throat but most often they are the only company willing to bail little guys like this out. I have seen them step up to the plate with quite a few other pinkies. YA Global is ruthless.
Loved the backing off the 90 day thing in the response for clarification. Actually the second "blog" about it sounded even worse than the first. Gotta love it.
Neither of those blogs in ANY WAY say he has "committed funders".
proceed with preparation of a formal proposal to appropriate candidates that are already known
Nice move on this one today.
Here come your .0002's. IMO

Sure..they will be fine! No doubt about that. Everyone in the company is still getting a paycheck, vacation time, medical benefits etc.. Shareholders have gotten nothing but a bigger loss in their accounts.
The company has taken wonderful care of themselves on the backs of shareholders. Chart, filings etc... facts tell the real story not blogs and emails containing grandiose dreams and wishful thinking.
Yep. Most certainly can't blame any of the companies affect by that. Unfortunately, the CHILL situation imposed on this stock came at the tail end of what was already a sinking stock. Decisions made over that last few years is what got this PPS where it is now.
Can they stay above .0001 while they try to find someone to throw their Hail Mary pass to? Given the 90 day prediction (not promised) and knowing they need to continue to dilute just to keep the lights on.... could be interesting.
You are correct. A company has that choice.
No doubt. I don't recall a particular number. It's been awhile since I looked at the last Q.
Hmmm... so the company has to dump the remainder of this 504 ASAP so they can potentially find financing and get the chill removed. Wow...wonder where the pps will be by then! I guess stuckholders can help themselves by continuing to average down in great hopes that one day, maybe they will get this done.
According to last filing I can find...
Total Offering Amount $ 1000000 o Indefinite
Total Amount Sold $ 145300 USD
Total Remaining to be Sold $ 854700 USD

That's a lot of dumpage they want to do in the next 90 days!
So in other words... those who weren't jumping up and down with joy over this were correct. This could "likely" (if ever) take a good many months to happen. Meanwhile it's a race against the 504 clock.
