Bonzi Wells scored 22 points and Rasheed Wallace added 18 points and 12 rebounds for the Blazers, who shot just 41 percent and made just 1-of-12 attempts from the arc.
The Suns defeated the Blazers 86-75 in Phoenix on Nov. 8. The teams split their four meetings last season, with each winning once here.
